浙江农林大学

浙江农林大学位于杭州西郊临安市，是浙江省属全日制本科院校。学校创建于1958年，时称天目林学院，1966年更名为浙江林学院，2010年更名为浙江农林大学。经过近60年的建设，学校已发展成为一所以农林、生物环境学科为特色，涵盖八大学科门类的多科性大学，是浙江省唯一的省属本科农林类高校，是浙江省人民政府和国家林业局共建高校。

学校现有东湖、衣锦、诸暨3个校区，占地面积3000余亩，校舍建筑面积90余万平方米，仪器设备总值逾2.3亿元。学校设有16个学院(部)，62个本科专业，其中国家级特色专业4个，国家优势专业2个，国家卓越农林教育人才培养项目2项，省级重点专业12个，省级优势专业5个，省级新兴特色专业6个;现有省“重中之重”学科2个，国家林业局重点学科1个，省级重点学科8个;服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养项目1个，林学一级学科博士后科研流动站1个，一级学科硕士点10个、专业学位硕士授权类别3个(农业硕士、工程硕士、风景园林硕士)，授权领域15个。拥有国家工程技术研究中心、国家重点实验室培育基地、国家工程实验室、国家文化传播基地各1个，省部级科研创新平台16个。

学校面向30个省(市、自治区)招生，现有各类在校生30000余人，其中全日制本科生20000余人，研究生1200余人，留学生、农民大学生、继续教育学生9000余人。现有教职工1800余人，其中专任教师1226人，高级职称617人。拥有共享院士6人、国家级“新世纪百千万人才”3人、国家“千人计划”2人、全国宣传文化系统“四个一批”人才1人、农业杰出人才及其创新团队1个、浙江省特级专家1人，浙江省“千人计划”7人、省有突出贡献中青年专家4人、省政府特聘教授(钱江学者)9人、省“151”人才工程重点资助及一、二层次培养人员33人，省高校中青年学科带头人35人，国家级教学团队1个，省高校创新团队1个，省级重点创新团队9个，省级教学团队4个，全国优秀教师、全国师德先进个人等19人，享受国务院特殊津贴12人。

长期以来，学校秉持“求真、敬业”的校训，弘扬“坚韧不拔、不断超越”的学校精神，着力培养学生的生态文明意识、创新精神和创业能力，为社会输送了一大批具有“肯干、实干、能干”品质的高素质人才。近年来，获得国家级教学成果二等奖2项，省级优秀教学成果一等奖6项。有国家级课程6门，省级精品课程23门。建有浙江省人才培养模式创新实验区及7个省级实验教学示范中心。近五年，本科生在全国性各类学科竞赛中获得国家级和省部级奖800余项，其中获全国“挑战杯”竞赛金奖2项、全国数学建模竞赛一等奖1项。学校积极推进创新创业教育，是在杭高校大学生就业创业指导工作优秀单位。涌现出“全国就业创业先进个人”、“最美浙江人—2012青春领袖”杨珍，“中国大学生自强之星”等一批优秀学生典型。

近五年来，学校共承担包括国家级科技项目在内的科研课题3300余项，科研经费总量近5亿元。获国家技术发明二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖4项，浙江省科学技术一等奖8项。先后与浙江、福建、江西、江苏、安徽、贵州等省的50多个县市区开展多种形式的科技推广与社会服务，学校连续2年被评为“低收入农户奔小康工程”结对帮扶工作先进单位，连续10年被评为浙江省科技特派员先进派出单位，2009年被评为全国科技特派员工作先进集体，2013年获批国家级科技特派员创业培训基地，2014年被国务院扶贫办评为“全国社会扶贫先进集体”。

学校开门办学，积极开展国际交流与合作，先后与美国、英国、加拿大、德国、日本、澳大利亚、韩国、瑞典、塞尔维亚、肯尼亚等24个国家(地区)的70余所大学和科研机构签署了合作协议，开展学术交流、联合办学、科学研究等活动，与塞尔维亚诺维萨德大学合作举办孔子学院，与加拿大大不列颠哥伦比亚大学、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学等联合培养人才，国际影响力逐步提高。

Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, located in Lin’an, the western suburb of Hangzhou, is a full-time undergraduate university in Zhejiang Province. The school was founded in 1958 and was called Tianmulin College. It changed its name to Zhejiang Forestry University in 1966 and Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University in 2010. After nearly 60 years of construction, the school has developed into a multidisciplinary university featuring agriculture, forestry and biological environment disciplines, covering eight major disciplines, and is the only provincial undergraduate agricultural and forestry university in Zhejiang Province. it is a university jointly built by the people’s Government of Zhejiang Province and the State Forestry Administration.

The school has three campuses of Donghu, Yijin and Zhuji, covering an area of more than 3000 mu, with a construction area of more than 900,000 square meters and a total value of more than 230 million yuan. The school has 16 colleges (departments) and 62 undergraduate majors, including 4 national characteristic majors, 2 national advantage majors, 2 national excellent agricultural and forestry education talents training projects, 12 provincial key majors, 5 provincial advantage majors, 6 provincial emerging characteristic majors, 2 provincial “top priority” disciplines, 1 State Forestry Administration key discipline and 8 provincial key disciplines. There are 1 doctoral training program for national special needs, 1 postdoctoral research station for first-tier discipline of forestry, 10 master’s degree programs for first-tier discipline, 3 authorized categories for master of professional degree (Master of Agriculture, Master of Engineering, Master of Landscape Architecture), 15 authorized fields. It has a national engineering technology research center, a national key laboratory training base, a national engineering laboratory, a national cultural communication base, and 16 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research and innovation platforms.

The school enrolls students from 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). There are more than 30000 students of all kinds, including more than 20000 full-time undergraduates, more than 1200 graduate students, and more than 9000 foreign students, farmers’ college students and continuing education students. There are more than 1800 faculty members, including 1226 full-time teachers and 617 senior professional titles. The school has opened its doors and actively carried out international exchanges and cooperation. it has signed cooperation agreements with more than 70 universities and scientific research institutions in 24 countries (regions), including the United States, Britain, Canada, Germany, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Sweden, Serbia and Kenya, to carry out academic exchanges, joint school-running, scientific research and other activities, and to co-organize Confucius Institutes with Novi sad University in Serbia. With the University of British Columbia in Canada, the University of Alberta in Canada and other joint training, the international influence has gradually increased.
