黑龙江交通职业技术学院简介

黑龙江交通职业技术学院是经黑龙江省政府批准、教育部备案的一所公办高等职业技术学院。学院位于黑龙江省第二大城市齐齐哈尔市，迄今已有66年的办学历史。学院前身是齐齐哈尔铁路运输职工大学，是我国铁路交通专业人才培养基地，是黑龙江省首批骨干高等职业院校建设单位。

院系专业

学院现有运输管理、机车车辆、电信工程、土木工程、机电工程5个专业系，普通高职专科主要开设铁道交通运营管理、铁道机车车辆、铁道车辆、铁道通信信号、铁道工程技术、电气化铁道技术、道路桥梁工程技术、汽车检测与维修技术等专业。学院现有全日制高职学生7100名。学院从2001年开始与北京交通大学联合办学，开展现代远程教育，现有远程教育专科、本科学生4236名。

师资力量

学院现有教职工399名，其中教授、副教授86名，已形成了一支热心教育事业、业务水平较高、结构合理的教师队伍。

学生就业

学院按照行业企业的职业标准，与行业企业共同制定专业人才培养方案，实施“双主体、三融合”的人才培养模式，即：学院与企业均为教育教学主体;教学内容与实际工作相融合、校内培养与企业培养相融合、学生角色与员工角色相融合。

学院高度重视毕业生就业工作，毕业生主要面向哈尔滨铁路局、北京铁路局、沈阳铁路局、成都铁路局、太原铁路局、广州铁路集团公司、呼和浩特铁路局、济南铁路局、兰州铁路局、南昌铁路局、西安铁路局等大型国有企业就业。近三年来，学院毕业生平均就业率达到了95%以上，约有70%的毕业生面向国有大型企业就业。

Brief introduction of Heilongjiang Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College

Heilongjiang Jiaotong Vocational and Technical College is a public higher vocational and technical college approved by the Heilongjiang provincial government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college is located in Qiqihar, the second largest city in Heilongjiang Province, and has been running a school for 66 years. The college, formerly known as Qiqihar Railway Transport staff University, is the training base of railway transportation professionals in China and the first batch of backbone higher vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province.

College and department major

The college has five professional departments of transport management, rolling stock, telecommunications engineering, civil engineering and mechanical and electrical engineering. Ordinary higher vocational colleges mainly offer majors such as railway traffic operation management, railway rolling stock, railway rolling stock, railway communication signal, railway engineering technology, electrified railway technology, road and bridge engineering technology, automobile inspection and maintenance technology and so on. The college now has 7100 full-time higher vocational students. Since 2001, the college has been running a school jointly with Beijing Jiaotong University to carry out modern distance education. There are 4236 junior college and undergraduate students in distance education.

Teachers’ strength

The college has 399 faculty members, including 86 professors and associate professors. it has formed a team of teachers who are enthusiastic about education, high professional level and reasonable structure.

Student employment

In accordance with the professional standards of industry enterprises, the college works with industry enterprises to formulate professional training programs and implement the talent training model of “two subjects and three integration”, that is, both colleges and enterprises are the main bodies of education and teaching; the integration of teaching content and actual work, the integration of on-campus training and enterprise training, and the integration of the roles of students and employees.

The college attaches great importance to the employment of graduates. Graduates are mainly employed by large state-owned enterprises such as Harbin Railway Bureau, Beijing Railway Bureau, Shenyang Railway Bureau, Chengdu Railway Bureau, Taiyuan Railway Bureau, Guangzhou Railway Group, Hohhot Railway Bureau, Jinan Railway Bureau, Lanzhou Railway Bureau, Nanchang Railway Bureau, Xi’an Railway Bureau and so on. In the past three years, the average employment rate of college graduates has reached more than 95%, and about 70% of the graduates are employed by large state-owned enterprises.
