湖北中医药高等专科学校是经国家教育部批准成立，由国家中医药管理局、湖北省卫生厅、荆州市人民政府三方共建的公立全日制普通高等专科学校，坐落于全国历史文化名城荆州。学校集现代教育、医学科研、临床医疗为一体。良好的校园环境、先进的教学设施、优秀的师资队伍、科学的管理水平，形成了优良的办学传统和良好的校风。

办学条件

湖北中医药高等专科学校是经国家教育部批准成立的由国家中医药管理局、湖北省卫生厅、荆州市人民政府三方共建的公立全日制普通高等学校。是湖北省乡村医生培训中心、全国第一所中医药高专、湖北省中医药文化宣传教育基地。学校坐落在历史文化名城荆州，占地面积735亩，建筑面积30余万平方米，教学功能齐全、设备先进、环境优美、交通便利。学校集医学教育、科研和临床于一体，突出中医药特色，中西医、药、护多学科协调发展。学校设有公共基础部、医学基础部、中医药系、医疗系、护理系、继续教育部和中专部等7个系部，拥有一支学历层次高、职称结构合理，具有较强教学能力和丰富实践经验的“双师型”师资队伍。学校重视实践教学，拥有三所附属医院和一所省级标准化医学实验动物中心，同时在全国140余家二甲以上的医院建立了临床实习基地。

Hubei College of traditional Chinese Medicine is a public full-time ordinary university jointly established by the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine, Hubei Provincial Department of Health and Jingzhou people’s Government with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
