河北司法警官职业学院

河北司法警官职业学院于2004年1月经河北省人民政府批准、教育部备案正式组建成立，隶属于河北省司法厅。学院始建于1982年，其前身为河北警官学校、河北司法学校和河北政法函授大学。学院为全日制警察、法律类普通高等职业学校。 学院坐落在国家历史文化名城——邯郸市，省会设有石家庄校区。校园占地总面积61.8万平方米(合927亩)。学院在校生人数为3459人，固定资产总额9332.382万元。现有教学用计算机1100台，管理用计算机338台，共1438台;语音教室有284个座位;多媒体教室有2409个座位教学科研仪器设备资产总值2954.98万元;图书馆馆藏图书34.41万余册，订阅报刊558种，人民大学复印报刊资料61种，电子图书810GB，电子专业期刊1925种，实现了图书借阅计算机管理。

学院现有独具特色的刑事司法综合实训基地、实弹射击馆、模拟射击训练馆、机动车驾驶训练场、“狱内侦查”理实一体化教室、“狱政管理”理实一体化教室、痕迹检验实训室、安全防范技术综合实训室、安全防范实训室、心理咨询室、法制新闻实训室、模拟法庭以及校园外语专用调频电台、球类训练场和卫星地面接收系统等28处教学、实训设施，另有院外实训、实习基地51个。

学院设置教学机构9个，即法律系、司法事务系、刑事执行系、刑事侦查系和基础教育部、警体教育部、继续教育部、干警培训部、信息技术部。学院现有18个专业，其中招生专业16个。设置教学辅助机构1个，即图书馆。

学院师资力量较为雄厚，拥有一大批具有丰富教学、实践经验和科研能力的优秀教师。学院有专任教师185人，其中具有教授职称的18人，副教授以上各类专业技术职务的76人;专任教师中具有博士、硕士研究生学历(学位)的61人，具有各类职业资格证书的“双师”素质教师的112人。我院教师中还有中国法学会会员、中国犯罪学学会理事、河北省法学会常务理事、理事、河北省法学会社区矫正研究会常务副会长、副会长、常务理事、理事、河北省国家司法考试学会会长、河北省青少年犯罪研究会常务副会长、副会长、常务理事、理事、河北省法学会法学教育研究会副会长等国内、省内学术团体的社会兼职，共86人，128职。

我院始终坚持立足行业、依托行业、融入行业、服务行业的指导思想，充分发挥我院作为全省司法行政系统后备人才培养基地、司法警官培训基地和司法行政理论研究基地的功能。截至目前，我院已为全省政法系统和社会各界输送近20000名毕业生，他们因专业知识扎实作风严谨、适应能力强而受到用人单位的普遍好评，其中很多已成为全省各级审判、检察、公安、司法行政机关和监狱、劳教所、律师事务所、公证处的业务骨干，许多人走上各级领导岗位。多年来，我院为全省司法行政系统举办各种类别的培训班254个，累计培训干警16000多人次。

学院坚持“政治建院、人才兴院、科技强院”的工作方针，确立人才培养在学院整体工作中的核心地位，不断创新人才培养模式，提高人才培养工作水平，努力建设优势明显、特色鲜明、省内一流、国内知名的高等司法警官职业学院。建院30多年来，屡获殊荣——曾被司法部荣记集体一等功，被河北省委、省政府授予“省级文明单位”荣誉称号，被评为“全省司法行政系统先进集体”。

Hebei Judicial Police Vocational College was formally established in January 2004 with the approval of the people’s Government of Hebei Province and the record of the Ministry of Education, which belongs to the Department of Justice of Hebei Province. Founded in 1982, the college was formerly known as Hebei Police School, Hebei Judicial School and Hebei University of political Science and Law. The college is a full-time police and legal general higher vocational school. The college is located in Handan, a famous historical and cultural city of China, and the provincial capital has Shijiazhuang campus. The campus covers a total area of 618000 square meters (927mu). The number of students in the college is 3459, and the total fixed assets are 93.32382 million yuan. At present, there are 1100 computers for teaching and 338 for management, a total of 1438; there are 284 seats in the voice classroom; 2409 seats in the multimedia classroom; the total assets of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment are 29.5498 million yuan; the library collects more than 344100 books, subscribes 558 kinds of newspapers and periodicals, Renmin University copies 61 kinds of newspapers and periodicals, e-books 810GB, 1925 kinds of electronic professional periodicals, and realizes the computer management of book lending.

The college has unique criminal justice comprehensive training base, live firing hall, simulated shooting training hall, motor vehicle driving training ground, integrated classroom of “investigation in prison” and classroom of “prison administration”, trace inspection training room, security prevention technology comprehensive training room, security prevention training room, psychological consultation room, legal news training room, mock court and campus foreign language special FM radio, 28 teaching and training facilities, such as ball training ground and satellite ground receiving system. In addition, there are 51 training and practice bases outside the hospital.

The college has nine teaching institutions, namely, the Department of Law, the Department of Judicial Affairs, the Department of Criminal Enforcement, the Department of Criminal investigation and the Ministry of basic Education, the Ministry of Police Sports, the Ministry of continuing Education, the Department of Police training, and the Ministry of Information Technology. The college now has 18 majors, including 16 enrollment majors. Set up a teaching assistant institution, that is, the library.

The faculty of the college is relatively strong, with a large number of excellent teachers with rich teaching, practical experience and scientific research ability. The college has 185 full-time teachers, including 18 with professorship titles, 76 associate professors with various professional and technical positions, 61 full-time teachers with doctoral and master’s degrees, and 112 “double-teacher” teachers with various professional qualifications. Among the teachers of our hospital are members of Chinese Law Society, director of Chinese Criminology Society, executive director and director of Hebei Law Society, executive vice president, vice president, executive director and director of Community Correction Research Society of Hebei Law Society, president of Hebei National Judicial examination Society, Executive Vice President, Vice President, Executive Director and Director of Hebei Juvenile Delinquency Research Association. The social part-time jobs of domestic and provincial academic groups, such as the vice president of the legal Education Research Association of Hebei Law Society. A total of 86 people, 128 posts.

Our hospital always adheres to the guiding ideology of based on industry, relying on industry, integrating into industry and service industry, and gives full play to our function as the reserve talent training base of judicial administration system of the whole province, judicial police officer training base and judicial administration theory research base. Up to now, our college has sent nearly 20000 graduates to the province’s political and legal system and all walks of life, and they have been generally praised by employers for their solid professional knowledge, rigorous style and strong adaptability. Many of them have become the backbone of trial, procuratorial, public security, judicial and administrative organs at all levels in the province, as well as prisons, reeducation-through-labor institutions, law firms, and notarization offices, and many of them have stepped onto leading posts at all levels. Over the years, our hospital has held 254 training courses of various types for the judicial administration system of the province, and trained more than 16000 police officers and policemen.

The college adheres to the working policy of “building the college by politics, invigorating the college with talents, and strengthening the institute with science and technology”, establishes the core position of talent training in the overall work of the college, constantly innovates the talent training mode, and improves the level of talent training. efforts should be made to build a higher judicial police vocational college with obvious advantages, distinctive characteristics, first-class in the province and well-known in China. Over the past 30 years since its establishment, the hospital has won many awards– it has been honored as a collective first-class merit by the Ministry of Justice, awarded the honorary title of “provincial civilized unit” by the Hebei provincial party committee and provincial government, and awarded as “the advanced collective of the judicial administration system of the whole province”.
