辽宁何氏医学院

辽宁何氏医学院是经教育部批准设置的普通本科高校，位于沈阳棋盘山国际风景旅游开发区。

学校现涵盖医学、理学、工学、管理学、文学、艺术学等六大学科门类，开设临床医学、护理学、医学影像学、眼视光学、医学影像技术、药学、制药工程、生物医学工程、应用心理学、公共事业管理、市场营销、广告学、动画、视觉传达设计、环境设计、产品设计16个本科专业以及眼视光学技术、护理、药物制剂技术等7个高职专业，现有全日制本、专科生7000余人，面向全国23个省市招生。拥有留学生、继续教育、二学历等办学资格，是东北唯一一家眼视光本科自考专业主考校，并与大连医科大学联合培养临床医学硕士研究生。学校下设基础医学院、临床医学院、护理学院、艺术学院、创新创业学院、继续教育学院、营养与健康学院、药学系、眼视光系、管理系、心理系、生物医学工程系、通识教学部、外语教学部等二级教学单位和实验教学中心、考试中心、图书馆、何氏美术馆等二级教辅单位。

学校紧密围绕国家健康医疗服务业及区域经济社会主导产业战略需求，坚持科教融合的产学研办学特色，实现专业与产业的无缝对接，重点打造视觉科学特色学科专业群，深入推进本科教学质量工程建设，扎实开展通识教育、PBL教学法、拔尖创新人才培养等教学改革探索，逐步完善以培养学生创新精神与实践能力为导向的研究性课程与教学体系，实行全程、全员创新创业教育制度，成立了全国首家以大学生为股东的创业公司——大学生创业梦工场，旨在培养“厚基础、宽口径、重实践、显个性”的高素质应用型人才。先后荣获中国民办高等教育优秀院校、沈阳市高校毕业生就业创业工作先进单位、沈阳市促进高校毕业生就业突出贡献企业等称号。学生先后荣获全国护士英语执业水平技能竞赛冠军、第八届“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛银奖、第二届“青创赛”一等奖、全国医学高等院校大学生临床技能竞赛东北地区三等奖等多项荣誉。

学校聘任了80位两院院士和国际知名学者为客座教授、名誉教授、名誉院长，组建了一支学术坚实、结构合理、具有较大学术影响的学术团队。现拥有7家附属医院、66所眼视光门诊以及多家综合性临床教学实习医院，并创建了中国眼产业基地，先后获批了国家防盲治盲培训基地、国家药物临床试验管理规范实验室、国际科技合作基地、国家地方联合实验室、中欧眼脑医学中心、眼科干细胞临床应用研究中心、院士工作站、博士后创新实践基地等高水平科研与教学平台，是国际防盲协会西太平洋地区联职主席单位、国家卫计委防盲技术指导组副组长单位。与约翰霍普金斯大学、伦敦大学、九州大学、埃因霍温大学、中科院上海药物研究所、清华大学、中国传媒大学等多家高水平科研院所建立学术合作与交流友好关系，互派师生学术交流开展国际合作研究。

Liaoning he Medical College is an ordinary undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education, which is located in Shenyang Qipanshan International Scenic Tourism Development Zone.

The school now covers six disciplines: medicine, science, engineering, management, literature and art. Offer 16 undergraduate majors in clinical medicine, nursing, medical imaging, ophthalmology, medical imaging technology, pharmacy, pharmaceutical engineering, biomedical engineering, applied psychology, public utility management, marketing, advertising, animation, visual communication design, environmental design, product design and 7 higher vocational majors, such as optometry technology, nursing, pharmaceutical preparation technology, etc. there are more than 7000 full-time undergraduates and junior college students. Enroll students in 23 provinces and cities across the country. With the qualifications of foreign students, continuing education, second degree and so on, it is the only one in Northeast China that specializes in self-examination of optometry, and jointly trains postgraduates of clinical medicine with Dalian Medical University. The school consists of basic Medical College, Clinical Medical College, Nursing College, College of Art, College of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, College of continuing Education, School of Nutrition and Health, Department of Pharmacy, Department of Optometry, Department of Management, Department of Psychology, Department of Biomedical Engineering, General Teaching Department, Foreign language Teaching Department and other secondary teaching units and experimental teaching center, examination center, library, he’s gallery and other secondary teaching units.

The school closely revolves around the strategic needs of the national health care service industry and regional economic and social leading industries, adheres to the characteristics of industry-university-research with the integration of science and education, realizes the seamless connection between majors and industries, focuses on creating a group of disciplines with visual science characteristics, deeply promotes the construction of undergraduate teaching quality engineering, and solidly carries out teaching reforms such as general education, PBL teaching method, top-notch innovative talents training and so on. We will gradually improve the research curriculum and teaching system guided by the cultivation of students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, and implement the whole-process and all-staff innovation and entrepreneurship education system. College students’ entrepreneurial Dream Factory, the first start-up company with college students as shareholders, has been established, which aims to cultivate high-quality applied talents with “thick foundation, wide caliber, emphasis on practice and showing personality”. It has successively won the titles of excellent institutions of private higher education in China, advanced unit of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates in Shenyang, and outstanding contribution enterprises in promoting the employment of college graduates in Shenyang. The students have won the champion of the National Nursing English Professional skills Competition, the Silver Award of the eighth Challenge Cup Chinese College students’ Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, the first prize of the second Youth Innovation Competition, and the third prize in the Northeast region of the National Medical College students’ Clinical skills Competition.

The school has appointed 80 academicians of the two academies and internationally renowned scholars as visiting professors, honorary professors and honorary deans, and set up an academic team with solid academic, reasonable structure and great academic influence.
