泰山学院附属中学创建于1994年，是一所省级规范化学校。学校现有全国优秀教师1人，省级优秀教师5人，省十大创新教师1人，市专业技术拔尖人才2人，市优秀教师15人，市优秀班主任4人，泰山名师6人，泰山功勋教师4人。

学校宗旨

学校以“办群众满意的学校”为宗旨，以“幸福学校”建设为目标，秉持“唤醒学生心智、养成学生习惯、激励学生成功、健全学生人格”的教育实践观，全面实施素质教育。开设了“五大行动”实践课程;成立了“科技社”、“爱心公益社”、“望岳文学社”等十几个社团;每年开办五大节日，为学生的个性化发展搭建平台;创新德育体系，设计实施了“学生成长导师制”、“荣誉申请制”、“学生成长积点卡”、“学生快乐成长攀登卡”等制度，其中“学生快乐成长攀登卡”制度，在山东省德育暨心理健康教育工作会议上推广，受到省教育厅领导和与会人员的高度评价。

办学理念

学校始终坚持发展是第一要务的思想，坚持以人为本的办学理念，大力实施素质教育。去年以来，学校主动与当地社区合作，自筹资金，建起一栋2400平方米的教学楼，扩大了学校的招生规模，提高了办学层次;学校筹资20万元新上两口网络教室，建起比较完善的校园网，加快了教学现代化建设的步伐;学校深化了以改革分配制度为主要内容的人事制度改革，干部职工全员竞争上岗，进一步增强了学校发展的内部活力;坚持科研兴校，开展了“分层教学”、“大语文”教学、“研究性学习”等课题实验。先后在省组织的学术研讨会上做了重点经验介绍，促进了教育教学质量的大幅度提高。参加全国数理化竞赛有48名学生获全国一、二、三等奖，列全市同等学校首位。学生在全国近二十家报刊发表作品300余篇，学校综合实力和办学水平在全市名列前茅。
