　　教务处为学校行政职能部门，负责本科教学工作的组织实施与全过程管理。主要职责为：

　　(一)负责本科教学的组织、安排、运行等管理与服务工作。

　　(二)研究拟定本科生培养方案和招生计划。

　　(三)负责本科教育的课程、教材、专业、实践(实验)教学、教研教改、教学成果奖等组织与管理工作。

　　(四)负责本科生学籍、注册、考试、成绩、专业分流、辅修专业、第二学位推荐免试研究生、毕业审核、证书等培养过程管理工作。

　　(五)负责本科人才培养基地、实验教学中心(基地)等的组织与管理工作;负责本科实验室的规划、建设和管理工作。

　　(六)负责国内外交流项目本科学生的选拔、派出、接收、考核、学分认定等管理工作。

　　(七)统筹开展大学生创新创业、学科竞赛、文化素质教育等工作。

　　(八)负责本科教学质量监控与评估工作，编制、发布本科生教学质量报告。

　　(九)负责教师教学技能培训、教学比赛、评教评价、教学奖励等工作;负责教学异常情况的处置工作。

　　(十)负责统一调配和管理公共教室资源;负责学校本科教学信息、教学技术等的建设和管理工作。

　　(十一)负责本科生学术道德的建设和管理工作。

　　(十二)统筹协调挂靠单位教师教学发展中心、教学质量监控与评价中心、学生创新创业中心工作;承担学校教学委员会办公室工作。

The academic Affairs Office is the administrative department of the school, which is responsible for the organization, implementation and whole process management of undergraduate teaching. The main responsibilities are:

(1) to be responsible for the organization, arrangement, operation and other management and service of undergraduate teaching.

(2) to study and formulate undergraduate training plans and enrollment plans.

(3) to be responsible for the organization and management of undergraduate education, such as courses, teaching materials, majors, practical (experimental) teaching, teaching and research reform, teaching achievement awards, etc.

(4) to be responsible for the management of the training process of undergraduate students, such as student status, registration, examinations, scores, professional diversion, minor majors, second degree recommendation and exemption postgraduates, graduation examination, certificate and so on.

(5) to be responsible for the organization and management of undergraduate personnel training bases, experimental teaching centers (bases), etc.; to be responsible for the planning, construction and management of undergraduate laboratories.

(6) to be responsible for the management of the selection, dispatch, reception, assessment and credit recognition of undergraduate students in exchange programs at home and abroad.

(7) to co-ordinate the work of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, subject competitions, cultural quality education, etc.

(8) to be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality, and to compile and issue undergraduate teaching quality reports.

(9) to be responsible for the training of teachers’ teaching skills, teaching competitions, teaching evaluation, teaching awards, etc., and to be responsible for dealing with teaching abnormalities.

(10) to be responsible for the unified allocation and management of public classroom resources; to be responsible for the construction and management of undergraduate teaching information and teaching technology.

(11) to be responsible for the construction and management of undergraduates’ academic ethics.

(12) to make overall plans and coordinate the work of the affiliated units, such as the teaching development center, the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation center, and the student innovation and entrepreneurship center, and undertake the work of the office of the school teaching committee.
