襄阳汽车职业技术学院是经湖北省人民政府批准,教育部备案,于2010年4月,在原襄阳广播电视大学、襄阳机电工程学校、襄阳工业学校基础上组建的一所公办全日制、以汽车类专业为龙头的高等职业院校,从1955年襄阳市机电工程学校创办起,学院职业教育办学历史迄今已经有60年。

襄阳汽车职业技术学院作为湖北省唯一的汽车类高职院校,按照“现代气息、汽车文化、实训特色、山水校园”的理念建设,主校区规划面积1000亩,首期工程占地530亩,建筑面积20万平方米,总投资5亿多元,目前大部分工程已于2012年秋投入使用,大型综合性图书馆、驾驶培训中心等正在紧张的建设施工之中。学院新校区居于襄城区白云山麓,北驾凤凰,东驭青龙①、南依诸葛亮之师司马徽故里、西靠荆襄名士黄承彦寓居。校内绿水环绕半山掩,校外桃杏红尽紫薇艳,人杰而地灵,秀外而慧中。

襄阳汽车职业技术学院经过多年的引进整合,师资队伍得到加强,目前全院教职工598人,专任教师428人,其中副高以上职称152人,中级职称200人,双师型教师162人,客座教授15人,外聘企业技术专家35人。全院各类在校生总数达到17000余人,其中全日制高职在校生4500人,中职在校生1500人,电大成人专本科在校生11000人,各类培训年均达到5000余人次。全日制高职类开辟了湖北、河南、贵州、山西、陕西、甘肃、湖南、江西、山东等省内外招生基地,连续三年超额完成省教育厅下达的招生计划数,首批毕业生订单就业率达到90%,获得省、市政府及社会好评。

“聚之为村,易之为市,置镇于三江口岸,筑城于通衢于要冲……”。随着时代的变迁,城市发展不仅仅依靠人群规模和楼群数量,更多地取决于人的全面发展,而在这其中,学校,尤其是高等学院承担着人力资源向人才资源转换的重要功能,是城市发展的重要智力支撑。襄阳市地处湖北汽车走廊中段,经过多年的产业结构调整,汽车已经成为襄阳的龙头产业,形成了较为齐备的产业门类和产品结构体系,不仅是国家汽车动力及零部件生产基地,也是国家节能和新能源汽车示范推广试点城市。2013年,全市汽车产业产值1536亿元,占全市规模以上工业总产值的34.2%。全市汽车产业正在向3000亿元目标迈进。按照未来若干年汽车和新能源汽车产业发展目标,促进产业集群集聚发展,延伸加粗产业链,增强汽车产业综合竞争力,对推进我市发展至关重要。与蓬勃发展的汽车实体经济相比,汽车技术人才培养是产业链条中的薄弱环节。组建襄阳汽车职业技术学院正是省、市两级政府对本土化的汽车技术人才培育的重大举措,是推进全省、全市汽车产业可持续发展的基本保证,是促进襄阳建设汉江流域中心城市的战略布局。

“今以君之下驷与彼上驷,取君上驷与彼中驷,取君中驷与彼下驷。”在各类高职院校大发展的今天,襄阳汽车职业技术学院依靠准确的办学定位、鲜明的办学特色,为“车”而行,以错位发展推动全院的各方面建设。学院在办学方向上,制定了“围绕汽车产业,三位一体办学”的规划,即汇集高职、中职、继续教育三种教育类别的一切力量,集中办好汽车类专业,紧紧围绕汽车产业链和大交通范畴开设专业。目前学院设置了公共课部、汽车应用系、汽车工程系、机电信息系、经济管理系等五个教学系部,围绕汽车产业开设了新能源汽车、汽车装备与制造、汽车检测与维修、汽车电子信息、整形技术、汽车营销、机械制造与自动化、模具设计与制造、机电一体化、财务管理(保险理赔方向)、物流管理、酒店管理、空乘服务、高铁服务等十几个专业和专业方向,涵盖了汽车前市场、后市场,其中汽车制造与装配、汽车检测与维修两个专业,获得了“提升专业服务产业能力”的中央财政支持。

在实习实训方面,为对接企业要求和教学需要,学院加大对实训硬件的投入,在5万平方米的实训大楼基础上建成了“产品加工型、公司型、技术应用型、模拟仿真型、基础教学型”等5类教学实训基地,提升了教学、培训、生产、产品开发和技术创新等四大办学功能。建成了20个“一体化教室”、35个专业实训室,以及机械加工中心、汽车维修中心、汽车检测中心、一个省级实训基地、保证了“教、学、做”一体化教学模式顺利推进。学生动手能力得到提升,2013年学院学生自主研制和组装的方程式赛车,首次参加全国大学生FSC方程式赛车,就在本市取得了总名次第一的好成绩。

在校企合作方面,学院是教育部指定的全国首批“校企合作”试点院校,与40多家企业合作建成了校外实训基地、与100多家企业签订了校外实习就业协议,其中与东风日产的校企合作关系日益深化,是东风日产全国20家就业基地院校之一,在东风日产提供先进实训设备和师资培训的基础上,共建省级实训基地,成功开设了“东风日产”、“郑州日产”冠名班;上市公司中航精机是我院常年合作的优秀实训基地,校企共建了模具实训室。校企合作平台的建设不仅为学生实训提供支持,更为毕业生就业搭建了广阔的舞台,学院在就业上遵循“订单培养为主,创业教育为辅”的指导原则,在课程设计中引入企业文化、岗位标准。目前已与东风日产、郑州日产、市公交公司、浙江百利德、宁波池田、厦门金龙、神龙、上海大众、奇瑞、比亚迪、等几十家企业签订了订单培养协议;同时积极倡导创业教育,在专业课程教学中渗透创业理念,并拿出500㎡的场地建设创业中心,引导支持学生自主创业,激发并保护学生的创业积极性。目前学院首批毕业生通过订单就业达到90%、指导创业达到4%、自主择业仅占6%。

在开放办学方面,襄阳汽车职业技术学院积极利用社会力量,引进了具有先进教育理念的清华IT教育机构、华航教育机构、中锐教育集团、美斯坦福教育机构等办学实体,合作开发了机电一体化专业的数控机床装调与维护专业方向、汽车电子技术专业的移动3G/4G专业方向、物流管理专业的航空与高铁服务专业方向、财务管理专业的工程造价专业方向,实行汽车专业课程改造升级,差异性办学。还同时与各政府部门达成信息交互平台,承担了民政部门的退役士兵培训、人社部门的阳光培训、经信委的中小企业培训、商务部的电子商务培训等政策支持的项目;学院牵头组建的襄阳市汽车职教联盟,与全市中职学校、汽车企业在生源、就业、教科研方面进行深度融合,促进了汽车职教的集团化发展。襄阳汽车职业技术学院在开放办学的过程中社会服务能力和辐射力也得到进一步增强。

在教学改革上,襄阳汽车职业技术学院急脉缓灸,严格按照高职的教育规律循序渐进,落实各项教学育人环节,摸索并出台了一系列教育模式,总体就是按照“三证书”制度培养人、依照“三对接”要求塑造人、探索“43433”模式教育人。“三证书”制度,即在人才培养过程中遵循李克强总理在部署职业教育发展的国务会议上提出的“崇尚一技之长、不唯学历凭能力”的要求,推行学历证书、职业资格证书和汽车驾驶证“三证书”制度,学生必须通过职业资格考试、驾驶资格考试,专业课程考试,“三证”毕业,将职业技能与学历证书放在同等重要的位置上,促使学生学有所成、学能致用。“三对接”要求,即专业设置必须与产业市场需求对接;课程内容必须与从业标准对接;教学过程必须与生产过程对接。让学生在入学时,就能感觉到就业氛围;在学习时就能感知到从业标准;在实训时就能感受到生产过程。“43433”教育模式,即襄阳汽车职院正在试行和完善的新型高职教育模式:“4本”——提高能力为立校之本、服务产业为强校之本、校企合作为兴校之本、工学结合为办学之本;“3双”——学生有双重身份、教师有双重角色、领导有双重职责;“4跟”——院系跟企业走、教学跟项目走、课程跟能力走、教材跟生产走;“3个一体化”——学习与实训一体化、学校与企业考核一体化、教学与实习地点一体化;“3个融合”——学习和工作任务融合,学生和员工身份融合,教学和生产过程融合。

在师资队伍培养上,学院对年青教师实施了“一对一”帮扶工程,组织开展了多种形式校内外培训工作,学院专门为教授开辟了“教授工作室”,为他们开展教学科研提供一切方便。根据教育部及省教育厅的有关要求,我院还积极组织开展了教学名师及骨干教师地评选工作,并给予丰厚的经济待遇。

在课程建设方面,我院充分认识到课程建设是学校重要的教学基础工作,课程教学的质量和效果直接决定着学院的教学水平,关系到人才培养的质量。为推进教学改革,加快课程建设工作,根据《襄阳汽车职业技术学院课程建设管理办法》(襄汽院字【2014】19号)的规定,我院适时启动了院级精品课程建设工作。

Xiangyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College is approved by the Hubei Provincial people’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. In April 2010, a public full-time higher vocational college led by automobile major was established on the basis of the former Xiangyang Radio and Television University, Xiangyang Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School and Xiangyang Industrial School. Since the establishment of Xiangyang Mechanical and Electrical Engineering School in 1955, the vocational education of the college has been running for 60 years.

Xiangyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College, as the only automobile higher vocational college in Hubei Province, is built according to the concept of “modern atmosphere, automobile culture, training characteristics and landscape campus”. The planning area of the main campus is 1000 mu, and the first phase of the project covers an area of 530 mu. The construction area is 200000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 500 million yuan. At present, most of the projects have been put into use in the autumn of 2012. Large comprehensive libraries and driving training centers are under intense construction. The new campus of the college is located at the foot of Baiyun Mountain in Xiangcheng District, driving Phoenix in the north, Azure Dragon in the east, Sima Hui’s hometown in the south and Huang Chengyan, a famous scholar in Jingxiang in the west. In 2013, the output value of the city’s automobile industry was 153.6 billion yuan, accounting for 34.2% of the city’s total industrial output value above scale. The city’s automobile industry is moving towards the goal of 300 billion yuan. According to the development goal of automobile and new energy automobile industry in the next few years, it is very important to promote the development of industrial cluster, extend the industrial chain and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of automobile industry. Compared with the booming automobile real economy, the training of automobile technical personnel is a weak link in the industrial chain. The establishment of Xiangyang Automobile Vocational and Technical College is a major measure for the provincial and municipal governments to cultivate localized automotive technical personnel, and is the basic guarantee for promoting the sustainable development of the automobile industry in the whole province and the whole city. it is the strategic layout to promote the construction of Xiangyang into a central city in the Hanjiang River Basin.
