河南财经政法大学

河南财经政法大学位于河南省郑州市，地处中华腹地，九州通衢，北邻黄河，西依嵩山。学校由原河南财经学院和原河南省政法管理干部学院于2010年3月合并组建而成，是省属公办全日制普通高等学校，是河南省重点支持建设的骨干高校之一，是河南省博士学位授予权立项建设单位。

学校现有文北校区、文南校区和龙子湖新校区3个校区，占地面积近2000亩，总建筑面积107万余平方米，在建建筑面积1.6万平方米。学校建有各类教学实验室，图书馆藏书近380万册，教学、科研、体育场等基础设施齐全。校园四季环境幽雅、花木繁茂、碧草如茵、景色宜人，是郑州市花园式单位，是读书治学的理想园地。

学校以经济学、管理学、法学为主干，兼有文学、理学、工学、艺术学等七大学科门类。现有59个本科专业，有理论经济学、应用经济学、管理科学与工程、工商管理、农林经济管理、法学、哲学、地理学8个硕士学位授权一级学科，55个学术型硕士学位授权二级学科，另有金融、应用统计、税务、国际商务、资产评估、法律、农业、工商管理、公共管理、会计10个硕士专业学位授权学科。有金融学、会计学、工商管理、国际经济与贸易4个国家级特色专业，财政学、工商管理、人力资源管理3个国家级专业综合改革试点。有理论经济学、应用经济学、管理科学与工程、工商管理、农林经济管理、哲学、法学、地理学8个省级重点一级学科，有计算机应用技术、思想政治教育2个省级重点二级学科。

学校拥有一支阵容整齐、结构合理、学术精湛、锐意创新的师资队伍。现有教职工1800余人，其中专任教师1200余人，高级职称人数600多人，具有博士学位教师335人、硕士学位教师801人。拥有一批国家有突出贡献专家、享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家、国家“百千万人才工程”第一层次、省管优秀专家、省555人才工程专家及省级特聘教授、省级跨世纪学术和技术带头人。聘请于光远、刘国光、卫兴华、厉以宁、李京文、郭重庆等百余名知名专家学者为我校兼职教授或名誉教授。全校现有全日制在校学生28000余人。

学校注重培养应用型创新人才，教育教学质量上乘，就业形势良好。2008年在教育部本科教学工作水平评估中荣获优秀等次。学校建设有经济管理实验教学中心、案例分析实验教学中心、计算机实验教学中心、传媒实验教学示范中心等4个省级实验教学示范中心。学生在全国“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛、全国大学生数学建模竞赛、全国大学生英语竞赛等专业竞赛中，获得国家级奖励190多项次。学校设有本科生导师制，以本科生为主力撰写的《退休行为及退休年龄研究》、《生育行为与生育政策》、《种粮行为与粮食政策》、《房地产买卖行为与房地产政策》、《收入分配行为与政策》、《工业化、城镇化、农业现代化：行为与政策》6部专著先后由社会科学文献出版社出版，其中一些观点被作为全国两会提案依据，引起社会强烈反响。多年来，毕业生年底就业率始终保持在90%以上，毕业生深受用人单位欢迎，连续获得“河南省大中专毕业生就业工作先进单位”等荣誉称号，是河南省确立的“河南省毕业生就业市场财经政法类分市场”和“河南省高校创业示范校”。

学校立足服务地方经济社会发展，建立健全科研机构，涌现了一批原创性、标志性、前沿性研究成果。学校坚持学术兴校，现有1个中原经济区“三化”协调发展河南省协同创新中心，有应用经济学开放研究中心、复杂系统建模与分析实验室等2个省级重点学科开放实验室，有河南经济研究中心、河南经济伦理研究中心、诉讼法研究中心、产业与金融发展研究中心、政府经济发展与社会管理创新研究中心、道德与文明研究中心、教育统计与数据分析研究中心等7个省级人文社科重点研究基地。近5年来，共承担国家级科研项目80多项，获得省部级以上科研成果奖50多项。学校专家的论著多次被国务院、省委、省政府主要领导给予批示和高度评价，开展的投资理论与对策研究、未来20年河南产业发展研究、中原城市群理论研究、经济伦理研究等均在河南经济社会领域发挥了重要作用。学校教授参与起草了《中华人民共和国司法鉴定法》，主持起草的《河南省司法鉴定管理条例》已经颁布实施。学报《经济经纬》为“中文核心期刊”、“中文社会科学引文索引(CSSCI)来源期刊”和“全国百强社科学报”;《河南财经政法大学学报》为“中文核心期刊”。学校积极发挥学科、人才和信息优势为国家和地方经济社会发展服务，特别是全方位服务中原经济区开发开放，成为地方经济社会发展的“智囊团”和“人才库”。

Henan University of Finance and Economics and Law is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, located in the hinterland of China, the Kyushu thoroughfare, the Yellow River in the north and Songshan Mountain in the west. The school is formed by the merger of the former Henan Institute of Finance and Economics and the former Henan Institute of political Science and Law Management cadres in March 2010. it is a provincial full-time public ordinary university and one of the key universities in Henan Province. it is a project construction unit with the right to grant doctoral degrees in Henan Province.

The school has three campuses: Wenbei Campus, Wennan Campus and Longzihu New Campus, covering an area of nearly 2000 mu, with a total construction area of more than 1.07 million square meters and a construction area of 16000 square meters under construction. The school has all kinds of teaching laboratories, the library has a collection of nearly 3.8 million books, teaching, scientific research, stadiums and other infrastructure is complete. The school focuses on economics, management and law, and has seven disciplines such as literature, science, engineering and art. At present, there are 59 undergraduate majors, including theoretical economics, applied economics, management science and engineering, business administration, agricultural and forestry economic management, law, philosophy, geography, 8 master’s degree authorized first-tier disciplines and 55 academic master’s degree authorized second-tier disciplines. In addition, there are 10 master’s degree authorization disciplines in finance, applied statistics, taxation, international business, asset evaluation, law, agriculture, business administration, public management and accounting. There are four national characteristic majors: finance, accounting, business administration and international economy and trade, and three national professional comprehensive reform pilot projects: finance, business administration and human resource management. There are eight provincial key first-level disciplines, including theoretical economics, applied economics, management science and engineering, business administration, agricultural and forestry economic management, philosophy, law and geography, and two provincial key second-level disciplines of computer application technology and ideological and political education.

The school has a team of teachers with a neat lineup, reasonable structure, academic excellence and determined innovation. At present, there are more than 1800 teaching staff, including more than 1200 full-time teachers, more than 600 senior professional titles, 335 doctoral teachers and 801 master’s degree teachers. It has a group of national experts with outstanding contributions, experts who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council government, the first level of the national “10 billion talents Project”, excellent experts in provincial management, 555 provincial engineering experts and provincial special professors, and provincial cross-century academic and technical leaders. The school has four provincial experimental teaching demonstration centers, such as economic management experimental teaching center, case analysis experimental teaching center, computer experimental teaching center and media experimental teaching demonstration center. Students have won more than 190 national awards in the National Challenge Cup College students’ extracurricular academic Science and Technology Competition, the National College students’ Mathematical Modeling Competition, the National College students’ English Competition and other professional competitions. Six monographs on Retirement behavior and Retirement Age, Fertility behavior and Fertility Policy, Grain growing behavior and Food Policy, Real Estate buying and selling behavior and Real Estate Policy, income Distribution behavior and Policy, industrialization, urbanization and Agricultural Modernization: behavior and Policy have been published by Social Science Literature Publishing House. Some of these views have been used as the basis for the proposal of the two sessions of the National people’s Congress, which has aroused strong repercussions in society. Over the years, the employment rate of graduates has always been more than 90% at the end of the year, and graduates are very popular with employers and have continuously won honorary titles such as “Advanced Unit of Employment of College and Secondary School graduates in Henan Province”. It is the “Finance, Politics and Law Sub-Market of Henan Graduate Employment Market” and “Henan University Entrepreneurship demonstration School” established in Henan Province.

Based on serving the local economic and social development, the school has established and improved scientific research institutions, and a number of original, iconic and cutting-edge research achievements have emerged. The works of school experts have been criticized and highly appraised by the main leaders of the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government for many times. the research on investment theory and countermeasures, Henan industrial development in the next 20 years, the Central Plains urban agglomeration theory, and economic ethics have all played an important role in the economic and social field of Henan. School professors participated in the drafting of the Judicial Identification Law of the people’s Republic of China, and the regulations on the Administration of Judicial expertise of Henan Province, which was drafted by him, have been promulgated and implemented. The journal “Economic Jingwei” is “Chinese Core Journal”, “Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) Source Journal” and “National Top 100 Social Science Journal”, while “Journal of Henan University of Finance and Economics and Law” is “Chinese core journal”. The school actively gives full play to the advantages of disciplines, talents and information to serve the national and local economic and social development, especially the all-round service for the development and opening up of the Central Plains Economic Zone, and has become a “think tank” and “talent tank” for local economic and social development.
