中国计算机函授学院简介

中国计算机函授学院是于1987年经国务院领导机构批准创办的一所面向全国从事计算机普及教育和职业教育的高等专业院校，教育部指定的全国计算机教育和培训基地，中央电教馆远程职业教育实验基地，全国计算机等级考试计划单列单位，是我国计算机普及教育和职业教育办学最早、规模最大、影响力最广的计算机教育集团。建院以来共为社会培养了80多万名计算机应用型人才，被誉为”中国计算机普及和职业教育的摇篮”。

学院办学资源丰富，师资力量雄厚。共有教职工500余名，具有高级职称的教师50余人，常年聘请的全国高等院校和高新科技企业兼职教授讲师达300余人。教学设施健全完善，拥有两千余台高档计算机，十多个大型专业教学实验室。为满足现代化教育需求，学院自主研发了包括视频教学、教务管理、在线考试在内的一整套网络教育系统，为远程教育和职业教育提供现代化的技术支持。

学院远程教育是在原有的函授、电视教学手段基础上，依托现代化多媒体网络教学技术和建立全国各地教学站点(分院)发展而来，形成远程网络教学和各地面授教学的有机结合。远程教育本着资源共享，优势互补的原则，秉承”吸引加盟、积极扶持、统一模式、加强监督”十六字建站方针，在全国吸收有实力的计算机教育院校加盟。目前已在全国各地设立300多个教学站点(分院)，北起中俄边界的黑龙江，南到木棉花开的三亚，东至东方明珠上海，西联天山脚下的乌鲁木齐，远程教育的合作之花正在祖国的大江南北盛开。

办学规模

学院拥有强大的办学资源。拥有两个校区数万平方米的教学实践场地，千余台高档计算机，十多个大型专业技术实验室，后勤设施俱全完善;现有教职工500余名，常年聘请全国高等院校兼职教授、讲师300多人，聘请国家863智能

计算机专家组以及国内有关计算机专家200多人(其中院士6人)。

学院职业教育历史悠久、资源丰富。自上世纪80年代开设”计算机及应用”专业起，学院就面向全国率先开展大规模计算机职业教育，20多年来，在专业设置、教育教学等领域积累了丰富的办学经验。近年来，学院积极响应国家大力发展职业教育的号召，树立”以质量为生命，以就业为导向，以创新为动力，以育人为目标”的办学指导思想，开展中专、大专和本科层次的全日制成人学历教育，计算机及其相关专业的职业技能教育和岗位培训。学院先后研发了一系列引领行业发展趋势、具有就业竞争力的王牌专业，并实施”校企合作–定向培养职业化员工”人才培养模式、校企联盟合作战略等校企合作新模式。截止目前，已与全国3000多家大型企事业单位签订了用人协议，与数百家知名企业建立深层次校企联盟战略合作关系。多年来，毕业生成功就业率保持98%以上，数以万计的优秀毕业生成功就业、成就事业。

办学模式

学院充分整合教育资源，发挥办学优势，实施品牌战略，大力发展远程教育，为推动我国信息化建设作出了突出贡献。远程教育学院本着资源共享，优势互补，互惠互利的原则，秉承“吸引加盟、积极扶持、统一模式、加强监督”十六字建站方针，在全国吸收有实力的计算机教育院校加盟。目前，已在全国200多个城市设立了分院和教学站点，成为我国规模最大的计算机教育集团。

学院为满足社会对计算机技能型人才的需求，成立了以培养高素质、综合型人才的职业技术学院。开展中专、大专和本科层次的全日制成人学历教育，计算机及其相关专业的技能教育和岗位培训。职业技术学院因材施教，以德施教，把教学质量作为发展的根本。以市场需求为导向，结合人才培养的规律，倡导“学历+技能+素质”的三元教学新模式;开辟了“校企合作，定向培养职业化员工”的人才培养新模式;建立了面向企业、面向市场、面向全国的就业网络。在激烈的市场竞争中，呈现出旺盛的办学活力和蓬勃的发展态势。

多年来，学院构建了以教育、文化为主体，旅游、科技等为辅翼的跨地区、多元化的产业格局。学院拥有《电脑知识与技术》杂志社、安徽五千年文化传播公司、百姓网络技术公司、海南太阳湖温泉度假村、新南洋宾馆、安徽康健新材料科技公司等产业实体。多元化产业为学院可持续发展提供了强有力的保障。

A brief introduction to China computer correspondence College

China Institute of computer correspondence was established in 1987 with the approval of the leading body of the State Council. It is a national computer education and training base designated by the Ministry of Education, a national computer education and training base designated by the Ministry of Education, a distance vocational education experimental base of the Central Audio-Visual Education Center, and a separate unit of the national computer grade examination plan. The college is rich in school-running resources and strong teachers. There are more than 500 faculty members, more than 50 teachers with senior professional titles, and more than 300 part-time professors and lecturers in colleges and universities and high-tech enterprises throughout the year. The teaching facilities are sound and perfect, with more than 2000 high-end computers and more than ten large-scale professional teaching laboratories. In order to meet the needs of modern education, the college has independently developed a set of network education system, including video teaching, educational administration and online examination, to provide modern technical support for distance education and vocational education.

College distance education is developed on the basis of the original correspondence and television teaching methods, relying on modern multimedia network teaching technology and the establishment of teaching sites (branches) all over the country, forming an organic combination of distance network teaching and ground teaching. In line with the principle of sharing resources and complementary advantages, and adhering to the principle of “attracting, actively supporting, unifying the model, and strengthening supervision”, distance education attracts powerful computer education colleges and universities to join in the country. At present, more than 300 teaching stations (branches) have been set up all over the country, starting from Heilongjiang on the Sino-Russian border in the north, Sanya in the south to Sanya in kapok, Shanghai in the east, and Urumqi at the foot of Tianshan Mountain in the west. the flower of cooperation in distance education is blooming in the north and south of the motherland.

School scale

The college has strong resources for running a school. It has a teaching practice site of tens of thousands of square meters on two campuses, more than a thousand high-grade computers, more than a dozen large-scale professional and technical laboratories, and complete logistics facilities. It now has more than 500 teaching staff and employs more than 300 part-time professors and lecturers in colleges and universities throughout the year, and the National 863 Intelligence.

There are more than 200 computer experts and domestic computer experts (including 6 academicians).

College vocational education has a long history and is rich in resources. Since the establishment of the “computer and Application” major in the 1980s, the college has taken the lead in carrying out large-scale computer vocational education in the whole country. Over the past 20 years, it has accumulated rich experience in the fields of specialty setting, education and teaching. In recent years, the college has actively responded to the country’s call to vigorously develop vocational education and set up the guiding ideology of “taking quality as the life, employment as the orientation, innovation as the driving force, and educating people as the goal”. Carry out full-time adult diploma education at technical secondary school, college and undergraduate level, vocational skills education and on-the-job training for computer and related majors. The college has successively developed a series of trump card majors that lead the development trend of the industry and are competitive in employment, and have implemented new modes of school-enterprise cooperation, such as “school-enterprise cooperation-oriented training of professional employees”, school-enterprise alliance cooperation strategy and so on. So far, it has signed employment agreements with more than 3000 large enterprises and institutions across the country, and established deep-seated strategic cooperation relations of school-enterprise alliances with hundreds of well-known enterprises. Over the years, the successful employment rate of graduates has remained more than 98%, and tens of thousands of outstanding graduates have successfully employed and achieved careers.

School-running mode

The college fully integrates educational resources, gives full play to the advantages of running a school, implements the brand strategy, and vigorously develops distance education, which has made outstanding contributions to promoting the information construction of our country. At present, branches and teaching sites have been set up in more than 200 cities across the country, making it the largest computer education group in China.

Over the years, the college has built a trans-regional and diversified industrial pattern with education and culture as the main body and tourism, science and technology as the auxiliary wings.
