山东英才学院

山东英才学院创建于1998年，坐落在山东省省会济南。2008年，经国家教育部批准，学校升格为普通本科高校。学院占地1641亩，学校现设信息工程学院、机械制造及自动化工程学院、建筑工程学院 、外国语与国际交流学院、经济管理学院、商学院、文法学院、学前教育学院、艺术学院、园林工程学院、医学院(老年服务与管理学院)、汽车工程学院、基础教学部、公共体育教学部等14个教学院(部);设有学前教育、机械设计制造及其自动化、物流管理等26个本科专业。

2014年，学校被省教育厅、省财政厅确定为“山东省民办本科高等教育特色名校建设单位”，并获得1000万元的建设资金，进入山东省重点支持建设的本科高校行列。

全国人大常委会副委员长严隽琪，中共山东省委书记、山东省人大常委会主任姜异康，山东省委常委、常务副省长孙伟，教育部副部长李卫红等领导先后到英才学院视察，对学校的办学成绩给予充分肯定。

2012年，教育部在上海召开首届全国民办高校党的建设工作座谈会，学校作为全国民办本科高校唯一代表做典型发言。

学校重视内涵建设，把内涵建设作为核心竞争力来抓。2012年起，学校遴选建设学前教育、国际商务、机械制造及其自动化、模式识别与智能系统4个校级重点学科。

学校大力加强学科建设、专业建设、课程建设和科学研究工作。现有教育部本科专业综合改革试点1个、山东省高校特色专业建设点4个、山东省民办本科高校优势特色专业支持计划获资助专业3个，山东省卓越工程师教育培养计划项目2个、山东省高职高专示范性专业2个;拥有国家精品课程1门、国家级精品资源共享课1门，山东省高等学校精品课程36门;建有国家级大学生校外实践教育基地、山东省高等学校实验教学示范中心建设单位和山东省高等学校人才培养模式创新实验区建设项目各1个;承担山东省高等学校教学改革立项项目8项，获得山东省高等教育教学成果奖6项;是省学位办确定的山东省首批研究生联合培养基地，现和华东师范大学、山东大学、山东师范大学、济南大学联合培养专业硕士。排名英国前30位的贝尔法斯特女王大学和山东英才学院开展合作培养留学生。

学校重视科研工作，成立了学前教育研究院、民办高等教育研究院、民营经济研究院、老年服务与管理研究院、计算机应用技术研究所、机电工程技术研究中心6个专门研究机构，拥有一批专兼职科研人员。民办高等教育研究院被省科技厅批准为山东省民办高等教育软科学研究基地。依托山东财经大学联合申报的“金融产业优化与区域发展管理协同创新中心”，被列为“山东省高等学校协同创新计划”。5年来，主持和参与承担国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、全国教育科学规划项目、教育部应用技术大学改革试点战略研究重点项目、教育部人文社科基金项目17项，主持承担省级科研课题46项，承接横向委托课题23项，课题层次、数量和社会服务能力较前有较大突破;获得省级和厅级奖励88项;教师在各类学术期刊发表学术论文2100余篇，其中核心期刊论文300余篇，被SCI、EI、ISTP收录100余篇，CSSCI来源期刊论文31篇;出版学术著作29部;《山东省物流业布局优化研究》、《济南市“北跨”战略实施对策研究》等10余项科研成果在人才培养中应用或被行业企业、政府部门采纳应用。

内涵建设提高了人才培养质量。近年来，学生在教育主管部门组织的各项技能大赛中获全国一等奖7项、二等奖6项、三等奖14项，山东省一等奖39项，二等奖63项，三等奖87项，参与学生1080人次。学生获国家发明专利4项，实用新型专利153项。毕业生顾业栋在校期间获得20多项发明和实用新型专利，多项专利无偿捐献给其他国家，收到德国、法国等30多个国家元首的感谢信。

师资建设：坚持“名家治校、名师执教”方略

学校坚持“名家治校、名师执教”的治校方略，建立起一支较高水平的师资队伍。董事长杨文教授是全国政协委员、全国妇联执委、“万人计划”教学名师、国家教学名师、中国十大杰出母亲、全国三八红旗手标兵、国庆60周年天安门观礼代表、北京奥运会火炬手，院长夏季亭教授是省人大代表、省政府授予的山东省先进工作者，山东师范大学博士生导师、山东大学MBA导师，是山东省第一位获“黄炎培杰出校长奖”的大学校长。

学校实施人才强校战略，高度重视师资队伍培养。现有教师总数1043人，其中，自有专任教师815人，自有专任教师中，具有硕士、博士学位教师572人;具有高级专业技术职务207人;具有讲师及以上专业技术职务或具有硕士、博士学位并通过岗前培训727人。专业课和专业基础课教师中，具备专业(行业)职业资格证书或任职经历的教师279人。初步形成了一支专兼结合、校企互通、素质优良、充满活力的高素质专业化的教师队伍。

重视就业：获得教育部“全国毕业生就业典型经验高校”称号

2013年，学校获得教育部“全国毕业生就业典型经验高校”称号，进入全国高校就业50强，是当年全国唯一入选的民办高校，在山东省有山东大学、山东农业大学、青岛大学、山东英才学院等5所高校获此荣誉。由教育部委托国家统计局社情民意调查中心调查，全国高等学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心公布的调查数据，用人单位对毕业生满意度指标，山东英才学院排名被调查的全国41所省属本科高校的第一位。

学校高度重视学生的就业工作，把实现学生高水平就业当作自己的职责，提出了“检验教学质量的标准是就业”，“以学生为中心，以就业为导向”的口号，形成了就业教育、就业服务两大体系。

学校推行学院院长、二级学院院长就业负责制，并在各个二级学院配备了专管就业的副院长和就业干事。建立了就业教育体系，根据社会需求设置专业，拓展订单式培养、共建创业孵化基地、与行业协会合作。毕业生进入联想集团、中国重汽、青岛海尔、青岛海信等著名企业就业，与北京大学校友会、清华大学继教同学会、山东大学校友企业家俱乐部、山东省工商联女企业家商会等建立了密切联系。近年来，学校被评为“山东省大学生创业教育示范院校”、“山东省高校毕业生就业工作先进集体”(全省唯一获此荣誉的民办高校)。2014年，毕业生张保松获第二届“山东省大学生十大创业之星”，并居榜首，受到了山东省委常委、常务副省长孙伟的接见。

2011年，山东省委政策研究室对学校就业工作进行调研，形成调研报告呈送省委省政府主要领导参阅。山东省副省长郭兆信专门做出批示，肯定了学校就业工作所取得的成绩。中共山东省委主办的《山东通讯》以《适应市场 服务社会——对山东英才学院以社会需求为导向办学情况的调查》为题，全文刊载了调研报告。

关爱学生：奖学金彰显对学生一片爱心

山东英才学院建校16年来，始终贯彻党的教育方针，不以营利为目的，以培养人才为宗旨，把所有收入都投入到办学上。学校提出“学生第一，真诚服务”的服务宗旨，为学生提供优质的教育教学服务，使英才学院成为一所充满爱心的学校。

每年，学校都在第一时间把总额达600多万元的国家、省政府奖助学金发放到学生手中，单项最高奖达8000元，学校被省教育厅、财政厅评为“山东省学生资助工作先进单位”。通过社会捐助，设立“王修智奖学金”、“兴华奖学金”、“国舜奖学金”;开设新生入学“绿色通道”，协助学生办理助学贷款，每年资助30多万元，设立勤工助学岗位200多个，保证家庭经济困难学生顺利入学、安心就学;根据校党委下发的《关于开展联五帮一活动的实施意见》精神，全校党员开展一名党员联系五名学生，帮助一名困难学生的活动，教工党员对学生的关爱感动了学生，赢得好评。2010年，学生何博带着妹妹来上学，学校为她们姐妹提供住所，并帮助其妹妹落实异地上学;2013年，学生李云龙推着父亲来上学，学校为他们父子提供单独房间并免收学费，同时呼吁社会各界捐款16余万元。

在爱与感恩教育的熏陶下，英才学子对社会充满着责任与爱心。2008年汶川地震，学校师生共捐款43万多元，他们排出的“心中川”哀悼场面被全国100多家媒体转载;2010年，英才团员在全国率先发起向西南灾区捐献“一瓶水”活动;英才的志愿者积极投身到西部计划中，先后有122名西部计划志愿者分赴新疆、青海、西藏、贵州等地开展为期1～3年的志愿服务。2014年，在全国西部志愿计划工作会议上，学校与华中农业大学作为高校代表进行了汇报。

办学16年，学校始终致力于办学基础设施的建设和改善，致力于为广大学子提供环境优美和谐的校园。学校现有南北两个校区，占地1641亩，建筑面积54.4万平方米。图书馆藏书180余万册，总资产10.75亿元。
