江西干部学院简介

江西干部学院系中共江西省委组织部直属事业单位。下属的井冈山党员干部培训中心成立于1995年，成立之初即被中组部确定为“中国革命传统教育基地”，面向全国开展革命传统教育、理想信念教育与现代管理培训。2010年11月,正式成立江西干部学院。

学院位于江西省井冈山市茨坪风景区内，占地33.14亩、建筑总面积15605.3平方米、教学行政用房面积4000平方米。现有学员宿舍190间，床位389个。各类教室共计17个，其中省内一流的大型投影幕墙多功能教室1个，可容纳学员220人;可容纳140人的大型多媒体教室2个，其它各类中小型多媒体教室14个;图书室、健身房、小超市、舞厅各1个。

学院整合井冈山培训资源，与井冈山20余家培训中心(宾馆)合作，可同时容纳两千学员培训。2012年学院培训最高峰时，一天21个培训班同时运转，学员上千人分布在10家宾馆。

师资队伍建设

与传统意义的教师相比，在红色培训中，教师不仅是教学内容的提供者，还是学员学习进程中的参与者、陪伴者与服务者。结合学院的实际情况，学院力求从专职教师和兼职教师两个主体构成加强师资队伍建设。

(1)专职教师队伍建设

学院现有教职员工150人，其中教务、教学人员50人(教务人员5人，专职授课教师10人，带班教学助理35人)，教学保障人员100人。

(2)兼职教师队伍建设

学院聘请原中组部培训中心主任姚雪为高级顾问、特聘教授。学院聘请了一批专业造诣深、授课效果好、特别受学员欢迎的国内一流专家、教授作为学院兼职教师。目前学院已开设了《中国宏观经济形势分析》、《坚定理想信念、加强党性修养》、《井冈山斗争与井冈山精神》、《毛泽东与调查研究》、《关注我们的学习》、《领导干部内心成长》、《领导干部礼仪修养》等40余堂专题教学课程。

2009年4月，学院与中国中共党史人物研究会井冈红军人物研究分会(原北京井冈儿女联谊会)合作，开始组建“江西干部学院红军后代授课团”、“将军授课团”。三年多来，已经有60余位在井冈山战斗过的红军的后代从北京、上海、广东等地来到学院担任教员，累计有500余人次上井冈山授课，共计1335天，人均在井冈山工作15天。红军后代授课团先后开发参与了《井冈山精神代代传》互动访谈式教学课程、《追忆前辈的人生坐标》红色故事会课程、《黄洋界保卫战》、《三湾改编》现场教学等课程，其中红色故事会2010年8月试讲至2014年3月，共授课594堂，共957个培训班，培训学员80984人。

2012年1月，民政部正式批准成立以学院红军后代授课团为主体的“中国中共党史人物研究会井冈红军人物研究分会”，陈毅之子陈昊苏担任会长，金一南等一批国内顶尖级的党史军史专家担任顾问。

培训方式方法及特色课程

学员来自全国34个省级行政区、40多个国家部委机关、中央企业和解放军部队。培训班学员类型以党政机关、企事业单位干部为主体。学院还承办了部分新生代企业家培训班，10至15岁的小学生、中学生培训班，17至22岁的大学生培训班及少量的藏传佛教、南传佛教高级学衔获得者培训班、伊斯兰教教徒培训班。

2008年以来，学院围绕“井冈山精神代代传”这一核心命题，本着传播知识、增强能力、提高素质、触及灵魂、增强党性的思路，在试验探索的基础上，学院确立了“教育别人先改变自己、历练自己再精炼课程;陪伴学员心路历程、促进学员内心成长;立足真实、追求精细”等三大培训理念。

学院大胆创新干部培训方式，在培训中灵活运用互动教学、红色拓展训练、红色故事会、激情教学、案例教学、专题教学、体验式教学、音像教学、红歌会等多种教学形式。

学院成功研发了四大品牌课程：“井冈山精神代代传”互动访谈式教学课程、“追忆前辈的人生坐标”红色故事会、“红色拓展训练”体验式教学课程、“井冈山斗争中的管理之道”系列案例教学课程。构建了革命历史传统课程模块、理想信念课程模块、宏观形势分析模块、领导管理课程模块与生态体验课程模块等五大课程模块体系。

井冈山精神是中华民族优秀精神的重要组成部分，学院紧紧围绕挖掘红色文化基因，进行了一系列的探索和实践。集中力量开发了《论道井冈》、《歌声中的红色记忆》等课程。围绕井冈山的革命斗争历史，通过横向纵向比较，从历史的横切面探究井冈山道路的必然性和正确性，将其放在整个中国近现代史的历史文化背景中去研究，通过时代对比、历史人物对比，梳理出更为清晰的中国历史和中国革命的发展脉络;从世界历史和文化发展的视角去探究中国革命胜利的规律，让学员从历史中了解规律，从文化中了解政治，不断增加革命政治理论教育的深度和广度。

培训中，学院从学员实际出发，不拘一格，灵活采用多种教学形式。《论道井冈》课程改变了以往一位专家讲述的传统模式，而是以多位学者、专家坐而论道的形式，在观点基本一致的前提下，进行思想的交流和碰撞。《歌声中的红色记忆》则采用表演、互动等形式增强学员的参与度，学员在艺术的欣赏、课程参与过程中充分感受红色文化。学院通过多媒体教育手段，充分利用现有设备、设施、本土资源，用纪录片、艺术片以及对话互动的形式开展教学，将政治理论以艺术的表现形式呈现在学员面前，让课堂效果更加“有声有色”，改变了过去“一人讲、大家听”，“只有‘听’、没有‘看’”的教育模式，将课程变成了声、光、电、乐的结合体。

目前学院正在整合兴国、安源、三湾、瑞金等地的红色培训资源，筹建分院移植推广“井冈山教育”红色培训模式。

办学效果

学院培训模式得到王岐山、马凯、李源潮、汪洋、沈跃跃、李长春等领导同志的肯定。

2011年7月11日，李源潮同志批示：江西干部学院的党员干部理想信念教育培训工作做得很好，希望有更多的党员干部接受“井冈山教育”。

学院精品课程—“井冈山精神代代传”互动访谈式教学课程、“追忆前辈的人生坐标”红色故事会课程成为井冈山培训必修课，课程应邀走进中央组织部机关、国家信访局、国家行政学院、全国组织干部学院、全国公安警卫部队、解放军装备学院等单位，课程真实生动、感人肺腑，引起强烈反响，受到一致欢迎和好评。

2013年7月24日至26日，学院受国务院办公厅邀请以“弘扬井冈精神·践行群众路线”为题，作了“寻根”、“坐标”、“传承”3场报告，中央书记处书记、国务委员、国务院秘书长杨晶率领全体机关干部听取了报告。

新华社、中央电视台、人民日报、中国新闻社、光明日报等30余家主流媒体曾数十次采访报道学院红色培训模式。

学院先后被确定为中组部“中国革命传统教育基地”、“上海市青年干部锻炼基地”、“中国航空工业集团公司党员干部革命传统教育培训基地”、“中央党校解放军总装备部分部班现地教学基地”、“北京高校思想政治教育教师学习实践基地”等。

A brief introduction to Jiangxi cadre College

Jiangxi cadre College is an institution directly under the Organization Department of the Jiangxi Provincial CPC Committee. The subordinate Jinggangshan Party member and cadre training Center was established in 1995. At the beginning of its establishment, it was identified by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee as the “traditional education base of the Chinese revolution” to carry out revolutionary tradition education, ideal and belief education, and modern management training across the country. In November 2010, Jiangxi cadre College was officially established.

The college is located in Ziping Scenic spot, Jinggangshan City, Jiangxi Province, covering an area of 33.14mu, with a total construction area of 15605.3 square meters and a teaching administrative room area of 4000 square meters. At present, there are 190 dormitories and 389 beds. There are a total of 17 classrooms of all kinds, including 1 first-class large-scale projection curtain wall multi-function classroom in the province, which can hold 220 students, 2 large multimedia classrooms with a capacity of 140 people, and 14 other small and medium-sized multimedia classrooms. 1 library, gym, mini supermarket and ballroom.

The college integrates Jinggangshan training resources and cooperates with more than 20 training centers (hotels) in Jinggangshan, which can accommodate 2000 students at the same time. At the peak of the college’s training in 2012, 21 training courses were running at the same time, with thousands of participants in 10 hotels.

Construction of teaching staff

Compared with teachers in the traditional sense, in red training, teachers are not only the providers of teaching content, but also participants, companions and service providers in the learning process of students. Combined with the actual situation of the college, the college strives to strengthen the construction of teaching staff from the two main bodies of full-time teachers and part-time teachers.

(1) Construction of full-time teachers

The college now has 150 teaching staff, including 50 teaching staff (5 teaching staff, 10 full-time teachers, 35 teaching assistants) and 100 teaching support staff.

(2) the construction of part-time teachers.

The college hired Yao Xue, former director of the training center of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, as a senior adviser and special professor. The college has hired a group of domestic first-class experts and professors with deep professional attainments, good teaching results and especially popular with students as part-time teachers of the college. At present, the college has set up more than 40 special teaching courses, such as “Analysis of China’s Macroeconomic situation”, “strengthening ideals and beliefs, strengthening Party Spirit cultivation”, “Jinggangshan struggle and Jinggangshan Spirit”, “Mao Zedong and investigation and Research”, “paying attention to our study”, “leading cadres’ Inner growth”, “leading cadres’ Etiquette cultivation” and so on.

In April 2009, the college cooperated with Jinggang Red Army character Research Branch of Chinese Communist Party History figure Research Association (former Beijing Jinggang son and daughter Association) and began to set up “Jiangxi cadre College Red Army descendant Teaching Group” and “General Teaching Group”. Over the past three years, more than 60 descendants of the Red Army who have fought in Jinggangshan have come to the college from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other places to serve as teachers. A total of more than 500 people have gone to teach in Jinggangshan for a total of 1335 days, with each person working in Jinggangshan for 15 days. The future generations of the Red Army have successively developed and participated in the interactive interview teaching course of “Jinggangshan Spirit from Generation to Generation”, the Red Story Society course of “recalling the Life coordinates of the predecessors”, “the Defense of the Yellow Ocean”, “Sanwan adaptation” and other courses. among them, the Red Story Club gave a trial lecture from August 2010 to March 2014, with a total of 594 classes, 957 training courses and 80984 trainees.

In January 2012, the Ministry of Civil Affairs formally approved the establishment of the Jinggang Red Army character Research Branch of the Society for the study of figures in the History of the Communist Party of China, with Chen Haosu, the son of Chen Yi, as president. Jin Yinan and a number of top experts in party history and military history in China served as consultants.

Training methods, methods and characteristic courses

The participants come from 34 provincial administrative regions, more than 40 national ministries and commissions, central enterprises and PLA units. The types of trainees in the training course are mainly cadres of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions. The college also holds some training courses for new generation entrepreneurs, primary and middle school students between the ages of 10 and 15, college students between the ages of 17 and 22, and a small number of advanced titles of Tibetan Buddhism and southern Buddhism, as well as Islamic training courses.

Since 2008, centering on the core proposition of “passing on Jinggangshan Spirit from generation to generation”, in line with the idea of spreading knowledge, enhancing ability, improving quality, touching the soul, and strengthening party spirit, and on the basis of experimental exploration, the college has established three major training concepts: “educate others to change themselves first, experience themselves and then refine courses; accompany students’ mental process and promote students’ inner growth; based on truth and the pursuit of fineness”.

The college boldly innovates the way of cadre training, and flexibly uses many kinds of teaching forms in the training, such as interactive teaching, red expansion training, red story meeting, passion teaching, case teaching, special topic teaching, experiential teaching, audio-visual teaching, red song club and so on.

The college has successfully developed four brand courses: the interactive interview course of “Jinggangshan Spirit from Generation to Generation”, the Red Story Club of “recalling the Life coordinates of the predecessors”, the experiential Teaching course of “Red Development training”, and the series of case teaching courses of “the way of Management in the struggle of Jinggangshan”. It constructs five curriculum modules: revolutionary history traditional curriculum module, ideal and belief curriculum module, macro situation analysis module, leadership management curriculum module and ecological experience curriculum module.

Jinggangshan spirit is an important part of the excellent spirit of the Chinese nation. The college has carried out a series of exploration and practice around tapping the genes of red culture. Focus on the development of courses such as “on Dao Jinggang” and “Red memory in singing”. Centering on the history of revolutionary struggle in Jinggangshan, through horizontal and vertical comparison, this paper probes into the inevitability and correctness of Jinggangshan road from the cross section of history, and studies it in the historical and cultural background of the whole modern Chinese history. through the comparison of the times and historical figures, we can sort out a clearer thread of Chinese history and the development of the Chinese revolution. To explore the law of the victory of the Chinese revolution from the perspective of world history and cultural development, let students understand the law from history, understand politics from culture, and constantly increase the depth and breadth of revolutionary political theory education.

In the training, the college starts from the reality of the students, does not stick to one style, and flexibly adopts a variety of teaching forms. The course of “on Tao Jinggang” has changed the traditional mode described by an expert in the past, but in the form of a number of scholars and experts, under the premise of basically the same point of view, carry on the exchange and collision of ideas. “Red memory in singing” uses performances, interaction and other forms to enhance students’ participation, and students fully experience the red culture in the process of art appreciation and course participation. By means of multimedia education, the college makes full use of existing equipment, facilities and local resources to carry out teaching in the form of documentaries, art films, dialogue and interaction, and presents political theories in front of students in the form of artistic expression. make the classroom effect more “vivid” and change the past educational model of “one person speaking, everyone listening” and “only listening but not seeing”. Turn the course into a combination of sound, light, electricity and music.

At present, the college is integrating red training resources in Xingguo, Anyuan, Sanwan, Ruijin and other places, preparing to set up branches to transplant and promote the red training model of “Jinggangshan Education”.

The training model of the college has been affirmed by Wang Qishan, Ma Kai, Li Yuanchao, Wang Yang, Shen Yueyue, Li Changchun and other leading comrades.

From July 24 to 26, 2013, the college was invited by the General Office of the State Council to make three reports on “seeking roots”, “coordinates” and “inheritance” under the theme of “carrying forward the Jinggang spirit and practicing the mass line.” Yang Jing, member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, state councilor, and secretary general of the State Council, led all government cadres to listen to the report.

More than 30 mainstream media, including Xinhua News Agency, CCTV, People’s Daily, China News Service and Guangming Daily, have interviewed and reported the college red training mode dozens of times.
