天津乐译通翻译服务有限公司，中文简称“乐译通翻译”，英文简称“HP TRANS”，本着“为员工提供物质和心灵成长的机会，为人类社会的进步与发展做贡献”的经营理念，经天津工商局和相关部门批准，于2010年成立于具有强劲经济发展态势的天津市滨海新区。

实践模式

天津乐译通作为中国权威翻译机构，乐译通翻译是中国翻译协会团体会员、美国翻译协会团体会员。现已与哈尔滨师范大学、河北工业大学、天津外国语大学、黑龙江外国语学院、重庆三峡学院等多家外语类院校建立校企合作关系，成为各外语类院校的产学研教学实践基地，旨在积极探索应用型外语人才培养和实践创新模式，是中国第一家将翻译项目管理一线工作实践纳入高校公选课的翻译企业。

职能部门

公司设有翻译中心、项目部、质控部、资源中心、培训部、行政部、高校事业部、营销部、互联网事业部等12个职能部门，全职员工近六十余名、签约译者约两百五十余名、兼职译者达八百三十余名、储备译者约六万余名，自主开发建设的翻译综合平台将实现全球译者的自动整合，覆盖多语种多领域的翻译资源。另由世博会主题译者顾玉宝先生、原江门市翻译工作者协会会长周裕玻先生领衔的一批国内一流、享誉海外的资深翻译专家，长期担任公司名誉顾问、董事，用以满足客户在语言和专业领域的双重需要，协助客户密切国际合作、创造最大化的企业价值!
