南京林业大学研究生院

　　我校研究生教育始于1952年学校成立之初，1978年我国恢复研究生教育以后，我校研究生教育得到了较快的发展。1981年我国实施学位制度时，我校是首批具有硕士学位、博士学位整体授予权的单位之一。目前在校各类研究生7000余人，其中博士生850人，科学硕士生1700余人，全日制专业学位研究生1400余人，非全日制专业学位研究生3000余人。

　　我校现有8个博士学位授权一级学科、40个博士学位授权二级学科、25个硕士学位授权一级学科、101个硕士学位授权二级学科和28个硕士专业学位授权类别或领域，分布在理、工、农、文、管、经、哲、法、艺等9个学科门类。拥有一级学科国家级重点学科2个、二级学科国家重点学科4个，江苏省一级学科国家重点学科培育点1个，江苏高校优势学科4个，一级学科江苏省重点学科4个、一级学科江苏省重点培育学科2个、二级学科江苏省重点学科4个，国家林业局重点学科7个。

　　我校是全国首批具有博士和硕士学位整体授予权的高校之一，学校研究生指导教师队伍实力雄厚，博士生导师181人，高级职称700人。现有中国工程院院士2人，外聘院士8人，“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授1人，国家杰出青年基金获得者1人，国家青年“千人计划”人选3人，国家百千万人才工程6人，国家“万人计划”领军人才4人，全国有突出贡献的中青年专家6人，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家110余人；全国杰出专业技术人才1人，全国优秀科技工作者5人，科技部中青年科技创新领军人才5人，教育部“新世纪优秀人才计划”6人；国家千人计划“顶尖人才与创新团队”1个，“长江学者奖励计划”创新团队1个。江苏省“333工程”第一层次首席科学家4人，省级教学名师3人，江苏特聘教授18人，省部级有突出贡献的中青年专家16人，省“333工程”二、三层次、“双创计划”、“青蓝工程”、“六大高峰”等各类省级人才计划300余人；江苏省科技创新团队及“青蓝工程”等省级创新团队12个。

　　为培养创新型人才，我校着力注重培养目标管理和培养阶段的过程管理。规范课程教学、中期考核、文献阅读、学位论文开题、论文答辩等一系列工作。研究生院围绕营造学术氛围，向管理要质量开展日常工作。在办学条件上，我校配备有研究生专用多媒体教室。研究生工作部在研究生中开展形式多样的党团活动和政治思想教育工作，鼓励研究生参加“三助”活动和内容丰富的体育及文娱活动。

　　研究生院是我校学位与研究生教育的职能部门，从事研究生招生、培养、就业、学籍管理、学位授予、思想政治教育、导师遴选等日常管理工作。目前研究生院设有招生办、培养科、学位办、专业学位办、教育管理与就业指导办等工作机构，现有工作人员12名。

The graduate education of our school began at the beginning of its establishment in 1952. After the resumption of graduate education in China in 1978, the graduate education of our school has developed rapidly. When the degree system was implemented in China in 1981, our school was one of the first units with the overall right to grant master’s degree and doctor’s degree. At present, there are more than 7000 postgraduates, including 850 doctoral students, more than 1700 science master’s degree students, more than 1400 full-time professional degree postgraduates and more than 3000 part-time professional degree postgraduates.

At present, our university has 8 doctoral degree authorized first-level disciplines, 40 doctoral degree authorized second-level disciplines, 25 master’s degree authorized first-level disciplines, 101 master’s degree authorized second-level disciplines and 28 master’s professional degree authorized categories or fields. it is distributed in 9 disciplines, such as science, engineering, agriculture, liberal arts, management, economics, philosophy, law and art. It has 2 national key disciplines of the first-level discipline, 4 national key disciplines of the second-level discipline, 1 national key discipline training center of the first-level discipline in Jiangsu Province, and 4 advantageous disciplines of Jiangsu universities. There are 4 first-level key disciplines in Jiangsu Province, 2 first-level key disciplines in Jiangsu Province, 4 second-level key disciplines in Jiangsu Province, and 7 key disciplines of the State Forestry Administration.

Our school is one of the first universities in the country with the overall right to grant doctoral and master’s degrees, with a strong team of graduate instructors, 181 doctoral supervisors and 700 senior professional titles. At present, there are 2 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, 8 external academicians, 1 specially appointed professor of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program, 1 winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, 3 candidates of the National Youth Thousand talents Plan, 6 national talents projects, 4 leading talents of the National Ten Thousand talents Plan, 6 young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions, and more than 110 experts who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council. There are 1 national outstanding professional and technical personnel, 5 national outstanding scientific and technological workers, 5 young and middle-aged scientific and technological innovation leaders of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and 6 excellent talents Program of the Ministry of Education. One top talent and innovation team of the National Thousand talents Plan and one innovation team of the Yangtze River Scholars Award Program. There are 4 chief scientists at the first level of Jiangsu Province, 3 famous provincial teachers, 18 Jiangsu special professors, and 16 young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions at the provincial and ministerial level. there are more than 300 provincial talent plans, such as the second and third levels of the provincial “333 Project”, “mass entrepreneurship and innovation Project”, “Blue Blue Project” and “six Peaks”, and 12 provincial innovation teams such as Jiangsu Science and Technology Innovation team and “Blue Project”.

In order to cultivate innovative talents, our school pays attention to the management of training objectives and the process management of the training stage. Standardize a series of work, such as course teaching, mid-term assessment, literature reading, thesis opening, thesis defense and so on. The graduate school focuses on creating an academic atmosphere and carries out day-to-day work on the quality of management. In terms of school-running conditions, our school is equipped with special multimedia classrooms for graduate students. The postgraduate work department carries out various forms of party and caucus activities and political and ideological education among graduate students, and encourages graduate students to participate in “three assistance” activities and rich sports and recreational activities.

Graduate school is the functional department of degree and graduate education in our university, which is engaged in daily management work such as graduate enrollment, training, employment, student status management, degree awarding, ideological and political education, tutor selection and so on. At present, the graduate school has 12 staff members, such as admissions office, training department, degree office, professional degree office, educational management and employment guidance office and so on.
