陕西中医学院

陕西中医药大学的前身是1952年创建于西安的西北中医进修学校，1959年升格为陕西中医学院，1961年迁至古都咸阳，是陕西惟一一所培养高级中医药人才的普通高等院校，是1978年中共中央56号文件确定的全国8所重点建设的中医院校之一，1978年成为国务院学位委员会批准的首批硕士研究生招生单位，1981年获得硕士学位授予权，1990年被教育部批准为首批有条件接收国外留学生、港澳台地区学生的高等院校，2015年更名为陕西中医药大学。经过60多年的建设和发展，陕西中医药大学已成为一所以中医药专业为主体，医、理、工、文、管多学科专业相互支撑、交叉融合的医学类院校。

一、基本情况

学校总占地面积796675.3
m2,有南(新校区)、北两个校区。现有基础医学院、第一临床医学院(下设中医系、中西医临床医学系)、第二临床医学院(下设临床医学系)、药学院、继续教育学院、针灸推拿学院、护理学院、医学技术学院、公共卫生学院、人文管理学院、外语学院、体育部、社会科学部等13个教学院(系、部);有2所直属附属医院、15所非直属附属医院，另有陕西中医学院制药厂和陕西医史博物馆。

二、师资队伍

学校现有教职工2501人(含两所直属附属医院)，有专任教师739人，其中副高以上职称426人;有硕士研究生导师219名、兼职博士生导师15名、博士后导师2名;分别与中国中医科学院及北京、广州、成都、上海、黑龙江等中医药大学联合培养博士研究生。学校拥有张学文、郭诚杰2位“国医大师”，有享受政府特殊津贴专家、陕西省有突出贡献专家19人，有国家级、省级中医药专家学术经验继承项目指导老师43人，全国优秀教师、省级教学名师、师德标兵、师德先进个人、省“三五”人才17人，陕西省名老中医、名中医32人次，省级优秀教学团队8个，形成了一支敬业精神强、学术水平高、教学经验丰富的师资队伍。

三、人才培养

学校开设21个本科专业，基本形成了以中医药为核心，医、理、工、文、管等学科相互渗透、相互促进、协调发展的专业格局。学校自1978年开始招收硕士研究生，现拥有中医学等8个一级学科硕士学位授予权。形成了专科、本科、硕士研究生教育等不同层次，全日制教育、继续教育、留学生教育等不同类型的人才培养体系。截至2013年12月，学校全日制在校生近12000人(含留学生51人)，其中硕士研究生922人，本科生10360人。

学校有国家级专业综合改革试点2个、省级专业综合改革试点6个、国家级特色专业建设点2个、省级特色专业建设点5个、省级人才培养模式创新实验区4个、省级实验教学示范中心4个、省级精品课程及省级精品资源共享课程共18门，近五年获省级优秀教学成果奖7项，其中一等奖2项。

近六十年来，学校坚持立足陕西、面向西北、辐射全国，为国家培育了6万余名德才兼备的优秀中医药人才。他们有些已成为当代大学生学习的光辉榜样，有些已成为德高望重的国家名老中医，有些已成为国家“973”项目首席科学家，有些已成为卫生事业的高级管理人才，有些已成为优秀的医药企业家。广大校友在各自工作岗位上的杰出表现，是学校教学质量和人才培养水平的体现。

四、科学研究

学校坚持“科技强校”战略，不断加强学科建设和科学研究工作，形成了以中医中药为主，结构比较合理，层次比较齐全的重点学科群，现有国家中医药管理局重点学科17个、省级重点学科6个、省中医药管理局重点学科10个。

学校现有各级科研平台29个，其中国家级科研基地2个，有国家中医药管理局中医药科研三级实验室3个、二级实验室13个，有省级重点实验室2个、省级科研基地2个、省级重点研究室2个、省级工程研究中心4个，有陕西省2011协同创新中心——陕西中药资源产业化协同创新中心1个，针药结合创新研究中心1个，为科学研究的顺利开展提供了有力保障。

学校重视科学研究工作，科技创新已成为学校发展的重要动力。近五年，学校承担了“973”、“863”、国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技创新重大专项、陕西省“13115工程”重大项目等各级各类纵向科研项目600余项，获省部级及以上科技成果奖励39项。

学校编辑出版的学术刊物《陕西中医学院学报》、《现代中医药》是省级优秀刊物，在省内有较大影响。

五、医疗服务

学校有2所直属附属医院，开放床位2700张，年门诊量120余万人次，年住院患者6万余人次，有卫生部、国家中医药管理局、省中医药管理局重点专科25个。两所医院特色突出，优势互补，为保障人民群众生命健康做出了重要贡献。第一附属医院是国家“七五”期间确定的全国7所重点建设的中医医院之一，具有70多年历史，是一所中医特色突出的三级甲等中医医院、全国示范中医医院。第二附属医院为西北地区首家中西医结合三级甲等医院，其妇产科、心血管内外科、眼科等专科特色鲜明、疗效显著，有较高的知名度，为医学类专业人才培养提供了良好的临床实践教学平台。

六、科技产业

学校大力推进产学研结合的力度，突出以科研带动产业,以产业支持教学，形成了产学研相互依存、相互促进的机制。陕西中医学院制药厂是集生产、经营、科研、教学为一体的现代化制药企业，拥有技术先进的注射剂、口服液、丸剂、胶囊剂、片剂、颗粒剂六大剂型生产线，有
“固肠止泻丸”、“八正合剂”、“维血宁”、“参术止带糖浆”、“消炎退热合剂”、“金砂五淋丸”等主导产品，企业总资产达亿元，各项经济指标在陕西省高校产业中名列前茅。学校主动进入区域经济建设主战场，发挥科教资源优势，先后与企业合作建立了黄芪、连翘等药材种植基地，与铜川市、宝鸡市、商洛市等地方政府签订了战略合作协议，100多项科研成果和中药新药成功转让给省内外企业，产生了巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

七、对外交流

学校重视对外交流与合作，促进中医药的发扬光大并走向世界。学校先后同韩国、加拿大、吉尔吉斯斯坦、日本、新加坡、马来西亚等国家和台湾、香港等地区的高校建立校际交流关系，目前有在校留学生51人，其中本科生44人、硕士研究生7人。

八、校园文化

学校具有浓郁的校园文化氛围，50多个学生社团活动异彩纷呈，为学生搭建了广阔的成长舞台。坚持30多年的“文艺百花奖”汇演、大学生辩论赛、运动会等，已成为学校传统的文体项目，烘托出莘莘学子的青春热情。学校组织的社会实践服务队多次被评为全国大中专学生“三下乡”社会实践活动先进集体，连续多年被评为陕西省大中专学生“三下乡”社会实践活动先进集体。学校被国家体育总局授予“全国群众体育先进集体”称号，在全国“十运会”上受到表彰，是我省高校和全国中医药院校中惟一获此殊荣的单位。因校园文化气息浓厚、环境优美，学校成为2008年北京奥运圣火在国内传递的惟一一所中医院校。学校承办的全国中医药院校第九届传统保健体育运动会得到了国家中医药管理局、省市领导及全国中医药院校的高度评价。

The predecessor of Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine was the Northwest School of traditional Chinese Medicine founded in Xi’an in 1952, upgraded to Shaanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine in 1959, and moved to Xianyang, the ancient capital in 1961. Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine is the only ordinary university in Shaanxi to train senior talents of traditional Chinese medicine. It is one of the eight key colleges of traditional Chinese medicine identified in the document No. 56 of the CPC Central Committee in 1978, and in 1978 it became the first batch of graduate enrollment units approved by the academic degree Committee of the State Council. It was granted the right to grant a master’s degree in 1981 and was approved by the Ministry of Education in 1990 as the first batch of institutions of higher learning to accept foreign students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. In 2015, it changed its name to Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine. After more than 60 years of construction and development, Shaanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine has become a medical college with traditional Chinese medicine as the main body, with medicine, science, engineering, arts and management majors supporting and integrating with each other.

M2, there are two campuses: the south (the new campus) and the north. The existing basic Medical College, the first Clinical Medical College (including the Department of traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine), the second Clinical Medical College (the Department of Clinical Medicine), the College of Pharmacy, the College of continuing Education, the School of Acupuncture and Massage, the College of Nursing, the School of Medical Technology, the School of Public Health, the School of Humanities Management, the College of Foreign languages, the Ministry of physical Education, the Ministry of Social Sciences and other 13 faculties (departments) There are 2 directly affiliated hospitals and 15 non-directly affiliated hospitals, as well as the pharmaceutical factory of Shaanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine and Shaanxi Museum of Medical History.

II. Teaching staff

The school now has 2501 faculty members (including two directly affiliated hospitals), including 739 full-time teachers, including 426 associate high school and above titles, 219 postgraduate supervisors, 15 part-time doctoral supervisors and 2 postdoctoral supervisors, and jointly train doctoral students with the Chinese Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine and universities of traditional Chinese medicine such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shanghai and Heilongjiang. The school has two “national medicine masters”, Zhang Xuewen and Guo Chengjie, experts who enjoy special government subsidies, 19 experts with outstanding contributions from Shaanxi Province, and 43 instructors for national and provincial experts in traditional Chinese medicine. National excellent teachers, provincial teachers, pacesetters, advanced individuals, provincial “three-five” talents, and 32 famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners in Shaanxi Province. There are 8 excellent teaching teams at the provincial level, forming a team of teachers with strong professionalism, high academic level and rich teaching experience.

III. Personnel training

The school offers 21 undergraduate majors, basically forming a professional pattern with traditional Chinese medicine as the core, medicine, science, engineering, liberal arts, management and other disciplines infiltrate, promote and coordinate the development of each other. The school has been recruiting postgraduates since 1978 and now has the right to grant master’s degrees in 8 first-tier disciplines such as traditional Chinese medicine. Formed a junior college, undergraduate, postgraduate education and other different levels, full-time education, continuing education, foreign student education and other different types of talent training system. As of December 2013, there were nearly 12000 full-time students (including 51 international students), including 922 postgraduates and 10360 undergraduates.

The school has 2 pilot projects of national professional comprehensive reform, 6 pilot projects of provincial professional comprehensive reform, 2 national characteristic specialty construction sites, 5 provincial characteristic specialty construction sites, 4 provincial talent training mode innovation experimental areas, 4 provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, and 18 provincial quality courses and provincial quality resource sharing courses. in the past five years, it has won 7 provincial excellent teaching achievement awards, including 2 first prize.

Over the past 60 years, the school has persisted in building a foothold in Shaanxi, facing the northwest and radiating the whole country, and has trained more than 60,000 excellent talents of traditional Chinese medicine with both ability and political integrity. Some of them have become brilliant role models for contemporary college students to learn from, some have become well-respected veteran traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, some have become chief scientists of the national “973” project, and some have become senior management talents in health careers. Some have become excellent pharmaceutical entrepreneurs. The outstanding performance of the majority of alumni in their respective positions is the embodiment of the school’s teaching quality and personnel training level.

IV. Scientific research

Adhering to the strategy of “strengthening the school through science and technology”, the school has continuously strengthened discipline construction and scientific research, and has formed a key discipline group based on traditional Chinese medicine, with a relatively reasonable structure and relatively complete levels. at present, there are 17 key disciplines of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, 6 provincial key disciplines and 10 key disciplines of the Provincial Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine.

The school now has 29 scientific research platforms at all levels, including 2 national scientific research bases, 3 third-level laboratories and 13 secondary laboratories of the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine. There are 2 provincial key laboratories, 2 provincial research bases, 2 provincial key research laboratories, 4 provincial engineering research centers, and Shaanxi 2011 Cooperative Innovation Center– 1 Shaanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Resources industrialization Collaborative Innovation Center. There is an innovative research center for the combination of acupuncture and medicine, which provides a strong guarantee for the smooth development of scientific research.

The school attaches importance to scientific research, and scientific and technological innovation has become an important driving force for school development. In the past five years, the school has undertaken more than 600 vertical scientific research projects at all levels, such as “973,863”, National Natural Science Foundation projects, major national scientific and technological innovation projects, and “13115 Project” in Shaanxi Province. it has won 39 awards for scientific and technological achievements at or above the provincial and ministerial level.

The academic journals “Journal of Shaanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine” and “Modern Chinese Medicine” edited and published by the school are excellent journals at the provincial level and have great influence in the province.

V. Medical services

The school has two directly affiliated hospitals with 2700 beds, annual outpatient volume of more than 1.2 million, annual hospitalization of more than 60, 000, and 25 key specialties of the Ministry of Health, the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine and the Provincial Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine. The two hospitals have outstanding characteristics and complementary advantages, which have made important contributions to the protection of people’s lives and health. The first affiliated Hospital is one of the seven key traditional Chinese medicine hospitals identified during the Seventh five-year Plan period. It has a history of more than 70 years. It is a Grade 3A traditional Chinese medicine hospital with outstanding traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and a national demonstration traditional Chinese medicine hospital. The second affiliated hospital is the first Grade 3A hospital with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in Northwest China. Its obstetrics and gynecology, cardiovascular surgery, ophthalmology and other specialties have distinctive features, remarkable curative effect and high popularity. It provides a good clinical practice teaching platform for the training of medical professionals.

VI. Science and technology industry

The school vigorously promotes the combination of industry, university and research, highlighting the use of scientific research to drive industry and industry to support teaching, thus forming a mechanism of industry-university-research interdependence and mutual promotion. Shaanxi College of traditional Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise integrating production, management, scientific research and teaching, with technologically advanced injection, oral liquid, pills, capsules, tablets and granules.

Leading products such as “Guchang Zhixie Pill”, “Bazheng mixture”, “Weixuening”, “Shenshu Zhidai syrup”, “Antiphlogistic and antipyretic mixture”, “Jinsha Wulin Pill” and other leading products, the total assets of the enterprise have reached 100 million yuan. Various economic indicators are among the best in the university industry in Shaanxi Province. The school actively entered the main battlefield of regional economic construction, gave full play to the advantages of scientific and educational resources, and successively established planting bases of Radix Astragali, Forsythia suspensa and other medicinal materials in cooperation with enterprises. Strategic cooperation agreements were signed with Tongchuan City, Baoji City, Shangluo City and other local governments, and more than 100 scientific research achievements and new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine were successfully transferred to enterprises inside and outside the province, resulting in huge social and economic benefits.

VII. Foreign exchanges

The school attaches importance to foreign exchanges and cooperation to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and go to the world. The school has successively established intercollegiate exchanges with universities in South Korea, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and Taiwan, Hong Kong and other regions. At present, there are 51 international students, including 44 undergraduates and 7 postgraduates.

VIII. Campus Culture
