秦皇岛市第一中学2015年高考简报

秦皇岛市第一中学创建于1929年，1955年被确定为河北省重点中学，1978年被确定为河北省首批优先装备的重点中学，2001年被确定为河北省首批示范性普通高级中学。2010年7月18日，学校喜迁新址，新校园占地面积313亩，建筑面积12万平方米，总投资近4亿元。学校教育教学设施完备而精良，现有在校生3600人，教职工326人，本科及以上学历达100%，具有研究生学历的52人，居全市之首，河北省前列。我校现有特级教师6人，省、市级骨干教师39人。

建校以来，一中风雨沧桑，薪火相传，耕耘不辍，春华秋实，培养了大批精英人才，取得了辉煌的成就，缔结了炫目的荣誉。学校先后获得全国精神文明建设先进单位、中学生国防教育先进单位、学校体育卫生先进单位，省市文明单位、先进基层党组织、思想政治工作先进集体等百余项荣誉称号。

各级领导多次来校视察并指导工作，原国家领导人李岚清、田纪云、邹家华等同志分别为我校题词、题写校名，对师生激励鼓舞，对学校寄以厚望。

学校确立了“走内涵发展之路，构建和谐一中”的战略，形成了“以人为本、相互发展”的办学理念，制定了“五个一流”的办学目标。从而营造了良好的育人环境，积淀了厚重的校园文化，开创了学校教育教学工作的新局面。

学校重视教师队伍建设，现已形成一支师德高尚、作风过硬、功底扎实、和衷共济的优秀教师群体。学校先后有数百名教师获得国家、省、市级优秀教师，五一劳动奖章，河北省特级教师，国家、省、市级骨干教师，省级名师，省、市劳动模范，师德建设标兵，教坛明星等荣誉称号。

学校全面实施素质教育，重视对学生科学精神、人文精神、实践能力和创新意识的培养，大批学生脱颖而出。自2000年以来，学校高考升学率达100%，大批学生考入全国名牌大学，已向清华大学和北京大学输送154名优秀学生，另有一大批学生考入美国、加拿大、英国、澳大利亚、香港等名校学习。

学校现为北京航空航天大学、南开大学、哈尔滨工业大学、北京科技大学、大连海事大学的“优秀生源基地”。2010年，学校成为河北省“北京大学自主招生校长实名制推荐资格学校”的六所学校之一。2011年，学校又喜获“清华大学自主选拨新百年领军计划”基地校，河北省只有五所学校获此殊荣。

学校不断丰富办学内涵，加强对外交流与合作，现为韩国优秀留学生选拔基地，日本(中国区)文化教育合作学校，GAC国际课程中心。

Qinhuangdao No. 1 Middle School was founded in 1929 and was identified as the key middle school in Hebei Province in 1955, the first batch of key middle schools with priority equipment in Hebei Province in 1978, and the first batch of exemplary ordinary senior high schools in Hebei Province in 2001. The new campus covers an area of 313 mu, with a construction area of 120000 square meters, with a total investment of nearly 400 million yuan. The school has complete and excellent education and teaching facilities, with 3600 students, 326 teaching staff, 100% bachelor’s degree or above, and 52 graduate students, ranking first in the city and in the forefront of Hebei Province. There are 6 special-grade teachers and 39 provincial and municipal backbone teachers in our school.

Since the establishment of the school, No. 1 Middle School has experienced vicissitudes of life, passed down from generation to generation, continuous hard work, spring and autumn, trained a large number of elite talents, made brilliant achievements and concluded dazzling honors. The school has successively won more than 100 honorary titles such as the national advanced unit of spiritual civilization construction, the advanced unit of national defense education of middle school students, the advanced unit of school sports and health, the provincial and municipal civilized unit, the advanced grass-roots party organization, the advanced collective of ideological and political work, and so on.

Leaders at all levels have come to the school many times to inspect and guide the work. Former state leaders Li Lanqing, Tian JiYun, Zou Jiahua and other comrades wrote inscriptions and names for our school respectively, encouraging teachers and students and placing high hopes on the school.

The school has established the strategy of “taking the road of connotation development and building a harmonious one middle school”, formed the school-running concept of “people-oriented and mutual development”, and formulated the goal of “five first-class”. The school attaches importance to the construction of the contingent of teachers, and has formed an excellent group of teachers with noble ethics, excellent work style, solid skills and concerted efforts. Hundreds of teachers in the school have won national, provincial and municipal excellent teachers, May Day labor medals, Hebei special teachers, national, provincial and municipal backbone teachers, provincial teachers, provincial and municipal labor models, teachers’ moral construction pacesetters, teaching stars and other honorary titles.

The school implements quality education in an all-round way, attaches importance to the cultivation of students’ scientific spirit, humanistic spirit, practical ability and innovative consciousness, and a large number of students stand out. Since 2000, the college entrance examination rate has reached 100%. A large number of students have been admitted to national famous universities, and 154 outstanding students have been sent to Tsinghua University and Peking University. in addition, a large number of students have been admitted to famous universities such as the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia and Hong Kong.

The school is now the “excellent student base” of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nankai University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, and Dalian Maritime University. In 2010, the school became one of the six schools in Hebei Province to recommend the qualification school for independent enrollment by the president of Peking University. In 2011, the school was awarded the “New Centennial leadership Plan of Tsinghua University”, and only five schools in Hebei Province won the honor.

The school continues to enrich the connotation of running a school and strengthen foreign exchanges and cooperation. it is now the selection base for outstanding Korean students, Japan (China) Culture and Education Cooperation School, and GAC International Curriculum Center.
