陕西建设技师学院(陕西省建筑工程学校)是我省唯一一所以培养建设安装类高、中级技术人才为主的公办国家级重点综合技术学校。学校位于西安市朱雀门外南郊文化区。

学校自1955年创建以来，始终以深化教学改革为契机，以提高教学质量为重点，以培养复合性、高素质、现代化操作型的应用型技术人才为方向，以企业需求为导向，创建一流学校为目标紧紧围绕三结合“专业设置与市场相结合，理论教学与实习教学相结合，知识学习与创新能力相结合”，严谨治学、科学办校，经过半世纪的不断发展、提高，学校现已成为一所集中高级职业技术培训及教育、技能鉴定、就业服务、职业介绍等全方位、多层次、多功能、多形式的大型综合(技工)教学培训基地。

学校环境幽雅，交通便利，设备设施齐全。师资力量雄厚，共有教师117名，其中高级职称36人，中级职称61人，教学质量一流，被陕西省劳动厅评为教学质量优秀单位、职业教育先进单位和招生先进单位。学校现有在校生3500多名，先后开设了30多个专业，按照市场需求现(技工部)主要有数控机械加工、水电安装、铆焊、机电一体化、测量与试验、制冷与空调、电子装配与电气维修、酒店管理与服务等专业;(中专部)主要有工业与民用建筑、城市规划、市政工程施工、建筑企业经济管理、建筑水暖气安装、环境污染治理、园林绿化、城市燃气工程等专业。共为社会培养了一万六千多名复合型技术性人才，遍布全国各大中型名优企业。

学校教学设备先进，后勤服务设施齐全。有7485平方米的理论教学大楼，6861平方米的生产实习车间，可容纳2000多人的学生公寓及就餐的学生食堂、澡堂，具有200米标准跑道的运动场。

在办学方式方面，除以为本省培养各类技术人才外，还和上海、天津、山东等外省市兄弟学校进行合作办学。在教学方法方面，引进德国双元制教学模式，与企业联合办学，企业需要什么人才，学校就培养什么人才。在就业推荐方面与长庆油田、江苏昆山、珠海格力、安装公司等数十家企业建立了就业网络，保证了学生的就业推荐安置。

Shaanxi Construction technician College (Shaanxi Construction Engineering School) is the only public national key comprehensive technical school in our province which focuses on training high and intermediate technical personnel in construction and installation. The school is located in the southern suburban cultural district outside the Zhuque Gate in Xi’an.

Since its establishment in 1955, the school has always taken the deepening of teaching reform as an opportunity, the improvement of teaching quality as the focus, the training of compound, high-quality and modern operational applied technical personnel as the direction, and the needs of enterprises as the direction. the goal of establishing a first-class school is closely around the three combinations: the combination of specialty setting and market, theoretical teaching and practice teaching, knowledge learning and innovation ability. After half a century of continuous development and improvement, the school has become an omni-directional, multi-level, multi-functional and multi-form large-scale comprehensive (technician) teaching and training base focusing on advanced vocational and technical training and education, skill appraisal, employment services, job introduction and so on.

The school has an elegant environment, convenient transportation and complete facilities. The teaching staff is strong, with a total of 117 teachers, including 36 senior professional titles and 61 intermediate professional titles, with first-class teaching quality, which has been rated as excellent teaching quality units, advanced vocational education units and advanced enrollment units by the Labor Department of Shaanxi Province. The school has more than 3500 students and has opened more than 30 majors successively. According to the market demand, there are mainly majors such as NC machining, hydropower installation, riveting, mechatronics, measurement and testing, refrigeration and air conditioning, electronic assembly and electrical maintenance, hotel management and service, etc. The main specialties are industrial and civil construction, urban planning, municipal engineering construction, economic management of construction enterprises, construction plumbing installation, environmental pollution control, landscaping, urban gas engineering and so on. A total of more than 16000 compound technical talents have been trained for the society, all over the large and medium-sized famous and high-quality enterprises throughout the country.

The school has advanced teaching equipment and complete logistics service facilities. There are 7485 square meters of theory teaching building, 6861 square meters of production practice workshop, student apartments that can accommodate more than 2000 people, student canteens and bathhouses, and a sports ground with a 200m standard runway.

In terms of the mode of running a school, in addition to training all kinds of technical personnel for the province, it also cooperates with brother schools in other provinces and cities such as Shanghai, Tianjin, Shandong and so on. In terms of teaching methods, we introduce the German dual teaching model and jointly run schools with enterprises, and the school will train whatever talents the enterprises need. In terms of employment recommendation, we have established employment networks with dozens of enterprises, such as Changqing Oilfield, Kunshan, Zhuhai Gree, installation companies, and so on, to ensure the employment recommendation and placement of students.
