兰州大学医学院

兰州大学医学院历史源远流长，1932年成立的甘肃学院医学专修科开启了兰州大学的医学教育;1942年，改为“国立西北医学专科学校”;1945年，更名为“国立西北医学院兰州分院”;1946年，并入国立兰州大学;1954年独立建院，定名为兰州医学院;2004年，又回到了兰州大学的怀抱;2014 年，学校重组了兰州大学医学院。历经八十余年的春华秋实和风雨征程，兰州大学医学院植根于教育部直属的全国重点综合性大学，国家“985工程”和“211工程”重点建设高校——兰州大学这片丰饶沃土上，为国家培养了大批优秀医学人才，为国家的医疗卫生事业做出了重要贡献。

医学院由基础医学院、第一临床医学院、第二临床医学院、口腔医学院、公共卫生学院、药学院6个学院以及第一医院、第二医院、口腔医院3所直属附属医院构成。医学院作为兰州大学医学事务统筹、协调、管理的管理机构，下设综合办公室、组织人事部、教育教学部三个处级机构。

医学院人才荟萃，各学院及附属医院现有教职员工约6300人。其中，高职人员826人，中级人员1045人;教授129人，副教授267人;博士生导师61人，硕士生导师322人;主任医(药、护、技)师239人，副主任医(药、护、技)师398人。现有教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授1人;国家杰出青年基金获得者1人;国家百千万人才工程入选者1人;教育部“跨世纪优秀人才计划”1人，教育部“新世纪优秀人才”支持计划5人;享受国务院特殊津贴21人;卫生部突出贡献专家4人;甘肃省教学名师2人;甘肃省领军人才第一、二层次49人;甘肃省优秀专家13人;甘肃省“333”科技人才工程第一、二层次24人;甘肃省“555”创新人才工程第一、二层次32人;陇原青年创新人才10人;甘肃省卫生系统领军人才51人。

医学院现拥有临床医学一级学科博士后科研流动站;临床医学博士学位授权一级学科,22个博士学位授权专业;基础医学、中西医结合、临床医学、口腔医学、公共卫生、药学6个硕士学位授权一级学科, 43个硕士学位授权专业，5个专业学位授权类型;临床医学、麻醉学、医学影像学、医学检验、护理学、口腔医学、预防医学、公共事业管理和药学9个本科专业。目前共有全日制在校医学类专业学生6662人，其中本科生5021人。

学院学科建设不断增强，目前拥有9个国家临床重点专科(消化内科、重症医学科、老年病科、心血管内科、骨科、神经外科、普通外科、泌尿外科、急诊医学科)， 4个省级临床医学中心(甘肃省心脏中心、甘肃省辅助生殖临床医学中心、甘肃省眼科临床医学中心、甘肃省泌尿系疾病临床医学中心)，10个省级重点实验室(甘肃省胃肠病重点实验室、甘肃省消化系肿瘤重点实验室、甘肃省骨关节疾病研究重点实验室、甘肃省泌尿系统疾病研究重 点实验室、甘肃省新药临床前研究重点实验室、甘肃省血液病重点实验室、甘肃省生物治疗与再生医学转化重点实验室、甘肃省循证医学与临床转化重点实验室(培育)、甘肃省心血管疾病重点实验室(培育)、甘肃省生殖医学与胚胎重点实验室(培育))，17个省级医疗质量控制中心、23个省级医疗卫生重点学科，30余个各类国家级培训基地。

近年来，学院的科研成果丰硕，共获国家奖项10余项，省部级奖项百余项，发表论文数万篇，授权专利数百项。其中，近三年，连续获得甘肃省科技进步一等奖，发表SCI论文、影响因子、国家自然基金项目数量逐年翻番。学院的整体实力在西北乃至全国具有重要的影响力。

学院下设的3所直属附属医院中，第一医院和第二医院均为三级甲等医院，开放床位数3939张，口腔医院开放口腔综合治疗椅位70张。2013年，各附属医院门急诊人次达210万，出院人次达13.3万，住院手术台次达4.8万。

The Medical College of Lanzhou University has a long history. The medical specialty of Gansu University, established in 1932, opened the medical education of Lanzhou University; in 1942, it was changed to “National Northwest Medical College”; in 1945, it was renamed “Lanzhou Branch of National Northwest Medical College”; in 1946, it was incorporated into National Lanzhou University; in 1954, it was independently established as Lanzhou Medical College; in 2004, it returned to the embrace of Lanzhou University. In 2014, the school reorganized the School of Medicine of Lanzhou University. After more than 80 years of spring and autumn and the journey of wind and rain, the Medical College of Lanzhou University is rooted in the national key comprehensive universities directly under the Ministry of Education. Lanzhou University, the key university built by the national “985 Project” and “211 Project”, has trained a large number of excellent medical talents for the country and made important contributions to the country’s medical and health cause.

The medical college is composed of six colleges: the basic Medical College, the first Clinical Medical College, the second Clinical Medical College, the School of Stomatology, the School of Public Health and the College of Pharmacy, as well as three directly affiliated hospitals: the first Hospital, the second Hospital and the Stomatological Hospital. As the management organization for the overall planning, coordination and management of medical affairs of Lanzhou University, Medical College consists of three department-level organizations: comprehensive Office, Organization personnel Department and Education and Teaching Department.

There is a gathering of talents in the medical school, and the faculty and staff of various colleges and affiliated hospitals are about 6300. Among them, there are 826 higher vocational staff, 1045 intermediate staff, 129professors and 267 associate professors, 61 doctoral supervisors, 322 master’s degree supervisors, 239 chief doctors (medicine, nursing, technology) and 398 deputy chief doctors (medicine, nursing, technology). At present, there are 1 specially appointed professor of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program of the Ministry of Education, 1 winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, 1 candidate of the National 10 million Talent Project, 1 Cross-Century talents Program of the Ministry of Education, 5 support programs of the Ministry of Education for “Outstanding talents in the New Century”, 21 people enjoying the special allowance of the State Council, 4 experts with outstanding contributions from the Ministry of Health, and 2 famous teachers in Gansu Province. There are 49 leading talents at the first and second levels in Gansu Province, 13 excellent experts in Gansu Province, 24 at the first and second levels of the “333” scientific and technological talent project in Gansu Province, and 32 at the first and second levels of the “555” innovative talents project in Gansu Province. There are 10 young innovative talents in Longyuan and 51 leading talents in Gansu health system.

The medical school now has the first-tier discipline of clinical medicine post-doctoral research mobile station; clinical medicine doctoral degree authorized first-tier discipline, 22 doctoral degree authorized majors; basic medicine, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, clinical medicine, stomatology, public health, pharmacy 6 master’s degree authorized first-tier disciplines, 43 master’s degree authorized majors, 5 professional degree authorized types There are 9 undergraduate majors in clinical medicine, anesthesiology, medical imaging, medical laboratory, nursing, stomatology, preventive medicine, public utility management and pharmacy. At present, there are 6662 full-time medical students, including 5021 undergraduates.

The discipline construction of the college continues to strengthen, with 9 national clinical key specialties (Department of Gastroenterology, Department of critical Medicine, Department of Geriatrics, Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, General surgery, Urology, Emergency Medicine) 4 provincial clinical medical centers (Gansu Heart Center, Gansu assisted Reproductive Clinical Medical Center, Gansu Ophthalmology Clinical Medical Center, Gansu urinary Diseases Clinical Medical Center) 10 provincial key laboratories (Gansu key Laboratory of Gastrointestinal Diseases, Gansu key Laboratory of Digestive Oncology, Gansu key Laboratory of Bone and Joint Diseases, Gansu Provincial key Laboratory of urinary Diseases, Gansu Provincial key Laboratory of preclinical Research on New drugs, Gansu key Laboratory of Hematology, Gansu key Laboratory of Biotherapy and Regenerative Medicine Transformation, Gansu key Laboratory of evidence-based Medicine and Clinical Transformation (cultivation), Gansu key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Diseases (cultivation), Gansu key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine and embryo (cultivation) There are 17 provincial medical quality control centers, 23 provincial key medical and health disciplines, and more than 30 national training bases.

In recent years, the college has made fruitful achievements in scientific research, winning more than 10 national awards, more than 100 provincial and ministerial awards, publishing tens of thousands of papers and authorizing hundreds of patents. Among them, in the past three years, it has won the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province, and the number of published SCI papers, impact factors and National Nature Fund projects has doubled year by year. The overall strength of the college has an important influence in the northwest and even the whole country.

Among the three directly affiliated hospitals under the college, the first Hospital and the second Hospital are both Grade 3A Hospital, with 3939 beds and 70 oral comprehensive treatment chairs in the Stomatological Hospital. In 2013, the number of outpatients and emergency patients in affiliated hospitals reached 2.1 million, the number of discharges reached 133000, and the number of inpatient operations reached 48000.
