浙江大学光华法学院

浙江大学光华法学院的前身是创建于1945年的浙江大学法学院，著名法学家李浩培教授出任首任院长。当时海内外许多著名法学大家前来任教或讲学，哈佛大学法学院院长、社会法学派的代表罗斯科•庞德教授就曾在法学院授业传道。

1952年院系调整时，原国立浙江大学成为单一的理工科大学。1980年,原杭州大学重建法律系，原浙江大学在1995年设立国际经济法系。1998年，经国务院批准，由四所同根同源的浙江大学、杭州大学、浙江医科大学与浙江农业大学合并组建新的浙江大学。随即组建成立了新的浙江大学法学院。

2006年9月，香港光华教育基金会向浙江大学捐赠,支持建设“浙江大学光华法学院”。经国家教育部批准，浙江大学光华法学院于2007年4月20日成立，是年秋天，迁址于百年老校园—-浙江大学之江校区。

光华法学院秉承“求是厚德，明法致公”的院训，坚持“专业典范，社会公义”的法科教育理想，守候“返回法的形而下”的学术旨趣，营造“以学生为本，师生互动”的学院氛围。围绕浙江大学2020年基本建设世界一流大学的总体发展目标,努力与学校2020年左右基本建成世界一流大学同步跻身世界一流法学院行列。

教授委员会是学校特设的光华法学院学术审议机构，是光华法学院改革发展的咨询机构。2013年11月2日光华法学院第二届教授委员会成立，由王泽鉴、王贵国、安守廉、朱新力、张文显、陈长文、陈兴良、罗卫东、於兴中、梁慧星(按姓氏笔画排序)教授担任委员，张文显教授担任教授委员会主席。

学院现有学生1000余人。学院现有全职教师61位，其中教授21位，副教授23位，兼职教授(研究员)20人,拥有国家千人计划教授等各层次优秀人才。聘请被誉为两岸民法“第一人”的前台湾地区“司法院”大法官王泽鉴教授等多位兼职教授定期为学生传道授业。

学院拥有法学一级学科博士点，法学博士后流动站，宪法学与行政法学国家重点学科，宪法学与行政法学和民商法学2个省级重点学科，设有“6+1”校级研究所。2012年，中国法硕士(LL.M.)点获批，是国内第一家获得教育部批准的目录外独立设立的二级学科。学院重点建设“3+X”学科，其中的“3”指民商法学、宪法学与行政法学、法学理论，“X”则是一个开放的、动态的学科群，如海洋法、金融法、法经济学、知识产权等。

2012年我院成功入选全国首批卓越法律人才教育培养基地，成为应用型、复合型法律职业人才教育培养基地和涉外法律人才教育培养基地之一。培养造就一批信念执著、品德优良、知识丰富、本领过硬的高素质法律人才是学院人才培养的最高目标。

The predecessor of Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University was founded in 1945. Professor Li Haopei, a famous jurist, served as the first dean. At that time, many famous law scholars at home and abroad came to teach or give lectures, and Professor Roscoe pound, dean of the Harvard Law School and representative of the social law school, taught and preached at the law school.

When the faculties were adjusted in 1952, the former National Zhejiang University became a single university of science and engineering. In 1980, the former Reconstruction Law Department of Hangzhou University, and the former Zhejiang University established the Department of International Economic Law in 1995. In 1998, with the approval of the State Council, a new Zhejiang University was formed by the merger of four Zhejiang University, Hangzhou University, Zhejiang Medical University and Zhejiang Agricultural University. Then a new law school of Zhejiang University was established.

In September 2006, the Guanghua Education Foundation of Hong Kong donated to Zhejiang University to support the construction of Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Guanghua Law School of Zhejiang University was established on April 20, 2007. In the autumn of that year, it moved to Zhijiang Campus, a century-old campus of Zhejiang University.

Guanghua Law School adheres to the motto of “seeking truth and virtue, understanding the law to the public”, adheres to the ideal of law education of “professional model and social justice”, awaits the academic purport of “returning to the shape of the law”, and creates a “student-oriented” college atmosphere of interaction between teachers and students. Centering on the overall development goal of the world-class university in capital construction in 2020, Zhejiang University strives to become one of the world-class law schools at the same time as the university has basically built a world-class university around 2020.

The professors’ committee is the academic review body of Guanghua Law School and the advisory body for the reform and development of Guanghua Law School. The second Professor Committee of Guanghua Law School was established on November 2, 2013. Professor Wang Zejian, Wang Guiguo, an Shoulian, Zhu Xinli, Zhang Wenxian, Chen Changwen, Chen Xingliang, Luo Weidong, Yu Xingzhong and Liang Huixing (sorted by last name strokes) served as members, and Professor Zhang Wenxian served as the chairman of the professor committee.

The college now has more than 1000 students. The college now has 61 full-time teachers, including 21 professors, 23 associate professors and 20 part-time professors (researchers). There are outstanding talents at all levels, such as professors of the National Thousand talents Plan. A number of part-time professors such as Professor Wang Zejian, a former judge of Taiwan’s “Judicial Yuan” who is known as the “first person” of civil law on both sides of the strait, have been hired to preach and teach to students on a regular basis.

The college has two provincial key disciplines, namely, the first-tier discipline of law, the postdoctoral station of law, the national key disciplines of constitutional law and administrative law, and the law of civil and commercial law. In 2012, Master of Law in China (LL.M.) It is the first secondary discipline independently established outside the catalogue approved by the Ministry of Education in China. The college focuses on the construction of “3x” disciplines, in which “3” refers to civil and commercial law, constitutional law and administrative law, and legal theory, while “X” is an open and dynamic group of disciplines, such as the law of the sea, financial law, law and economics, intellectual property rights, and so on.

In 2012, our college was successfully selected into the country’s first batch of excellent legal personnel education and training bases, and has become one of the applied and compound legal professional education and training bases and foreign-related legal talents education and training bases. Cultivating a group of high-quality legal talents with persistent beliefs, good moral character, rich knowledge and excellent skills is the highest goal of the college’s personnel training.
