哈尔滨工业大学(简称哈工大)隶属于工业和信息化部,是由工信部、教育部、黑龙江省共建的国家重点大学,是首批进入国家“211工程”和“985工程”建设的若干所大学之一。

1920年,中东铁路管理局为培养工程技术人员创办了哈尔滨中俄工业学校——即哈尔滨工业大学的前身,学校成为中国近代培养工业技术人才的摇篮。新中国成立后,哈尔滨工业大学成为全国学习前苏联高等教育办学模式的两所大学之一,此后学校一直得到国家的重点建设。2000年,同根同源的哈尔滨工业大学、哈尔滨建筑大学合并组建新的哈尔滨工业大学。如今,学校已经发展成为一所以理工为主,理、工、管、文、经、法等多学科协调发展的国家重点大学。

学校坐落在中国北方冰城哈尔滨市,同时在山东省威海市和广东省深圳市分别设有哈尔滨工业大学威海校区和哈尔滨工业大学深圳研究生院,形成了“一校三区”的办学格局。

院系设置

学校在长期的办学过程中,形成了“规格严格,功夫到家”的校训,以朴实严谨的学风培养了大批优秀人才,以追求卓越的创新精神创造了丰硕的科研成果。学校以适应国家需要、服务国家建设为己任,形成了以航天特色为主,拓宽通用性为准则,充分发挥学科交叉、融合的优势,形成了由重点学科、新兴学科和支撑学科构成的较为完善的学科体系,涵盖了哲学、经济学、法学、教育学、文学、历史学、理学、工学、管理学、艺术学等10个门类。学校现有9个国家重点学科一级学科,6个国家重点学科二级学科。在教育部第三轮学科评估中,学校有10个一级学科排名位居全国前五位,其中力学学科排名全国第一。材料科学、工程学、物理学、化学、计算机科学、环境与生态学、数学、生物学与生物化学等8个学科进入ESI全球前1%的研究机构行列,其中材料科学、工程学已进入全球前1‰的研究机构行列。

教学理念

学校坚持以人为本、爱惜人才、不拘一格培养和使用青年人才的历史传统,汇聚、培养了以两院院士为带头人、长江学者和国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部新世纪优秀人才等中青年骨干为代表的锐意进取、业务精良、作风过硬的高水平师资队伍,为学校创建世界一流大学奠定了良好的人才基础。学校实施了“首席国际学术顾问计划”,聘请国际著名学者和管理专家,以世界一流大学的标准和发展经验为学校人才培养、学科建设、基础科研和管理服务等各方面的发展建设提供指导。同时,学校还广纳海内外贤才,聘请境外兼职博导、合约外国专家和海外留学人员来校工作,他们中80%的海外留学人员是在美、俄、英、法、德、日等国家的著名大学取得博士学位,具有丰富的教学经验和很高的学术水平。

教学成果

学校坚持“面向国家重大需求,面向国际学术前沿”,为工业化、信息化和国防现代化服务,为地方经济社会发展服务,突出国防、航天优势,紧密结合工业、信息、机电、能源、材料、资源环境、土木建筑等领域国民经济和社会发展的重大国家需求,不断提高学术研究水平、科研创新能力和科研竞争力,解决了国内外相关领域内一系列创新性好、探索性强的前沿基础科学问题,取得了一批具有世界领先水平的原创性科研成果。学校积极参与了国家16个重大科技专项中的14项,在航天、机器人、小卫星、装备制造、新能源、新材料等领域取得了一批重大标志性成果,为国家和地方的经济社会发展作出了积极的贡献。

多年来,哈尔滨工业大学始终保持航天特色,坚持自主创新,不断主动承接国家高、精、尖大型科技项目,科研实力始终位居全国高校前列。学校先后成功抓总研制并发射“试验一号”“试验三号”“快舟一号”“快舟二号”卫星,创下了国内高校研发小卫星四战四捷的纪录。先进微小卫星平台技术研究、空间机械臂技术、星地激光链路试验、快舟星箭一体化技术等入选中国高校十大科技进展。“超精密特种形状测量技术与装置”“星地激光链路系统技术”分获2006年度、2014年度国家技术发明奖一等奖。多项技术成果为载人航天工程、探月工程、载人深潜工程提供了有力支撑。在“神舟”号系列飞船研制过程中,哈工大攻克了KM6、返回舱焊接变形矫形技术、三轴仿真实验转台、航天员训练用“模拟失重训练水槽”、航天员出舱用反光镜体等多项技术难关。在“天宫一号”目标飞行器与“神舟”号系列飞船交会对接任务中,学校提供了20多项技术支撑。为此,哈工大获得“中国载人航天工程突出贡献集体”荣誉称号,是全国唯一的高校单位。2012年,哈工大荣获“天宫一号与神舟九号载人交会对接任务成功纪念奖牌”。2013年,学校牵头组建的“宇航科学与技术协同创新中心”成为“2011计划”首批启动的14个中心之一。2014年,我校被国家发改委正式确认为国家重大科技基础设施项目“空间环境地面模拟设施”牵头建设单位。

Harbin Institute of Technology (Harbin Institute of Technology), which belongs to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is a national key university jointly built by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education and Heilongjiang Province. it is one of the first universities to enter the national “211 Project” and “985 Project”.

In 1920, in order to train engineers and technicians, the Middle East Railway Administration established Harbin Sino-Russian Institute of Technology, the predecessor of Harbin Institute of Technology, which became the cradle of industrial and technical personnel in modern China. After the founding of New China, Harbin Institute of Technology has become one of the two universities to learn the higher education model of the former Soviet Union. Since then, the school has been the key construction of the state. In 2000, Harbin Institute of Technology and Harbin Architectural University were merged to form a new Harbin Institute of Technology. Today, the school has developed into a national key university dominated by science and technology, science, engineering, management, liberal arts, economics, law and other disciplines.

Eight disciplines, including materials science, engineering, physics, chemistry, computer science, environment and ecology, mathematics, biology and biochemistry, have entered the top 1 per cent of ESI research institutions, among which materials science and engineering have entered the top 1 per thousand research institutions in the world.

A number of technical achievements provide strong support for manned space projects, lunar exploration projects and manned deep diving projects. In the process of the development of the “Shenzhou” series spacecraft, Harbin University of Technology has overcome many technical difficulties, such as KM6, welding deformation and orthopedic technology of the re-entry module, three-axis simulation experiment turntable, “simulated weightlessness training tank” for astronauts, and reflective mirrors for astronauts out of the module. In the “Tiangong-1” target aircraft and “Shenzhou” series spacecraft rendezvous and docking mission, the school provided more than 20 technical support. For this reason, Harbin University of Technology has won the honorary title of “Outstanding contribution Collective of China’s manned Space Program” and is the only university unit in the country. In 2012, Harbin University of Technology was awarded the commemorative medal for the successful rendezvous and docking of Tiangong-1 and Shenzhou-9. In 2013, the “Aerospace Science and Technology Collaborative Innovation Center” led by the school became one of the 14 centers launched in the first batch of the “2011 Project”.
