清华大学学生职业发展指导中心

清华大学学生职业发展指导中心成立于1988年，是清华大学负责本科生和研究生职业发展教育以及就业指导、服务和管理的职能部门，下设办公室、管理部、服务部、职业辅导部、职业发展教研室和职业行为学实验室(筹)。清华大学学生职业发展指导中心作为学校本科生和研究生就业工作的统一主管部门，在学校建设世界一流大学的目标指引下，不断向世界一流的高校就业服务中心迈进。目前已经建立了较为完善的大学生职业发展教育、服务与管理体系。2012年被国务院授予“全国就业先进工作单位”荣誉称号。

2015年1月，经2014～2015学年度第13次校务会议讨论通过，清华大学就业指导中心更名为清华大学学生职业发展指导中心，简称职业发展中心，英文名称Career Development Center，Tsinghua University，英文缩写CDC。

主要职能

根据国家的就业方针、政策及学校的有关要求，制定毕业生就业工作实施办法;

收集并及时发布社会用人单位毕业生需求信息;

广泛联系用人单位，组织校园宣讲、招聘活动;

开展就业咨询与指导，帮助毕业生充分认识自我、树立正确的择业观;

引导推荐优秀毕业生到国家重点单位与企业建功立业;

帮助学生规划职业生涯，进行成才辅导与教育;

办理就业协议书的签约手续，负责毕业生的派遣事宜。

The Student career Development guidance Center of Tsinghua University, established in 1988, is the functional department responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate career development education and employment guidance, service and management of Tsinghua University. It consists of an office, a management department, a service department, a career guidance department, a career development teaching and research office and a professional behavior laboratory (chip). As the unified department in charge of the employment of undergraduates and postgraduates, the Student career Development guidance Center of Tsinghua University, under the guidance of the university’s goal of building a world-class university, continues to move forward to a world-class university employment service center. At present, a relatively perfect system of career development education, service and management for college students has been established. In 2012, it was awarded the honorary title of “National Advanced work Unit for Employment” by the State Council.

In January 2015, after the discussion and approval of the 13th school affairs meeting of the academic year 2014-2015, the career guidance Center of Tsinghua University was renamed as the career Development Center of Tsinghua University, referred to as the career Development Center, with the name Career Development Center,Tsinghua University and the abbreviation CDC.

Main function

To formulate the implementation measures for the employment of graduates according to the national employment policy and the relevant requirements of the school.

Collect and release the demand information of graduates from social employers in a timely manner.

Contact employers extensively to organize campus propaganda and recruitment activities

Carry out employment consultation and guidance to help graduates fully understand themselves and establish a correct concept of career choice.

Guide and recommend outstanding graduates to national key units and enterprises for meritorious service

Help students plan their careers and carry out career counseling and education

Go through the formalities of signing the employment agreement and be responsible for the dispatch of graduates.
