安徽绿海商务职业学院

安徽绿海商务职业学院位于安徽省省会合肥经济技术开发区大学城，是经安徽省人民政府批准、教育部备案的具有高等学历教育资格的普通高等职业院校，是“中国民办教育百强学校”、“2009安徽最具特色教育机构”、安徽省民办高校中首家成立工会的学校、安徽省唯一参加上海世博会服务的高职院校。

学院创办于2007年，坚持贯彻：“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向，走产学研结合发展道路”的职业教育方针，遵循“以质量求生存，以和谐求发展;坚持以人为本、坚持以德为先、坚持人为为人、坚持以教导学、坚持以管促理”的办学思路。学院建有实验实训中心、图书馆、现代教育技术中心和校内商务实践基地。

学院聘请经济学博士后、博士生导师、国家“863”首席专家，原南京师范大学校长助理、商学院名誉院长许崇正教授担任院长，著名高教管理专家王端庆研究员担任名誉院长。学院特聘近40位来自北京大学、清华大学、南京大学等高等院校的知名教授和国内有关方面的著名专家、学者，成立了学院发展指导专家委员会，具体指导办学。学院各专业带头人主要来自中国科学技术大学、合肥工业大学、安徽大学等高校，是学院教学与科研的核心力量。为创新专业特色，学院从国内著名高校，科研院所聘请一批基础理论深厚、教学理念超前、科研成果显著的博士、博士后，加入教师队伍，发挥其优势，学院专业建设得到进一步加强，教学和科研水平不断提升。

学院设有经济贸易系、会计系、工商管理系、旅游系、信息技术系、艺术系、基础教学部、思政教学部和继续教育学院等10个教学机构，国家统招专业27个，其中艺术专业4个。

学院紧紧围绕高职教育的办学特点和“一专多能，高素质、技能型”人才培养目标，积极探究前瞻性高职人才培养模式。在师资队伍建设上，对青年教师培养，着力引进专业带头人和教学骨干，加大“双师型”教师建设力度;在教学上坚持“课堂与市场相结合，教学与实训相结合，教授与企业家、培训师相结合”。

教学过程充分融入行业、企业、职业、实践等要素，教学围绕任务项目，课程围绕岗位能力，教材围绕培养目标。实习实践教学环节;在人才培养上，学院与多家知名企业合作，共同研究专业建设，人才培养方案，开发校企合作教材，通过订单培养，实现校企深度对接，加强培养五项能力(政治鉴别能力、自我学习能力、实践动手能力、合作协调能力、身心承受能力)、六项技能(商务公关、外语应用、微机操作、语言文字表达、信息处理、书法)和职业素质(职业资质、职业心态、职业道德、职业行为、职业技能)。注重“知识、能力和素养”三位一体，大力加强“双证”融合和“双堂”结合，培养基础知识扎实、专业技能过硬、综合素质全面的技能型、创业型商务人才。

学院高度重视大学生思想政治教育，以社会主义核心价值观为引领，以胡锦涛总书记的“四个新一代”作为人才培养的标杆，强基固本、立德树人，积极鼓励学生参加社会实践活动，着力教育学生将爱国主义作为始终高扬的光辉旗帜，把勤奋学习作为人生进步的重要阶梯，把深入实践作为成长成才的必由之路，把奉献社会作为不懈追求的优良品德。

按照“教学高质量、人才高技能，就业高薪酬，创业高机率”的方向，学院与国内和省内多家知名企业签订订单合作，充分发挥以质量求生存的特色品牌发展战略、培养适应市场需求、德才兼备、素质全面、一专多能的财经、商贸、电子信息、数字艺术等专业人才。首届毕业生就业率即达到97℅。近年来，学院为社会输送商务人才近万人，800余名优秀学子成功创业或成为企事业单位骨干。学院毕业生平均就业率达98%以上，受到社会各界和家长的好评。

Anhui Luhai Business Vocational College is located in the university city of Hefei Economic and technological Development Zone, the capital of Anhui Province. it is an ordinary higher vocational college with higher academic qualifications approved by the people’s Government of Anhui Province and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is one of the top 100 schools in private education in China, the most characteristic educational institution in Anhui in 2009, the first unionized school in private colleges and universities in Anhui Province, and the only higher vocational college in Anhui Province to participate in the service of Shanghai World Expo.

The college has 10 teaching institutions, including the Department of Economics and Trade, the Department of Accounting, the Department of Business Administration, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Information Technology, the Department of Art, the Department of basic Education, the Department of ideological and political Education and the College of continuing Education. There are 27 national recruitment majors, including 4 art majors.
