烟台职业学院的简介

烟台职业学院2001年建校,是经山东省人民政府批准,烟台市人民政府主办的全日制普通高校,国家技能型紧缺人才培养项目试点院校,山东省高等职业教育示范院校,山东省大学生创业教育示范院校。2010年,被教育部、财政部确定为“国家示范性骨干高职院校首批立项建设单位”,2013年10月以优秀等级通过验收。学院由原烟台职工大学、烟台教育学院、烟台广播电视大学等3所省内一流成人高校,山东省烟台财政学校、山东省轻工业经济管理学校、山东省对外经济学校、烟台工业学校等4所国家、省部级重点中专合并组建而成。1946年举办中专教育;1978年举办大专教育;1996年被教育部确定为山东省唯一一所、全国首批18所高等职业教育试点院校之一;2013年被批准为职业院校与本科高校“3+2”对口贯通分段培养试点,拥有六十余年中专教育、三十余年大专教育、十余年高职教育办学历史。

学院地处烟台市高新技术产业开发区,紧邻黄海海滨,北面碧海金沙映眼,周边绿树青草葱茏。占地面积1500余亩,校舍建筑面积36万平方米,固定资产8.5亿元,教学仪器设备1.2亿元,馆藏图书134万册。设有15个系部,拥有专任教师847人,其中教授59人,副教授387人,具有硕、博士学历学位的310人,高职在校生16000余人,每年面向社会的各类培训达到1.5万人次以上。拥有国家级试点专业、重点建设专业等10个,中央财政支持的实训基地1个,国家级精品课程及精品资源共享课程3门,省级精品课程53门,省级示范特色专业9个,省级教学团队5个,省级教学名师4名,省级实训基地5个,先后获得“全国职业教育先进集体”、“国家节约型公共机构示范单位”、“山东省文明单位”、“全省职业教育先进单位”、“全省高校毕业生就业工作先进集体”等省级以上荣誉称号40余个。

二、办学特色

建校以来,始终坚持“服务地方经济建设,培养高素质技术技能人才”的办学宗旨,实施“特色立校”、“创新兴校”、“人才强校”三大战略,在教育教学改革、专业建设、校企合作、招生就业、社会服务等诸多方面走在了全省乃至全国高职院校前列,形成了鲜明的办学特色。

(一)构建了教育教学改革“四个模式”

主动融入区域经济和社会发展,形成与社会互融、与行业互通、与企业互动的“区域融合的办学模式”;仿真职业环境氛围,建立课堂与岗位零距离的“以岗定教的人才培养模式”;建立“学做一体的教学模式”,真正做到教室和车间一样,教师和师傅一样,学生和员工一样,上课和上岗一样;形成“校企共育的育人模式”,实现德育工作从课堂向车间、从校内向校外的拓展和延伸,提高学生的职业素养和适应能力。2012年参加全省职业院校技能大赛,10个项目获5个一等奖、3个二等奖、1个三等奖,代表山东省参加国赛,又获得5个一等奖、3个二等奖,获奖数量居全省第一。2013年参加全省职业院校技能大赛,再次以7个一等奖、3个二等奖的优异成绩蝉联全省第一。

(二)建立起与区域产业高度关联的专业体系

主动适应区域产业结构升级需要,紧密对接山东半岛蓝色经济区、黄河三角洲高效生态经济区、胶东半岛高端产业聚集区“三大战略”,重点培育食品、汽车、船舶、动漫、软件外包等48个经济社会急需专业,初步形成了以先进制造业和现代服务业为主要服务方向、基本涵盖烟台主要产业领域的专业体系。

(三)确立了“四级融合”的校企合作模式

健全完善了“政府推动,行业合作,校企联姻,项目嵌入”“四级融合”的校企合作新模式。与开发区、高新区、牟平区、福山区政府签订人才培养合作协议,每年为区域经济培养输送急需的高技能人才5000余人。与通用、丰田、富士康、甲骨文等世界500强企业,烟台张裕、龙大等国内知名企业紧密合作,引进资金设备4000多万元;通用、丰田各投资300余万元建设教学基地;烟建集团投资350余万元,建设“烟台市建筑业特种作业人员培训基地”,每年完成行业培训考核5000余人次;引进资金150余万元在校内建成“烟台市建设工程质量监测站”高新区分站;与300多家大中型企业建立稳定的订单培养合作关系,订单教育比例占60%以上。

(四)就业创业与招生工作始终保持省内领先优势

每年实现招生5000余人,招生计划、新生报到率、毕业生就业率在全省位居前列。重视学生技能水平提高,毕业生“双证率”100%。在全省率先建成占地2000平米的大学生创业园,被评为全省高校大学生创业工作示范院校,在团中央组织的全国KAB创业教育会议上作典型交流,连续多年被评为全省普通高校毕业生就业工作先进集体。

(五)社会服务能力及经济社会人力智力支撑能力日益增强

依托校内山东省制造业、船舶制造业以及建筑业、软件外包、国航等一批人才培训基地,面向区域支柱产业、新兴产业,年均完成各类培训1.5万人次以上,为烟台经济社会培训输送大批急需的面向生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高技能人才;依托校企共建的“食品研究所”、“图形图像与模式识别研究所”、“模具研究所”、“自动化研究所”等科研院所,积极开展课题攻关及产品研发、技术服务,直接为企业创造经济效益2000余万元,为推进区域经济又好又快发展提供了强有力的人力和智力支撑。

三、办学实力

建院十多年间,历经七校合并、平稳过渡的“合校期”,扩张规模、建设新校区的“建校期”,内涵发展、建设一流高职的“强校期”,学院的办学实力不断实现新跨越,迅速跻身国内一流高职院校行列,为学院的建设和发展提供了立足国内、放眼国际的更高平台、更广视野。目前,学院正按照“五个一流”的奋斗目标,充分发扬“顽强拼搏,团结协作,追求卓越,扎实工作”的学院精神,进一步优化结构,强化管理,提高质量,突出特色,增强实力,扎实推进内涵建设,全力以赴建设有规模、有水平、有特色、有影响的现代职业教育骨干强校。

Shandong Yantai Finance School, Shandong Light Industry Economic Management School, Shandong Foreign Economics School, Yantai Industrial School and other four national, provincial and ministerial key technical secondary schools were merged and formed. Technical secondary education was held in 1946; tertiary education was held in 1978; in 1996, it was identified by the Ministry of Education as the only one in Shandong Province and one of the first 18 pilot institutions of higher vocational education in China; in 2013, it was approved as a pilot project for vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges and universities. It has more than 60 years of technical secondary education, more than 30 years of junior college education and more than ten years of higher vocational education.

The college is located in Yantai High-tech Industrial Development Zone, close to the Yellow Sea seaside, the north blue sea gold sand Yingyan, the surrounding verdant trees and grass. It covers an area of more than 1500 mu, with a construction area of 360000 square meters, fixed assets of 850 million yuan, teaching equipment of 120 million yuan and a collection of 1.34 million books. There are 15 departments, with 847 full-time teachers, including 59 professors, 387 associate professors, 310 with master’s and doctoral degrees, more than 16000 students in higher vocational colleges, and more than 15000 social-oriented training every year. II. Characteristics of running a school

Introduce more than 1.5 million yuan to build the “Yantai Construction Engineering quality Monitoring Station” high-tech zone sub-station; establish stable order training cooperation with more than 300 large and medium-sized enterprises, and the proportion of order education accounts for more than 60%.

(4) Employment, entrepreneurship and enrollment have always maintained the leading edge in the province.
