天津师范大学(Tianjin Normal
University)，简称“天师大”。坐落于中国五大国家中心城市之一——天津市。入选“卓越教师培养计划”、“特色重点学科项目”，是天津市属重点院校。

天津师范大学始建于1958年，原名天津师范学院，1982年更名为天津师范大学。1999年4月，原天津师范大学、天津师范高等专科学校、天津教育学院合并组建新天津师范大学。

师资力量

截至2015年10月，学校有25个学院，68个本科专业，涉及文学、理学、教育学、历史学、法学、经济学、管理学、工学、艺术学等9个学科门类。

教学建设

截至2015年10月，学校有6个教育部特色专业建设点，16个天津市品牌专业建设点，5个天津市战略性新兴产业相关专业建设点，已建成6门国家级精品资源共享课程、19门市级精品课程，1支国家级教学团队、7支天津市级教学团队、2支天津市“十二五”综投教学创新团队，建有2个国家级实验教学示范中心、5个天津市实验教学示范中心建设单位、6个天津市高等学校优秀教学实验室。在2007年教育部本科教学工作水平评估工作中获优秀。

University), abbreviated as “Tianshi University”. It is located in Tianjin, one of the five national central cities in China. Selected as “excellent teacher training Program” and “characteristic key discipline Project”, it is a key university in Tianjin.

Tianjin normal University was founded in 1958, formerly known as Tianjin normal University, and changed its name to Tianjin normal University in 1982. In April 1999, the former Tianjin normal University, Tianjin normal College and Tianjin Institute of Education merged to form the new Tianjin normal University.

Teachers’ strength

As of October 2015, the school has 2440 staff, including 1487 full-time teachers, 295 senior professional titles, 580 deputy senior professional titles and 691 doctoral teachers. According to the information on the school’s official website in December 2015, the school has 5 academicians and senior professors, 3 members of the discipline review group of the academic degree Committee of the State Council, 4 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions from the state, and 21 people specially posted by the government. there are 3 candidates for the national talent project of 1 billion in the new century, 4 for the national “high-end foreign expert project” and 12 for the new century talent support program. There are 3 experts in Tianjin, 16 in Tianjin Thousand talents Plan, 12 special professors in Tianjin and 14 candidates at the first level of Tianjin 131 Talent Project. General situation of colleges and departments

As of October 2015, the school has 25 colleges and 68 undergraduate majors, covering nine disciplines, including literature, science, pedagogy, history, law, economics, management, engineering and art.

Teaching construction

As of October 2015, the school has 6 characteristic professional construction sites of the Ministry of Education, 16 Tianjin brand professional construction sites, and 5 Tianjin strategic emerging industries related professional construction sites. It has built 6 national high-quality resource sharing courses, 19 municipal high-quality courses, 1 national teaching team, 7 Tianjin municipal teaching teams and 2 Tianjin “12th five-year Plan” comprehensive investment teaching innovation teams. There are 2 national experimental teaching demonstration centers, 5 Tianjin experimental teaching demonstration center construction units and 6 excellent teaching laboratories in Tianjin colleges and universities. He was excellent in the undergraduate teaching level evaluation of the Ministry of Education in 2007.
