江苏省交通技师学院

江苏省交通技师学院于1981年由江苏省汽车技工学校和镇江交通职工技术学校合并组建，是全国交通系统第一所培养高技能人才重点技师院校。学院隶属于江苏省交通运输厅，为全日制公办院校。1997年被国家劳动部评为国家级重点技工学校。2007年被江苏省人民政府评为江苏省首批重点技师学院。2010年被交通运输部评为全国交通职业教育示范院校。2011年被教育部、人力资源社会保障部、财政部确定为国家中等职业教育改革发展示范项目学校。2013年被国家人力资源和社会保障部授予为国家技能人才培育突出贡献奖单位。

学院现有谏壁和谷阳两个校区，占地340多亩。设有道路与桥梁工程系、车辆工程系、机电工程系、信息管理系、航空工程系、建筑工程系等6个系和1个基础教学部，道路桥梁、汽车维修、机电设备、信息管理、航空制造等40多个专业。专任教师中，正高级职称10人，副高级职称42人，中高级职称比例62.3%，双师型教师比例82.3%;40岁以下教师中硕士以上学位比例55.6%;全国交通技术能手14人，省级以上专业带头人、教学名师24人。全日制在校学生6300多人，年在职培训8000多人。毕业生双证率97%以上，就业率98%以上。至今，学院已为社会培养输送各类人才10万多人。

学院立足江苏、服务全国，立足交通、服务社会。成立了校企合作委员会，目前会员单位200多家。创办了工程质量检测有限公司、机电科技有限公司、汽车驾驶员培训中心等产教型校办企业。学院设有交通运输部甲级工程质量检测中心、江苏省路桥国家职业技能鉴定所等多个省部级服务机构。学院现为首批国家高技能人才培养示范基地、交通运输部职业资格中心培训基地、江苏省首批高技能人才培养示范基地、江苏省职业技能鉴定基地，江苏省公路职工教育培训中心、江苏省机关事业单位技能人才培训中心。学院先后获得全国职业教育先进单位、全国交通职业教育先进集体等10多项省部级以上荣誉称号与表彰奖励。

Jiangsu Traffic technician College was established by Jiangsu Automobile Technical School and Zhenjiang Traffic Workers Technical School in 1981. It is the first key technician college in the national transportation system to train high-skilled talents. The college belongs to the Department of Transportation of Jiangsu Province and is a full-time public university. In 1997, it was rated as a national key technical school by the Ministry of Labor. In 2007, it was awarded as the first batch of key technician colleges in Jiangsu Province by the people’s Government of Jiangsu Province. In 2010, it was awarded as a national demonstration college of transportation vocational education by the Ministry of Transport. In 2011, it was identified as the national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration project school by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Finance. It was awarded the Outstanding contribution Award for the cultivation of National skilled talents by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2013.

The college now has two campuses, Jianbi and Guyang, covering an area of more than 340 mu. There are 6 departments and 1 basic teaching department, such as Road and Bridge Engineering Department, vehicle Engineering Department, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Information Management Department, Aviation Engineering Department, Building Engineering Department and so on. There are more than 40 majors, such as road and bridge, automobile maintenance, mechanical and electrical equipment, information management, aviation manufacturing and so on. Among the full-time teachers, there are 10 senior professional titles, 42 deputy senior professional titles, 62.3% of middle and senior professional titles, 82.3% of double-qualified teachers, 55.6% of teachers under the age of 40 with master’s degrees or above, and 14 national transportation technicians. there are 24 professional leaders and famous teachers at or above the provincial level. There are more than 6300 full-time students and more than 8000 annual on-the-job training. The double certificate rate of graduates is more than 97%, and the employment rate is more than 98%. So far, the college has provided more than 100000 talents for social training.

The college is based in Jiangsu, serving the whole country, based on transportation and serving the society. A school-enterprise cooperation committee has been established, with more than 200 member units at present. Established industrial and educational school-run enterprises such as Engineering quality Inspection Co., Ltd., Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd., Automobile driver training Center and so on. The college has a number of provincial and ministerial service institutions, such as the Grade An Engineering quality Inspection Center of the Ministry of Transportation and the National Vocational skills Accreditation Institute of Road and Bridge in Jiangsu Province. The college is now the first national high-skilled personnel training demonstration base, the Ministry of Transport Vocational qualification Center training base, Jiangsu Province’s first batch of high-skilled personnel training demonstration base, Jiangsu Province vocational skills appraisal base. Jiangsu Province Highway staff Education and training Center, Jiangsu Province organs and institutions skilled personnel training Center. The college has won more than 10 honorary titles and awards at or above the provincial and ministerial level, such as the national advanced unit of vocational education and the advanced collective of national transportation vocational education.
