南京中医药大学翰林学院

南京中医药大学翰林学院始建于2002年3月，2005年5月被教育部批准为独立学院。2010年9月，学院移址素有“文昌水秀，祥泰之州”之誉的苏中历史名城泰州市办学，坐落在国家医药高新技术产业开发区内，为首家进驻中国医药城的全日制本科院校，也是全省高等教育综合改革试点独立学院之一。

多年来，学院建设了一支以南京中医药大学教师为骨干，专任教师为基础的专兼结合、高素质、高水平的优秀师资队伍，聘请了在中国医药城工作的全国“千人计划”14位高级专家为特聘教授。学院致力于培养具有国际竞争能力的应用型、复合型、创新型高级人才，积极探索和创新产学研一体化办学模式，狠抓内涵建设，努力提升教学质量，优化师资队伍结构，逐步改善办学条件，不断创新管理体制机制，内部运行规范高效，形成了体现时代特征、医药特色、“校”“城”融合、重应用能力的人才培养格局。学院现设有中医学、针灸推拿学、护理学、应用心理、中药学、药学、生物制药、制药工程、药物制剂、中药资源与开发、药事管理、公共事业管理、国际经济与贸易、市场营销、信息管理和信息系统等15个本科专业，具有相关专业独立的学士学位授予权、高校教师资格认定权和高校教师中级职称自评权。

学院秉承南京中医药大学“治学严谨，继承创新”的优良传统，依托母体大学优质教育资源，注重质量，稳步发展，具有优良的办学条件。校园依湖而建，建筑新颖、环境优美、景色怡人。校内各项教学、实验及生活设施先进齐全，是莘莘学子理想的学习深造场所。母体大学一大批实习实践基地及泰州国家医药高新技术产业开发区周边数百家企事业单位为学生提供良好的实践、实习、产学研结合的场所，为毕业生就业提供了广阔的前景。

学院深入推进素质教育，努力加强教学管理和学生管理，在强化学生专业基础知识的同时，着力培养其开拓创新精神和实践动手能力，积极开展丰富多彩的社会实践、科技文化活动和社团活动，形成了“翰林情”新生文化节、“翰林韵”大学生艺术节、“翰林人”大学生风采系列大赛及“康健泰州”志愿者服务等一批品牌活动。为提高学生学习的积极性，激励和支持大学生勤奋学习，掌握过硬本领，学院设立了较高比例的奖学、助学基金，另有国家助学贷款、勤工助学、临时困难补助资金等，帮助贫困学生克服经济困难，完成学业。

学院立足泰州办学，确立了以人为本、特色兴校、人才强校、校企合作的办学理念，坚持以专业建设为龙头，人才培养为中心，教师队伍建设为关键，和谐校园建设为保障，不断深化教育教学改革，着力提升学院的核心竞争力。全院师生将凝心聚力，励精图治，努力把学院建设成为办学规模、专业设置、人才培养质量适应区域经济和泰州中国医药城产业发展的新型独立学院。

Hanlin College of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in March 2002 and was approved as an independent college by the Ministry of Education in May 2005. In September 2010, the college was moved to Taizhou, a famous historic city in central Jiangsu, which is known as “Wenchang Shuixiu, Xiangtai State”. It is located in the National Pharmaceutical High-tech Industrial Development Zone, and it is the first full-time undergraduate university stationed in China Pharmaceutical City. it is also one of the pilot independent colleges for the comprehensive reform of higher education in the province.

Over the years, the college has built a team of full-time, high-quality and high-level excellent teachers with teachers of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine as the backbone and based on full-time teachers. Fourteen senior experts from the National Thousand talents Plan working in China Medical City have been hired as special professors. The college is committed to training applied, compound and innovative senior talents with international competitiveness, actively exploring and innovating the mode of integration of industry, university and research, paying close attention to connotation construction, striving to improve teaching quality, and optimizing the structure of teaching staff. we will gradually improve the conditions for running a school, constantly innovate the management system and mechanism, and have a standardized and efficient internal operation. It has formed a talent training pattern that reflects the characteristics of the times, the characteristics of medicine, the integration of “school” and “city” and emphasizing application ability. The college now has 15 undergraduate majors in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and massage, nursing, applied psychology, traditional Chinese medicine, pharmacy, bio-pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, pharmaceutical preparations, resources and development of traditional Chinese medicine, pharmaceutical management, public utility management, international economy and trade, marketing, information management and information systems. It has the independent right to grant bachelor’s degree in related majors, the right to recognize the qualifications of university teachers and the right to self-evaluation of intermediate professional titles of university teachers.

Adhering to the fine tradition of “rigorous scholarship, inheritance and innovation” of Nanjing University of traditional Chinese Medicine, the college relies on the high-quality educational resources of the parent university, pays attention to quality, develops steadily, and has excellent conditions for running a school. The campus is built according to the lake, with novel architecture, beautiful environment and pleasant scenery. The school has advanced teaching, experimental and living facilities, which is an ideal place for students to further their studies.
