郑州澍青医学高等专科学校创建于1984年,是在原郑州树青医学院(前身为郑州医药进修学校、郑州医学专科学校、郑州医学专修学院)的基础上经教育部批准建立的河南省唯一的全日制医学类民办普通高等专科学校。

学校创办人王树青(1910-2006)主任医师,出身于医学世家,毕业于长春医科大学,从医从教七十余年,他目睹我国早期农村缺医少药和病人死于庸医、诬医的现象,痛心疾首,感慨“世人不死于病而死于医者不知凡几”,以赤诚的报国热心和强烈的社会使命感,在他73岁古稀之年创办了河南省第一所社会力量举办的医学院校。

学校自建校以来坚持自力更生、艰苦创业,通过勤俭节约及多渠道筹资滚动发展兴建学校,自1999年起进入郑州马寨工业苑区开始稳步发展。在现任董事长王左生教授的带领下,学校明确了“以德为首、医德为魂、德术双馨”的教育理念,坚持以教学为中心,以德育为基础,明确培养高素质技术技能型人才的办学思路,于2002年通过了国家教育部评审进入统招序列,走上了跨越式发展道路。

在各级政府的大力支持下,郑州澍青医学高等专科学校目前占地585亩,总建筑面积22万余平方米,教学设施与设备总值逾5000万元,现设有公共科学教育委员会、基础医学部、临床医学系、护理系、康复医学系、药检系、医学技术系、中医系、卫生管理系等一委一部七系教学机构,开设有临床医学、中医学、护理、医疗美容技术、口腔医学技术、康复治疗技术、药学、医学检验技术、医学影像技术、助产、药品经营与管理、计算机应用技术、社区管理与服务、会计、医疗保险实务、卫生信息管理、医学营养17个专业,其中临床医学专业为郑州市示范专业,护理学专业为河南省品牌专业建设点、郑州市重点专业,药学专业为河南省品牌专业建设点、郑州市重点专业,康复治疗技术专业为国家中央财政支持专业、郑州市重点专业、郑州市示范专业,中医学专业为郑州市重点专业。学校拥有校内科研中心4个,实践基地20个,实验实训室186个,多媒体教室48个,高清多机位录播教室1个,录播群控教室19个,其中,护理实训基地为河南省高职高专示范性实训基地、人体解剖实验室、微观形态实验室和基础护理实训室为郑州市重点实验室,数码互动显微镜室、內基实训室、康复实训室、急救实训室等达到了国内一流水平。除第一附属医院外,我校还有附属医院8所,并与河南省18个地市的60所三级甲等医院和二级甲等医院建立了教学医院关系,为临床教学提供了坚实的条件。学校图书馆现有各类图书资料100余万册,期刊500余种,并建立了电子阅览室和小组讨论室等适应现代教学需要的功能性房间。

学校坚持专家治校,名师任教,一方面大力引进和培养中青年教师,目前教师结构中硕士过百,讲师过百;另一方面大力聘用高职称教师任教,现已形成了一支数量充足、结构合理、业务精良、治学严谨的教师和教学管理队伍。学校已为社会培养优秀毕业生50000余人,绝大多数服务于农村和基层,为我国实现人人享有卫生保健目标做出了积极贡献。

医德教育是我校的办学特色。创办人王树青的题词“必须有高尚之医德方能悟化出精湛之医术”已成为澍青学子的座右铭。学校对医德教育进行了系统的研究、归纳和发展,在校内建立了医德教育体系和学生医德培养规划,设立科研基金和专项资金开展德育环境建设,编辑出版了我国第一部医德学教材,投资建设了我国唯一的医德学博物馆,为新时期医德教育赋予了新的内涵。学校教育历届学子要以德学医、以德行医、以术救人、以术慰人,吸引了一批又一批渴望德术双馨的青年投奔澍青求学。

2014年12月,在职业教育发展的新形势下,董事长王左生提出了
“以职业教育为基础、以医学教育规律为原则,以现代教育方法为模式、以服务发展、促进就业为方向”
的我校职业教育发展的的四项基本原则。同月,我校修武校区建设项目正式签约。修武校区建设是以实验实训基地建设为主,与当地养老、医疗、康复产业高度融合的大型综合项目,整个项目拟用地1000亩,投资10亿元,成为修武县景城融合发展规划的龙头项目。这些都将促进学校的大发展、大繁荣。

近年来,学校致力于三个校园建设理念,即以教学为中心的学习型校园,以德育为先导的文化型校园,以网络为依托的数字化校园。经过努力,三个校园建设取得了明显成效。在十八届四中全会、全国、全省职业教育工作会议的指引下,我校认真制定《职业教育工作实施意见》,全面规划以创特色、上水平、争一流、上层次、特色教育、素质教育、就业服务、打造亮点为主要内容的“五项工程”建设体系,并取得了可喜成绩。

通过多年努力,学校教学取得良好成绩,人才培养质量稳步提高,毕业生受到用人单位的普遍认可,享有较高的社会声誉,多次被评为省、市社会力量办学先进单位或示范单位,学校已成为河南省乃至中国民办教育的奇葩!

Brief introduction of Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College

Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College was founded in 1984. It is the only full-time private college of medicine in Henan Province approved by the Ministry of Education on the basis of the former Zhengzhou Shuqing Medical College (formerly Zhengzhou Medical College, Zhengzhou Medical College).

The chief physician of Wang Shuqing (1910-2006), the founder of the school, was born in a medical family. He graduated from Changchun Medical University and taught as a doctor for more than 70 years. He witnessed the phenomenon that there was a shortage of medicine and patients died of quack and false treatment in the early rural areas of our country. He was heartbroken and sighed that “the world did not die of illness but died of doctors.” with sincere enthusiasm for serving the country and a strong sense of social mission. At the age of 73, he founded the first medical college run by social forces in Henan Province.

Since its establishment, the school has persisted in self-reliance and hard work, developed and built the school through thrift and multi-channel fundraising. Since 1999, it has entered Mazhai Industrial Park in Zhengzhou and began to develop steadily. Under the leadership of Professor Wang Zuosheng, the current chairman of the board, the school has clearly defined the educational concept of “taking morality as the first, medical ethics as the soul, and moral education as the foundation”, insisting on teaching as the center and moral education as the basis, and clearly defines the idea of training high-quality technical and skilled talents. In 2002, it passed the evaluation of the Ministry of Education and entered the unified enrollment sequence, and embarked on the road of great-leap-forward development.

The school has 4 scientific research centers, 20 practice bases, 186 experimental training rooms, 48 multimedia classrooms, 1 HD multi-machine recording and broadcasting classroom, and 19 recording and broadcasting group control classrooms, among which, the nursing training base is the demonstration training base of Henan higher vocational colleges, the human anatomy laboratory, the micro-morphology laboratory and the basic nursing training room. Digital interactive microscope room, Neiji training room, rehabilitation training room, first aid training room and so on have reached the domestic first-class level. In addition to the first affiliated hospital, our school has 8 affiliated hospitals, and has established teaching hospital relations with 60 Grade 3A hospitals and second-class first-class hospitals in 18 prefectures and cities in Henan Province, which provides solid conditions for clinical teaching. The school library has more than 1 million books and 500 kinds of periodicals, and has set up functional rooms such as electronic reading rooms and group discussion rooms to meet the needs of modern teaching.

The school insists on running the school by experts and teaching by famous teachers. on the one hand, we vigorously introduce and train young and middle-aged teachers. at present, there are more than 100 masters and more than 100 lecturers in the teacher structure; on the other hand, we vigorously employ teachers with high professional titles to teach. Medical ethics education is the characteristic of our school. Founder Wang Shuqing’s inscription “there must be noble medical ethics in order to develop exquisite medical skills” has become the motto of Shu Qing’s students. The school has carried out systematic research, induction and development of medical ethics education, established a medical ethics education system and students’ medical ethics training plan, set up scientific research funds and special funds to carry out the construction of moral education environment, edited and published the first medical ethics textbook of our country, invested in the construction of the only medical ethics museum in our country, and gave new connotation to medical ethics education in the new era. The school taught all previous students to study medicine by virtue, to practice medicine by virtue, to save people by art, and to comfort people by art, attracting batch after batch of young people eager for both virtue and skill to go to Shu Qing to study.

In December 2014, under the new situation of the development of vocational education, Chairman Wang Zuosheng proposed

The four basic principles for the development of vocational education in our school. In the same month, the construction project of Xiuwu campus of our school was officially signed. The construction of Xiuwu campus is a large-scale comprehensive project based on the construction of experimental training base and highly integrated with the local pension, medical and rehabilitation industries. The whole project plans to use 1000 mu of land and invest 1 billion yuan, which has become the leading project of the integrated development plan of Jingcheng in Xiuwu County. All these will promote the great development and prosperity of the school.

In recent years, the school is committed to three campus construction concepts, namely, a teaching-centered learning campus, a cultural campus guided by moral education, and a digital campus based on the network. Through efforts, the construction of the three campuses has achieved remarkable results. Under the guidance of the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the national and provincial vocational education work conference, our school has conscientiously formulated the “opinions on the implementation of Vocational Education work”. We have comprehensively planned the construction system of the “five projects” with the main contents of creating characteristics, raising the level, striving for the first class, raising the level, characteristic education, quality education, employment services, and creating bright spots, and have made gratifying achievements.
