大连理工大学软件学院

大连理工大学软件学院是大连理工大学所属的十九个学院之一，是“十五”的第一年即2001年1月成立的，是经国家教育部和国家计委联合发文批准成立的35所国家示范性软件学院之一，是大连理工大学根据国家“以信息化带动工业化，以工业化促进信息化”的战略决策，以学校雄厚的多学科师资队伍为依托，以推动软件产业快速发展为目标而成立的学院。

办学条件

大连理工大学国家示范性软件学院坐落在风景秀丽的大连经济技术开发区，开发区管委会并无偿划拨土地1180亩，学校先后投资近3亿元用于开发区校区软件学院建设，建成教学楼(39725平方米)、信息中心及图书馆(32317平方米)、综合办公楼(10724平方米)、体育馆(8778平方米);学生公寓(32174平方米)和食堂(9294平方米)等约14万平方米的建筑物;同时建成校园道路，各种辅助管网，校园绿化，标准塑胶运动场等。

学生情况

软件学院有全日制本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生等培养层次。截止2014年4月，共有在籍学生5468人，其中全日制本科生2993人。本科生面向全国由大连理工大学统一招生，年计划招生720人。其中软件工程日语强化专业单独招生，年招生240人。学制均为四年。全日制硕士研究生年计划招生200人左右。

教职工情况

经过几年的迅速发展，现已具备了相当的规模和实力。截止至2013年，拥有一支以中青年教师为骨干、专兼职相结合的高水平教师队伍，共有专兼职教师180余人。

人才培养

学院以人才培养为根本，通过人才、资源引进和自主建设夯实人才培养基础;已形成队伍建设、学科建设、科学研究围绕人才培养这一中心任务，相互支撑、协调发展的办学格局。

学院以引进和培养为着力点，通过校聘和院聘方式，教师队伍中专任教师已达到98人，专业教师队伍学历层次较高，具有博士学位的人数比例为84%，远远高出学校具有博士学位人数比例的平均值，为学院后续发展打下基础和积攒后发优势。由于学院是以培养工程应用型软件人才为目的，要求教师成为高水平工程研究型人员，而大部分教师来校之前缺乏工程实践经历;为此，学院下大力气加强师资培训，让专业教师进企业，接受企业洗礼和实践磨练，最后带着攻关项目回到学校，实现“完美转身”;同时，为强化外语教学，派出外语教师出国进修提高教学水平。

就业工作

高度重视就业工作，创新工作体制、机制，把就业工作纳入到人才培养的全方位、全过程，努力推行“打造一个品牌，加强三个结合，保证三项落实”的“一三三”工作模式。

在几任领导的努力下，学院上下已形成就业工作是人才培养的重要环节、关乎学院持续发展和社会声誉的共识。在担任学院就业工作指导委员会主任的院长统领下，增设“对外合作副院长”一职，主抓就业工作办、对外合作办、实训基地办三大块，形成教学副院长、学生工作副院长和对外合作副院长三位一体、齐抓共管、全员促就业的组织体系。

Student situation

The Software School has full-time undergraduates, postgraduates, doctoral students and other training levels. As of April 2014, there were 5468 enrolled students, including 2993 full-time undergraduates. Undergraduates are uniformly enrolled by Dalian University of Technology across the country, with an annual enrollment plan of 720. Among them, the Japanese intensive major of software engineering recruits students separately, with an annual enrollment of 240 students. The academic system is all four years. The annual enrollment of full-time postgraduates is planned to be about 200.

The situation of teaching staff

After several years of rapid development, it now has a considerable scale and strength. By 2013, it has a high-level team of full-time and part-time teachers with young and middle-aged teachers as the backbone, with a total of more than 180 full-time and part-time teachers.

Talent training

The college takes talent training as the foundation, tamps the foundation of talent training through the introduction of talents, resources and independent construction, and has formed a school-running pattern of mutual support and coordinated development around the central task of personnel training, discipline construction and scientific research.

The college focuses on introduction and training. Through the recruitment and recruitment of colleges, the number of full-time teachers has reached 98, the educational level of professional teachers is relatively high, and the proportion of people with doctorates is 84%. It is far higher than the average proportion of the number of doctorates in the school, laying the foundation for the follow-up development of the college and accumulating the advantage of backwardness. Because the purpose of the college is to train engineering applied software talents, teachers are required to become high-level engineering research personnel, and most teachers lack engineering practical experience before they come to the school. For this reason, the college has made great efforts to strengthen teacher training, let professional teachers enter the enterprise, accept enterprise baptism and practice training, and finally return to school with key research projects to achieve a “perfect turn.” At the same time, in order to strengthen foreign language teaching, foreign language teachers are sent to study abroad to improve their teaching level.

Employment work

We should attach great importance to employment work, innovate the work system and mechanism, bring employment work into the omni-directional and whole process of personnel training, and strive to implement the “one-three-three” work mode of “building a brand, strengthening three combinations, and ensuring the implementation of the three items.”

With the efforts of several leaders, the college has formed a consensus that employment is an important part of personnel training and is related to the sustainable development and social reputation of the college. Under the leadership of the dean who serves as the director of the employment work steering committee of the college, the post of “vice dean of foreign cooperation” has been added, focusing on the employment work office, the foreign cooperation office, and the training base office. to form an organizational system of the trinity of the vice dean of teaching, the vice dean of student work and the vice dean of foreign cooperation.
