重庆三峡学院教务处简介

重庆三峡学院教务处下设4个科级单位：教务行政科、实践教学科、教材科、学籍管理与考试中心。承担着全校20000余名师生教学活动的综合管理。全处现有21名工作人员，其中有教授(硕导)2人，博士1人，副教授(高级实验师)5人，计算机高级程序员1人。重庆三峡学院教务处以“务实、高效、团结、创新”为处训，以学院办学指导思想为指南，全面贯彻落实党的教育方针，紧紧围绕人才培养目标，坚持深化教学改革，加强教学管理，注重教学基本建设，努力探索新的人才培养模式。教务处的教学管理职能是：决策、规划;组织、指导;控制、协调;评估、激励;研究、创新。

重庆三峡学院教务处高度重视自身队伍建设。全体工作人员在认真做好本职工作的同时，积极开展教学管理研究;通过参加各种培训、进修和自学等途经，加强自身学习，不断提高业务素养和管理水平;全处人员均能熟练运用计算机进行管理和处理日常工作。
