惠州市教育考试中心是全国高等教育自学考试指导委员会办公室、教育部高等教育自学考试办公室考试中心，惠州市教育考试中心为教育部”指定承担教育考试专项职责任务并赋有部分行政管理职能的直属事业单位”。

主要工作职责

1 、负责长春市专业技术人员继续教育培训工作。

2 、负责国家、地方各类考试的考前培训工作。

3 、负责长春市国家机关工作人员录用考试和事业单位补充工作人员的考试工作。

4 、负责长春市各系列专业技术资格和执业(职业)资格考试的组织实施工作。

5 、负责长春市专业技术人员职称外语等级考试和计算机应用能力考试的组织实施工作。

6 、负责组织指导长春市机关事业单位工人技术等级岗位考核的实施工作。

7 、面向社会接受企、事业单位委托承担各类考试、继续教育和培训等工作。

Brief introduction of Huizhou Educational examination Center

Huizhou Educational examination Center is the office of the National higher Education self-study examination steering Committee and the examination Center of the higher Education self-study examination Office of the Ministry of Education. Huizhou Educational examination Center is a directly affiliated institution designated by the Ministry of Education to undertake the special responsibility and task of educational examination and is endowed with some administrative functions.

Main job responsibilities

1. To be responsible for continuing education and training of professional and technical personnel in Changchun.

2. To be responsible for the pre-examination training of all kinds of national and local examinations.

3. To be responsible for the recruitment examination of the staff of state organs in Changchun and the examination of supplementary staff of public institutions.

4. To be responsible for the organization and implementation of various professional and technical qualifications and professional (vocational) qualification examinations in Changchun.

5. To be responsible for the organization and implementation of the foreign language grade test and computer application ability test for professional and technical personnel in Changchun.

6. To be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the post assessment of the technical level of workers in government organs and institutions in Changchun.

7. to accept all kinds of examinations, continuing education and training entrusted by enterprises and institutions to the society.
