重庆工程职业技术学院

重庆工程职业技术学院是由重庆市人民政府举办，重庆市教育委员会主管的公办全日制普通高等院校。学院1951年由煤炭工业部创办，1998年举办高等职业教育，2001年成为独立设置的高等职业院校。2005年接受教育部高职高专人才培养工作水平评估，荣获优秀等级。2007年入选国家示范性高等职业院校建设单位，2010年通过教育部、财政部验收，建成国家示范性高等职业院校。现有全日制高职专科在校学生12000余人，全日制本科在校学生176人，成人教育学生3000余人，非全日制成人学历教育学生和各类培训学员8500余人。

学院现有沙坪坝校区、江津校区两个校区，占地面积
1350亩，建筑面积38万平方米。固定资产原值2.5亿元，其中教学科研仪器设备1.1亿元。校内实训基地(室)185个(中央财政重点支持建设的专业实训基地8个、实训室21个)，生产性实训基地8个，有稳定的校外实习基地202个。图书馆藏书61万册，数字资源19.8T(其中电子图书6.8T)，电子专业期刊近万种。学院教学设施完善，教学设备先进，建立虚实一体实训基地，所有课程全程可采用“云”课堂教学，学习、生活和文化体育运动设施齐全;校园环境优美，绿荫蔽日，书香浸润，传统与现代交融，是重庆市“园林式”单位。

学院现有教职工700余人，其中教授(含教授级高级工程师)44人(6人为硕士生导师)，副教授(含高级工程师、高级会计师等)146人;博士32人，硕士268人;“双师”素质教师300余人，有国家级教学团队1个，国家级专家18人，重庆市市级教学团队
7个，重庆市市级专家65人。学院聘请
380名行业企业技术专家、能工巧匠担任兼职教师，并聘请中国科学院院士宋振骐教授、中国工程院院士宁津生教授等16名著名专家学者担任客座教授。

学院现设有矿业与环境工程学院、机械工程学院、地质与测绘工程学院、建筑工程学院、信息工程学院、财经与贸易学院、电气工程学院、艺术与设计学院、继续教育学院等9个二级教学院系，基础教学部、思想政治理论教学研究部、体育与国防教学部等3个教学部，现开设有9个专业大类的50个高职专科专业。经教育部批准，与澳大利亚堪培门理工学院联合举办会计专业双文凭国际合作教育。经重庆市批准，与重庆科技学院联合举办应用本科专业3个、与中国矿业大学联合举办成人本科专业4个。现建有国家级重点专业8个、重庆市级重点专业7个。建成国家级精品课程3门，国家级精品资源共享课3门，教指委精品课程3门，重庆市级精品课程11门，重庆市级精品视频公开课3门。获得国家级教学成果奖1项，重庆市级教学成果奖9项。

学校经国家煤监局、重庆市教委、重庆市科委、重庆市劳动局(人社局)等部门批准，设有煤矿安全培训中心、矿业工程应用技术推广中心、重庆市煤矿安全设备工程技术研究中心和国家职业技能鉴定所。学院是国家建设行业紧缺人才培养基地、国家矿业人才培养基地、重庆市信息技术软件人才培养实训基地和重庆市高技能人才培养基地，是全国高职高专教育教师培训联盟成员单位。

学院坚持走“工学结合、校企合作”的办学之路，不断推进体制机制创新，与政府有关部门和行业企业构建了“政府主导、行业引领、企业参与，学校推进”的“政行企校联动”平台，推动形成了重庆市教委、重庆市安监局、重庆煤监局、重庆市煤管局、重庆能源投资集团联合共建我院的“五方共建、六方合作”的新格局，并与市内外300多个企业建立了产学合作关系。在重庆市教委和重庆市安监局共同支持下，学院建立了安全科技政产学研用协同创新工作平台。学院大力推进人才培养模式改革，采取与大型企业联合开展了“订单式”人才培养等措施，提高了人才培养的质量，基本实现了毕业生就业后“零过渡期”和紧缺专业学生上学“零缴费”。近几年，新生报到率超过90%，第一志愿填报率超过200%，毕业生“双证书”率97%以上，连续五年毕业生首次就业率在96%以上，毕业生专业对口率达85%以上，在同类院校中名列前茅。

学院曾被授予全国教育系统、能源系统、煤炭系统“职业教育先进单位”和“重庆市职业教育工作先进单位”、“重庆市十佳高技能人才培养基地”、“重庆市文明单位”、“新中国成立60周年重庆教育功勋特色高职院校”等荣誉称号，我院示范建设成功案例两次入选全国示范性高职院校建设成果展。学院是全国高职高专校长联席会议主要成员单位、重庆市高等职业技术教育研究会理事长单位、重庆市职业教育学会副会长单位、重庆市煤炭学会副理事长单位、重庆市煤炭行业协会副会长单位、重庆市煤矿安全技术协会副理事长单位。

Chongqing Vocational and Technical College of Engineering is a public full-time ordinary institution of higher learning organized by the Chongqing Municipal people’s Government and in charge of the Chongqing Education Commission. The college was founded by the Ministry of Coal Industry in 1951, held higher vocational education in 1998, and became an independent higher vocational college in 2001. In 2005, he received the evaluation of the level of talent training in higher vocational colleges of the Ministry of Education and won the excellent grade. In 2007, it was selected as a national exemplary higher vocational college construction unit, and in 2010, it was accepted by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance to build a national exemplary higher vocational college. At present, there are more than 12000 full-time higher vocational college students, 176full-time undergraduate students, more than 3000 adult education students, more than 8500 part-time adult academic education students and all kinds of training students.

The college has two campuses, Shapingba Campus and Jiangjin Campus, covering an area.

1350 mu, with a construction area of 380000 square meters. The original value of fixed assets is 250 million yuan, including 110 million yuan for teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment. There are 185 on-campus training bases (8 professional training bases and 21 training rooms supported by the central finance), 8 productive training bases and 202 stable off-campus practice bases. The library has a collection of 610000 books, 19.8T of digital resources (including 6.8T of e-books) and nearly 10,000 kinds of electronic professional periodicals. The college has perfect teaching facilities, advanced teaching equipment, and the establishment of an integrated virtual and real training base. “Cloud” classroom teaching can be used in all courses, with complete facilities for study, life, culture and sports; the campus environment is beautiful, green and shady, and the aroma of books is infiltrated. The college now has more than 700 faculty members, including 44 professors (including professorial senior engineers), 146 associate professors (including senior engineers and senior accountants, etc.), 32 doctorates and 268 masters, and more than 300 “double teachers” quality teachers, including 1 national teaching team, 18 national experts and Chongqing municipal teaching team.

The college now has 9 secondary faculties, including Mining and Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology and Mapping Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Information Engineering, Finance and Trade, Electrical Engineering, Art and Design, continuing Education, basic Teaching Department, ideological and political Theory Teaching and Research Department, physical Education and National Defense Teaching Department. At present, there are 50 higher vocational colleges with 9 major categories. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the International Cooperative Education of double Diploma in Accounting is jointly held with Canbermen Institute of Technology in Australia. With the approval of Chongqing, 3 applied undergraduate majors and 4 adult undergraduate majors are jointly organized with Chongqing Institute of Science and Technology and China University of Mining and Technology. There are 8 national key majors and 7 municipal key majors in Chongqing. It has built 3 national high-quality courses, 3 national high-quality resource sharing courses, 3 high-quality courses taught by the Committee, 11 municipal high-quality courses in Chongqing, and 3 municipal quality video open courses in Chongqing. Won 1 national teaching achievement award and 9 Chongqing municipal teaching achievement award.

The school has been approved by the State Coal Supervision Bureau, Chongqing Education Commission, Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, Chongqing Labor Bureau (people’s Bureau) and other departments, there are coal mine safety training center, mining engineering application technology promotion center, Chongqing coal mine safety equipment engineering technology research center and the national vocational skills appraisal institute. The college is the training base of the shortage of talents in the national construction industry, the national training base of mining talents, the training base of information technology software talents in Chongqing and the training base of high-skilled talents in Chongqing. it is a member unit of the National higher Vocational Education teacher training Alliance.

The college adheres to the school-running road of “combination of work and learning and cooperation between schools and enterprises”, constantly promotes the innovation of system and mechanism, and constructs “government-led, industry-led, enterprise-participated, school-driven” platform with relevant government departments and industry enterprises. It has promoted the formation of a new pattern of “five-party co-construction and six-party cooperation” jointly built by the Chongqing Education Commission, Chongqing Safety Supervision Bureau, Chongqing Coal Supervision Bureau, Chongqing Coal Administration and Chongqing Energy Investment Group, and has established industry-university cooperation with more than 300 enterprises inside and outside the city. With the joint support of Chongqing Education Commission and Chongqing Safety Supervision Bureau, the College has established a collaborative innovation platform for government, industry, research and application of safety science and technology. The college is the main member unit of the national joint meeting of presidents of higher vocational colleges, the chairman unit of Chongqing higher Vocational and Technical Education Research Association, the vice chairman unit of Chongqing Vocational Education Society, the vice chairman unit of Chongqing Coal Association, the vice chairman unit of Chongqing Coal Industry Association and the vice chairman unit of Chongqing Coal Mine Safety Technology Association.
