山东理工大学远程与继续教育学院是山东理工大学成人高等教育的主管部门,对学校成人高等教育进行宏观管理,负责对学院、函授站教学及管理工作实施指导、协调、考核、评估与监督。

办学理念

多年以来,学院一直把教育教学质量视为成人高等教育的生命线,始终坚持以质量求生存、以特色求发展的办学理念,精心打造办学品牌,积极推进和深化成人高等教育教学改革,加强成人高等教育教学研究,积极改进教学方法和教学手段,不断超越自我,逐步完善管理体制,努力提高管理水平。经过长期的发展和积累,逐渐形成了独具特色的办学风格。

获得成绩

随着整体办学实力的不断提升,成人高等教育的办学条件得到了显著改善,办学规模、办学层次和办学水平有了质的飞跃,办学质量显著提高,办学声誉明显增强。截至2010年,学院已经累计培养成人本、专科学历教育毕业生43560人,在校生规模达到15760余人,目前开设的函授、业余(夜大)专业达到84个,其中本科专业35个,主干专业都是学校的重点专业、特色专业和社会急需的热门专业。形成了专业设置科学、办学规模适中、办学形式灵活、涵盖本、专科两个层次的成人高等学历教育办学体系。

学院在非学历教育在岗位培训、专业证书、职业认证、在职研究生教育、国际合作、高考辅导、计算机等级考试培训等方面都取得了较大的成绩。学院是淄博市人事局专业技术人员继续教育基地,是中国建筑业协会建筑企业高级职业经理人培训基地,是全国计算机等级考试国家级规范化考点,考生规模年年突破万人。考试的组织工作受到了省、市考试主办机构的充分肯定,并作为示范性考点在国家级会议上推广办考经验。经过多年的精心打造和努力拼搏,学院已经形成了学历教育、非学历教育共同发展的多层次、多形式的成人高等教育办学体系,实现了质量、规模、结构和效益的协调发展。

设立函授站

截至2010年,山东理工大学远程与继续教育学院在省内外共设立42个函授站,招生范围涵盖山东、山西、海南、内蒙古、新疆等省级行政区。针对函授教育发展趋势,学院积极加大投入,建设品牌专业和网络课程,基本实现了函授教育的网络化、远程化。

The college is the continuing education base for professional and technical personnel of the personnel Bureau of Zibo City, the training base for senior professional managers of construction enterprises of China Construction Association, and the national standardized examination center of the national computer grade examination, with more than 10,000 candidates every year. The organization of the examination has been fully affirmed by the provincial and municipal examination organizers, and has been used as an exemplary examination center to promote the experience of running the examination at the national meeting.
