　　华中科技大学是国家首批实施“211工程”重点建设的大学，国家“985工程”建设高校之一，具有学士、硕士、博士学位授予权，并设有博士后科研流动站。学校本科招生的主要类别有：参加普通高考的学生(含国防生、艺术类考生、艺术特长生、高水平运动员、自主选拔录取学生、少数民族预科班、内地西藏班、内地新疆班);保送生;华侨及港、澳、台地区学生。
