围场卉原中学简介

围场卉原中学是2000年5月经河北省教育厅批准，由围场一中秦海山等13名教师集体辞职自筹资金创办的一所全日制民办中学。

她以投资者、管理者、教育者“三位一体”的全新办学体制，显示出独特的魅力和强劲的发展势头。短短的四年时间学校已迅速发展成为校园占地168亩，建筑面积64000平方米，67个教学班，在校生4600名的初高中一体化的完全中学。

在硬件建设方面，学校从办学之初租用已停办的县民族技校作为校舍，到2001年完成占地58亩，建筑面积13500平方米的一期建设工程，再到2003年8月末启动现已竣工的，占地110亩建筑面积达36500平方米的卉原二期扩建工程。四年间实现了三大跨越。而今现代化的实验设施，高标准的教师备课大厅，一流的学生公寓，偌大的学生餐厅，崭新的体育场馆都凸现了卉原硬件建设水平，赶上并超过了各县重点中学，达到省级示范性高中的标准。学校同时实施“卉原安居工程”，目前三栋90户总建筑面积近12000平方米的高标准的教师公寓楼已入住，两栋同样规格的教师公寓楼又已破土动工，使教师在这里安居乐业。

师资

在师资队伍建设方面，学校借助民办学校体制新、机制活、选择面广的优势，实行高薪聘请，保证了师资队伍的高质量、高水平，实现了教师队伍建设的三个百分之百，即百分之百的专职教师，百分之百的年富力强教师，百分之百的辞职教师。目前，全校教职工300人，专职教师205人。这些教师平均年龄34岁，教育理念全新、知识结构合理、管理经验丰富。他们以辞去公职的勇气和胆识，以全身心投入的工作热情和高超的教育教学水平，撑起了卉原中学这片广阔的蓝天。

教学管理

荣誉

已有的两届高考成绩辉煌，创造了围场教育史上的奇迹。在生源质量明显偏低的情况下，2003年首届高考获全县文科前十名和理科前十名的20名学生，卉原中学占12名。全县应届上重点线57人卉原中学占30人。延慧同学以620分的成绩获承德市高考文科状元，被北京大学录取，实现了围场县历届高考市状元零的突破。2004年高考再创佳绩，重点上线率、二本上线率均以较大优势超出本县重点中学，李曙光同学以643分的成绩获全市文科第二名，达到北京大学录取分数线，被中国人民大学录取。实现了“低进高出、高进杰出”的办学目标。学校先后被评为“承德市社会力量办学示范校”、“河北省民办教育明星学校”。
