山东省泰安第一中学，位于山东省泰安市，是山东省重点中学，山东省首批办好的十九所重点中学之一。

山东省泰安第一中学始建于1899年，学校前身是美国牧师郑乐德在山东省创办的学堂，1952年，学校被省政府定名为山东省泰安第一中学，1960年，学校首次被评为省重点中学。

截至2009年，学校建成数字校园网络、教学双向控制系统，62间教室全部实现多媒体教学，15间国家新课程标准一级实验室等现代化教学设施。

办学规模

截至2012年8月，学校共有在校生6000余人，96个教学班，其中各类特长生320余人，其中篮球特长生180余人(长城路校区)。

截至2014年，学校共有在职教师324人，其中高级教师139人，具有研究生学历的8人，博士学位1人。各级劳模、优秀教师26人，山东省教学能手13人，齐鲁名校长、齐鲁名师2人，泰山功勋教师、泰山名师15人，市级、市直教学能手65人，省级特级教师2人。
