衡水铁路电气化学校

衡水铁路电气化学校创建于1975年，隶属中铁电气化局集团公司和中铁宏达资产管理中心，是全国唯一铁路企业举办的电气化专业国家级重点中等职业学校。建校以来，为铁路及地方企业培养学生两万多人，是大型国有企业中国中铁电气化建设人才培训基地。现有5000余名在校生，教职工160名。学校新校区位于美丽的衡水湖畔，占地面积150亩，一期建筑面积3.75万平米，2012年，学校将整体搬迁至新校区。

办学三十多年来，学校秉承“立足铁路、面向社会、服务企业、突出特色”的指导思想，坚持“为学生幸福人生奠基”的办学宗旨，依托行业特色品牌优势，教育规模不断扩大，服务经济社会能力和社会影响力不断增强。学校专业具有鲜明的行业特色和路地两用特点，目前学校主要开设电气化铁道供电、城市轨道交通供电、电气技术应用、铁道信号、城市轨道交通信号、通信技术、轨道交通运营管理、计算机平面设计、计算机网络技术、电子与信息技术、焊接技术应用、数控技术应用等专业，其中电气化铁道供电和电气技术应用两个专业为市级特色骨干专业。

学校现有省级名师3人、高级职称教师25人，双师型教师60人。学校设有职业鉴定站，大专函授站，师资力量雄厚，实训设备完善，教学管理严谨，各专业学生毕业可考取毕业证，技能证，特种工(电工)操作证，为学生顺利就业提供了有力保障。近几年，在中国中铁举行的专业技能大赛中，学校毕业生均取得优异成绩。

学校始终坚持面向市场办学的原则，开展多种形式的交流与合作，积极探索多层次的办学模式，实行多元化办学。学校先后与石家庄铁道大学、衡水学院、、北京商鲲教育集团等开展联合办学，开办大专函授教育、普通专科教育和中等职业教育。

学校秉承“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”的办学指导方针，坚持铁路地方两条腿走路，两个市场一起抓，广开就业渠道，积极构建稳定、有序、灵活的就业网络，与全国30多家铁路电气化建设及维管公司，10多家地铁公司，京沪津冀等20多家地方大型电气和IT企业，建立了实习和就业合作关系，就业率始终稳定在99%以上。高就业率为学校赢得了良好的声誉，良好的声誉提高了学校的吸引力。建校以来，学校20000多名毕业生就业于铁路地铁建设和管理各个岗位，成为铁路地铁建设和管理的骨干力量，近年来我校每年安置毕业生2000名左右，是国家铁路电气化和地铁行业后备力量的主要来源。

Hengshui Railway electrification School was founded in 1975 and belongs to China Railway electrification Bureau Group and China Railway Hongda Asset Management Center. it is the only national key secondary vocational school majoring in electrification held by railway enterprises in China. Since its establishment, it has trained more than 20,000 students for railway and local enterprises, and is a talent training base for China Railway electrification construction, a large state-owned enterprise. At present, there are more than 5000 students and 160 teaching staff. The new campus of the school is located in the beautiful Hengshui Lake, covering an area of 150mu and a construction area of 37500 square meters. Among them, the two majors of electrified railway power supply and the application of electrical technology are the backbone majors with municipal characteristics.

The school now has 3 provincial teachers, 25 senior teachers and 60 double-qualified teachers. The school has vocational appraisal stations, junior college correspondence stations, strong teachers, perfect training equipment, strict teaching management, and students of various majors can obtain diplomas, skills certificates and special workers (electrician) operation certificates after graduation. it provides a strong guarantee for students’ smooth employment. In recent years, school graduates have achieved excellent results in the professional skills competition held by China Railway.

The school always adheres to the market-oriented principle of running a school, carries out various forms of exchange and cooperation, actively explores the multi-level mode of running a school, and implements diversified running a school. The school has jointly run schools with Shijiazhuang Railway University, Hengshui College and Beijing Shangyi Education Group, offering junior college correspondence education, general junior college education and secondary vocational education.
