陕西新东方烹饪学校是经陕西省人力资源与社会保障厅批准的国家大型高级烹调师、技师和高级烹饪管理人才的国家餐饮教育基地，被指定为国家职业技能定点鉴定基地，是西北地区规模较大、设施设备较为齐全的厨师培训学校。学校隶属于全国知名的新华教育集团，集团创办于1988年，是中国烹饪教育知名品牌。28年来，新东方烹饪教育继承和发扬了博大精深的中华美食文化，融汇了川菜、湘菜、粤菜、徽菜、鲁菜、淮扬菜、闽菜、浙菜等全国各大菜系的精髓，秉承了“汇集天下名菜，培养厨师精英”的办学宗旨，先后在北京、上海、广州、杭州、西安等省会城市建立了三十多所烹饪教育院校，共为社会培养和输送了70多万名优秀的烹饪人才。
