福建农林大学教务管理系统

　　福建农林大学(Fujian Agriculture and Forestry
University)，简称“福建农大”，坐落于福建省省会福州市，是全国建校最早的农林院校之一，是福建省重点建设3所高水平大学之一[1]
，是农业部与福建省政府共建大学、国家林业局与福建省政府共建大学，是全国首批硕士学位授予权单位和全国第二批博士学位授予权单位，教育部本科教学工作水平评估优秀高校，国家首批卓越农林人才教育培养计划改革试点高校。

　　截至2016年11月，学校共有教职工2700多人，专任教师1600多人，其中两院院士10人(含双聘院士9人)，全国杰出专业技术人才2人，“千人计划”入选者8人，“万人计划”科技创新领军人才3人，国务院学科评议组成员5人，“长江学者”6人，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者4人，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者4人，国家百千万人才工程一、二层次人选14人，国家级有突出贡献的专家14人，科技部中青年科技创新领军人才4人，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划5人，先后有152人享受国务院特殊津贴;有首批地方高校“111”计划创新引智基地1个，教育部创新团队1个，农业部创新团队2个，科技部重点领域创新团队2个。

　　对外交流

　　学校先后与美国、英国、德国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚、新西兰、比利时、泰国等20多个国家和地区的教学、科研单位建立了学术交流关系，还与美国加州大学、耶鲁大学、俄勒冈州立大学、英国北威尔士大学、比利时鲁汶大学、新西兰坎特伯里大学、澳大利亚莫纳西大学、加拿大新不伦瑞克大学、圣玛丽大学、新斯科舍农学院、泰国甲色沙特大学、马来西亚农业大学以及台湾大学等结成为友好学校。学校与加拿大戴尔豪西大学农学院联合举办园艺、农业资源与环境2个本科专业教育项目，与加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚大学联合举办生态学本科专业教育项目。学校的学报向国内外公开发行，还编辑出版了《甘蔗》
、 《武夷科学》 、 《华东昆虫学报》 、《林业经济问题》 、 《高教理论与实践》 等刊物。

Fujian University of Agriculture and Forestry (Fujian Agriculture and Forestry

University), abbreviated as “Fujian Agricultural University”, located in Fuzhou, the capital of Fujian Province, is one of the earliest agricultural and forestry universities in the country and one of the three high-level universities in Fujian Province.

It is a university jointly built by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Fujian Provincial Government, the State Forestry Administration and the Fujian Provincial Government, and is the first batch of units with the right to grant master’s degrees and the second batch of units with the right to grant doctoral degrees. The Ministry of Education evaluates excellent universities for undergraduate teaching, and the first batch of pilot universities for the reform of the education and training plan for outstanding agricultural and forestry talents.

Teachers’ strength

As of November 2016, the school has more than 2700 faculty members and more than 1600 full-time teachers, including 10 academicians of the two academies (including 9 academicians), 2 national outstanding professional and technical personnel, 8 candidates in the Thousand talents Plan, 3 leaders in scientific and technological innovation in the Thousand talents Plan, 5 members of the discipline review team of the State Council, 6 scholars of the Yangtze River and 4 winners of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund. There are 4 winners of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund, 14 candidates at the first and second levels of the National 10 million Talent Project, 14 national experts with outstanding contributions, 4 young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology. There are 5 outstanding talents support program of the Ministry of Education in the new century, and 152 people successively enjoy the special allowance of the State Council. There are one innovation and intelligence introduction base of the first batch of local universities in the “111” plan, one innovation team of the Ministry of Education, two innovation teams of the Ministry of Agriculture, and two innovation teams in key areas of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Foreign exchange

The school has established academic exchanges with teaching and research institutions in more than 20 countries and regions, including the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium and Thailand. It has also formed friendly schools with the University of California, Yale, Oregon State University, the University of North Wales in the United Kingdom, the University of Leuven in Belgium, the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, the University of Monassi in Australia, the University of New Brunswick in Canada, St. Mary’s University, Nova Scotia Agricultural College, the University of Saud in Thailand, Malaysia Agricultural University and the University of Taiwan. The school and the agricultural college of Delhausi University in Canada jointly organize two undergraduate professional education programs in horticulture, agricultural resources and environment, and the University of British Columbia in Canada to jointly organize undergraduate ecology professional education programs. The journal of the school was published at home and abroad, and Sugarcane was edited and published.
