东华大学教务处的简介

教务处是学校管理本科教育教学工作的主要职能部门。职责是:在学校党政领导下,全面贯彻党的教育方针,认真执行上级各项指示,牢固树立教学工作始终是学校的中心工作和人才培养质量是学校的生命线的观念,坚持“一切以学生的全面发展成才为中心”的教育理念,开展教育创新、教学改革和素质教育,增强服务意识,推进教学管理科学化现代化,提高人才培养质量和办学效益。

一、研究并提出学校本科教育事业的发展规划、专业设置及调整意见。

二、组织各院、系,制订本科专业人才培养目标、人才培养模式、专业建设规划,专业培养计划和教学计划、课程建设计划和教学大纲以及其它教学文件。

三、制定并完善本科教学管理规章制度,推进教学管理的制度化、规范化、程序化、现代化,完善教学质量保证监控体系,开展教学质量的检查、监督和评估工作。倡导全校教师建设优良学风、教风,会同学生工作办公室抓好全体学生的学风建设。

四、制定并实施二年一轮的本科教育教学改革和建设计划、目标、措施,组织开展教育教学研究,全校各级各类教学改革项目申报、成果评选和经验交流;组织遴选和推荐教学指导委员会人选。

五、优化教学资源配置,提高办学效益。配合人事处做好各院、系的教学定编、定岗和师资引进培养工作;制定教学经费年度预算及分配草案,与财务处、审计处,共同指导学院执行教学经费年度预算和决算的报告审核制度;与有关职能部门共同规划和建设教学基本设施。

六、制定学校年度本科教学工作计划,并组织实施。

七、负责本科教学学分制教务管理、本科生学籍管理, 毕业资格审核、学士学位授予资格预审工作 。

八、组织制定实验室发展规划,加强校内外实验、实习、实践基地建设,加强大学生文化素质教育,抓好大学生各级各类竞赛活动。

九、制定招生计划,组织落实招生咨询、宣传及考试工作,做好招生录取工作,协同做好迎新工作。

十、配合学生工作办公室做好毕业生就业工作,组织推荐免试硕士研究生。

十一、负责接受国内访问学者、组织高级研讨班等师资及干部培训工作,和旁听生、进修生教学管理。协助国际文化交流学院做好留学生的教学管理工作。

十二、在学校语言文字规范化工作委员会领导下,组织全校机关部处和各院、系开展语言文字规范的各项工作。

教学研究与质量科

负责本科专业培养方案管理,教学改革项目管理,教学成果奖评选,日常教学过程和教学质量的监控,教学评估,教师评优及第二课堂管理等工作。

主要职责:

1、组织各学院制定或修订专业培养方案、教学大纲及课程简介。

2、根据各专业教学计划,落实教学任务。

3、组织各类教改项目申报、评审、建设与验收工作。

4、组织教学成果奖等各类奖项评选。

5、组织新专业申报、检查等工作。

6、负责学生评教工作,教育部、上海市教委对我校的各项教学评估工作,以及学校对院系的教学评估工作,教学常规状态检查。

7、组织教学竞赛,协助其他部处做好青年教师讲课竞赛组织工作。

8、教学事故认定、处;学生考试违纪处理。

9、组织课外科技活动和基地建设,组织各院系开展各级各类学科竞赛的报名、考试、评(报)奖。

10、负责优异生选拔和培养。

11、编制学年本科教学工作状态报告。

12、参与制(修)定和完善教学方面的规章制度。

13、协助其它科室共同做好教务处各项工作。

学籍管理科

负责学生学籍管理,学生转专业、交换生等工作。主要职责:

1 、开学注册。

2 、 新生学号编制、教育部网上电子注册工作。

3 、 学生个人基本信息管理。

4 、 成绩管理、学业警告、学籍处理的审定及办理(包括休学、复学、退学)。

5 、优秀生、普通生、特长生校内转专业工作。

6、会同研究生部、学生处和各学院推荐免试直升研究生。

7 、毕业资格审核、学士学位授予资格预审工作。

8 、学生证、火车票优惠卡、毕业证书、学位证书等发放及相关证明补办。

9 、办理在校证明、成绩证明等。

10、按要求完成校部、财务等部门的各项学生信息的统计工作。

11 、做好学籍管理方面的档案、资料的收集、整理、归档工作。

12 、撰写学籍管理方面的《教学状态简报》。

13 、协助其它科室共同做好教务处各项工作。

14 、完成处领导交办的其它任务。

教学实践科

负责组织实践教学改革、建设和 实践教学管理工作。 主要职责:

1 、 制定各实践教学环节, 实验教学、教学实习、生产实习等的 计划。参与制(修)定和完善教学方面的规章制度。

2 、 组织实施校内外实习实践、金工实习、计算机上机、公益劳动、毕业设计(论文),等实践教学环节工作。

3 、 实验室建设, 实践教学 改革、 工作总结交流、评估及评比工作。检查评估实践教学工作的考试、考核和竞赛。

4 、 校内外实习实践基地建设, 积极开展产学研合作教育工作。

5 、 计算机实践教学一条线的建设。

6 、 交换生管理。

7 、 辅修第二专业教学活动组织安排, 教学管理, 成绩管理,证书发放。

8 、 做好实践教学档案、资料的收集、整理、归档工作,编报校内外实践性教学情况表。

9 、 参与 教育部、上海市教委对我校的各项教学评估工作,以及学校、学院的教学评估工作。

10 、 撰写实践教学工作的《教学简报》。

11 、协助其它科室共同做好教务处各项工作。

12 、完成处领导交办的其它任务。

排课选课中心

负责本科教学教务管理和学分制选课工作,负责研究生排课选课工作。主要职责:

1 、 根据教学任务书,负责编制全校本科生课程、研究生课程排课表。编制学年制班级的课程表, 学分制各年级的排课、选课各项工作。

2 、 重读班、增开课等课程排课。

3 、 教务信息发布。

4 、 组织安排考试,调课、调教室事宜,全校大学英语四、六级报名及考务工作 。

5 、 学生学习成绩管理。

6 、 旁听生、进修生报名及 教学管理, 成绩管理,证书发放。

7 、 参与制(修)定和完善教学方面的规章制度。

8 、 做好教务工作档案、资料的收集、整理、归档工作,编报教学工作报表。

9 、 参与教育部、上海市教委对我校的各项教学评估工作,以及学校对院系的教学评估工作。

教师教学发展中心

东华大学教师教学发展中心旨在通过教师培训、教学交流、教学评价、教学研究、教学咨询,开展教学质量评价和诊断,为不断提升我校人才培养质量做好支撑和服务工作。具体工作包括:

1、帮助青年教师成长起步,加强对本校教师和全国纺织类高校专业教师的教学培训交流,不断提升教师的教学能力和水平;

2、引导院系和教师开展教改项目研究,为广大教师参与教学研究提供服务;

3、挖掘名师资源,积极为学生开设优质课程,进一步推广先进的教学理念,弘扬优良的教学文化;

4、为教师,特别是青年教师搭建交流、学习平台并提供咨询服务。

5、 做好松江大学城教师发展联盟的组织工作

招生办公室

在学校党政和招生工作领导小组的领导下,全面开展并负责本科生招生工作。主要职责如下:

1、执行教育部有关招生工作的规章,以及主管部门和有关省级招生委员会的补充规定或实施细则;

2、根据国家核准的年度招生规模及有关规定,编制、报批、报送本校分省分专业招生计划;

3、拟订本校招生章程;

4、积极组织、开展招生宣传工作;

5、组织艺术类专业招生考试、特长生考试和保送生考试;

6、组织实施本校录取工作,负责协调和处理本校录取工作中的有关问题;

7、参与迎新工作计划的拟定和实施;

8、对录取的新生进行复查;

9、做好招生工作资料的收集、整理、归档工作,编报招生情况分析报表;
