中国气象局干部培训学院简介

中国气象局气象干部培训学院2011年9月22日在京揭牌成立，学院主要承担气象部门中高层次管理干部、中高级专业技术人员继续教育，气象业务和相关领域高新技术推广应用培训、师资培训、气象远程培训，气象培训教材的制作和对下业务指导等工作，并为亚洲区域及其他发展中国家培训气象业务及管理人员。

目前，学院拥有一支包括中国科学院院士1人、博士生导师3人、正研级高工9人、高级专业技术职称80余人组成的专职教师队伍，以及包括业务骨干、领导干部在内的稳定的兼职教师团队。学院针对不同类别、不同层次的岗位，开发设计了60多个业务、管理类核心培训班型。中国气象局气象干部培训学院历经北京气象学校、北京气象学院、中国气象局培训中心等发展阶段，是国内唯一的综合性、专业化、高层次气象教育培训机构。

At present, the college has a team of full-time teachers, including 1 academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 3 doctoral supervisors, 9 senior engineers at the research level, and more than 80 senior professional and technical titles. and a stable team of part-time teachers, including professional backbones and leading cadres. The college has developed and designed more than 60 core training courses for business and management according to different categories and levels of posts. The training College of Meteorological cadres of China Meteorological Administration has gone through the development stages of Beijing Meteorological School, Beijing Meteorological College and training Center of China Meteorological Administration. It is the only comprehensive, professional and high-level meteorological education and training institution in China.
