宁夏工商职业技术学院

宁夏工商职业技术学院，是经宁夏回族自治区人民政府批准设立、教育部备案的具有高等学历教育招生资格的公办全日制普通高等学校，隶属于宁夏回族自治区教育厅，是宁夏回族自治区第一批示范性高职学院和国家百所首批骨干高职学院。

学院坐落于西北规模最大的宁夏职业教育园区内，同宁夏职业教育实训基地实行一体化建设与管理，由教学办公、实训基地、图文信息、创业园区、运动休闲、生活服务等7个配套设施齐全的功能区域组成;学院占地1538亩，建筑面积21.5万平方米，固定资产总值8.15亿元，教学科研仪器设备总值9527万元，图书馆藏书41.5万册，电子图书11681GB。2013年，宁夏党委、政府投入巨资启动建设中国(宁夏)职业技能公共实训中心，其中现代电子信息、清真烹饪工艺与营养、现代煤化工和现代装备制造4个公共实训中心落户我院，成为宁夏打造“西部职业教育高地”不可或缺的组成部分。

学院全日制在校生9030人，其中全日制高职在校生5901人;教职工640人，其中专任教师295人，副高以上职称159人，“双师素质”教师275人，硕博研究生(含学位)206人;专业带头人29人，骨干教师76名，自治区级教学名师3人;还建成了由区内大中型企业客座教授16人领衔的334名兼职教师资源库;拥有自治区级教学团队5个，并涌现出一批“享受国务院特殊津贴”、“入选自治区313人才工程”、“中国烹饪大师”、“全国餐饮服务大师”等优秀教师。

学院是宁夏办学规模最大的综合性高职院校之一。下设职能处室12个、教学单位9个和1个中职部;拥有1个国家级清真烹饪培训基地、1个全区最大的国家职业技能鉴定所;建有1个大学生创业园、7个校中厂和能源化工、装备制造、现代服务、电子信息四大实训中心100个校内教学做一体化实训室;校企合作建立了20个教师流动中心、162个校外实习就业基地。开设有机电一体化、应用化工技术、烹饪工艺与营养、酒店管理、物流管理、会计电算化、供用电技术、汽车运用与维修、电子电工技术等10大类31个高职专业，其中清真烹饪工艺与营养、物流管理、应用化工技术、汽车运用与维修等4个专业为中央财政支持重点建设专业，机电一体化技术、酒店管理、市场营销、计算机多媒体技术等7个为自治区级骨干示范专业。

学院秉持“厚德、勤学、敬业、强能”的校训精神，紧扣自治区经济社会发展及现代产业发展需求，牢固树立人才培养的中心地位，把立德树人作为学院发展的根本任务，坚持“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校”的治校方针，确立了“德能并重、多元融通、对接产业、服务社会”的新型办学理念，形成了以服务自治区现代服务业、能源化工业及装备制造业的办学定位，推行“校企深度合作，工学一体发展”的办学模式，致力于培养“德技双馨、理实并举、知行一体、广受欢迎”的高素质技术技能人才。

学院注重学生职业技能的培养，学生在全国和自治区各级各类职业技能大赛中屡获佳绩。自2008年以来，共荣获420余项，其中自治区级以上团体一等奖6项、二等奖15项、三等奖16项;学生个人一等奖和第一名10项、二等奖和第二名19项、三等奖和第三名20项。同时，学院组织学生团队广泛参与和主动承担各项大型社会服务工作，先后承担了北京奥运会、第24届世界大学生冬季运动会、亚运会、第41届上海世博会、三届中阿博览会等餐饮及社会服务工作，为宁夏职业教育赢得了荣誉，扩大了影响。

多年来，学院累计为社会培养培训各类人才6万余名，用人单位给予了充分肯定，评价学生“上岗快、留得住、素质高”。毕业生就业率一直保持在96%以上，企业评价满意率达到96%以上，学院连续多年被授予“全区大中专院校毕业生就业工作先进集体”称号。

学院的发展和成就得到了各级政府、社会各界的大力支持和高度赞誉。2010年8月，原全国人大委员会吴邦国委员长、2010年11月，原全国人大委员会陈至立副委员长、2011年2月，国家教育部副部长鲁昕等亲临学院视察指导，鼓励学院在今后的改革发展中再创辉煌。近年来，学院的办学模式和办学成果得到了社会的高度关注，《中国教育报》、新华网、《宁夏日报》等媒体对学院的改革与发展进行了305次报道。

学院先后获得“全国教育系统先进集体”、“全国职业教育先进单位”、“全国职业技术学校职业指导工作先进学校”、“自治区培养和使用技能型人才先进集体”、“国家技能人才培养培育突出贡献奖”、“技能人才培养奖”、“全国教育成果奖”、“职业教育创新奖”等多项殊荣。

Ningxia Industrial and Commercial Vocational and Technical College, established with the approval of the people’s Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and filed by the Ministry of Education, is a public full-time ordinary university with the qualification of enrollment for higher academic education, which belongs to the Department of Education of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region. it is the first batch of exemplary higher vocational colleges in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and the first batch of national 100 backbone higher vocational colleges.

The college is located in Ningxia Vocational Education Park, the largest vocational education park in Northwest China, and implements integrated construction and management with Ningxia vocational education training base. it is composed of seven functional areas with complete facilities, such as teaching office, training base, picture and text information, entrepreneurial park, sports and leisure, life service and so on. The college covers an area of 1538 mu, the construction area is 215000 square meters, the total value of fixed assets is 815 million yuan, the total value of teaching and research equipment is 95.27 million yuan, the library collects 415000 books, e-books 11681GB. In 2013, the Ningxia party committee and government invested a lot of money to start the construction of China (Ningxia) Vocational skills Public training Center. Among them, four public training centers, including modern electronic information, halal cooking technology and nutrition, modern coal chemical industry and modern equipment manufacturing, have been established in our college, which has become an indispensable part of Ningxia’s “western vocational education highland”.

There are 9030 full-time students in the college, including 5901 full-time higher vocational students, 640 teaching staff, including 295full-time teachers, 159deputy high school and above titles, 275teachers with “double-division quality” and 206master’s degree postgraduates (including degrees). There are 29 professional leaders, 76 backbone teachers and 3 famous teachers at the autonomous district level, and a resource bank of 334 part-time teachers led by 16 visiting professors from large and medium-sized enterprises in the region has been built. There are 5 teaching teams at the autonomous district level, and a number of excellent teachers have emerged, such as “enjoying the special allowance of the State Council”, “selected 313 talents project of the autonomous region”, “Chinese culinary master”, “national catering service master” and so on.

College is one of the largest comprehensive higher vocational colleges in Ningxia. It has 12 functional offices, 9 teaching units and 1 secondary vocational department; it has a national halal cooking training base and the largest national vocational skills appraisal institute in the region; there are 1 college student entrepreneurship park, 7 campus factories and energy and chemical industry, equipment manufacturing, modern service, electronic information and 100 integrated training centers. School-enterprise cooperation has established 20 teacher mobility centers and 162 off-campus internship and employment bases. There are 31 higher vocational majors in 10 categories, such as organic electricity integration, applied chemical technology, cooking technology and nutrition, hotel management, logistics management, computerized accounting, power supply technology, automobile application and maintenance, electronic and electrical technology, etc. among them, halal cooking technology and nutrition, logistics management, applied chemical technology, automobile application and maintenance are the key construction majors supported by central finance. Mechatronics technology, hotel management, marketing and computer multimedia technology are seven backbone demonstration majors at the autonomous district level.

Adhering to the school motto of “virtuous, diligent, dedicated and capable”, the college adheres to the needs of the economic and social development of the autonomous region and the development of modern industry, firmly establishes the central position of personnel training, and regards establishing morality and cultivating people as the fundamental task of the development of the college. Adhering to the principle of “building a school with quality, strong talents and characteristics”, it has established a new school-running concept of “attaching equal importance to morality and energy, diversified integration, docking industry and serving the society”. It has formed the school-running orientation of serving the modern service industry, energy chemical industry and equipment manufacturing industry of the autonomous region, and carried out the school-running mode of “in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and the integrated development of work and learning”. Committed to training “both virtue and technology, both reason and practice, knowledge and practice, widely popular” high-quality technical and skilled personnel.

The college pays attention to the cultivation of students’ vocational skills, and students have achieved good results in all kinds of vocational skills competitions at all levels of the country and autonomous regions. Since 2008, it has won more than 420 prizes, including 6 first-class prizes, 15 second-class prizes and 16 third-class prizes for groups above the autonomous district level, and 10 first-class prizes and 10 second-class prizes, 19 second-class prizes and 20 third-place prizes for students. At the same time, the college organizes student teams to extensively participate in and take the initiative to undertake various large-scale social service work. It has successively undertaken catering and social service work such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the 24th World University Winter Games, the Asian Games, the 41st Shanghai World Expo and the third China-Arab Expo, which has won honors and expanded its influence for Ningxia vocational education.

Over the years, the college has trained more than 60,000 talents of all kinds for the society, and the employers have fully affirmed that the students are “quick to take up posts, can stay, and have high quality”. The employment rate of graduates has been maintained at more than 96%, and the satisfaction rate of enterprise evaluation has reached more than 96%. The college has been awarded the title of “Advanced Collective for Employment of graduates of Colleges and Universities in the region” for many years in a row.

In August 2010, Wu Bangguo, former Chairman of the National people’s Congress Committee, and in November 2010, Chen Zhili, former Vice Chairman of the National people’s Congress Committee, and in February 2011, Lu Xin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education, and others visited the college for inspection and guidance.
