同济大学研究生院

　　同济大学一贯重视研究生教育，早在20世纪50年代初即在部分专业招收培养研究生。1986年经国务院批准试办研究生院，1996年经评估正式成立研究生院，成为我国培养高层次专门人才的重要基地之一。

同年被国务院学位委员会批准为首批有权授予博士、硕士学位的单位。1986年经国务院批准试办研究生院，1996年经评估正式成立研究生院，成为我国培养高层次专门人才的重要基地之一。

　　组织架构

　　同济大学研究生院是校长领导下具有相对独立职能的研究生教学和行政管理机构，下设研究生院综合处、研究生招生处、在职教育管理处、管理处、培养处、嘉定校区研究生工作办公室等。同时，学校党委还专门设立了研究生工作部。学校学位评定委员会日常管理机构学位办公室设在研究生院。按学科大类、学科特色，校学位评定委员会分设17个学位评定分委员会，以一级学科为单位设有45个学科专业委员会，以专业学位类型设有10个专业学位教育指导委员会，以工程硕士领域设有18个工程硕士领域教育指导委员会。各研究生培养单位设有研究生管理部门，配有学位秘书、教务员、班主任、研究生教学秘书等行政管理人员。研究生院曾多次被评为全国和上海市学位与研究生教育管理工作先进集体。

In the same year, it was approved by the academic degrees Committee of the State Council as the first batch of units with the right to award doctoral and master’s degrees. The graduate school was approved by the State Council in 1986 and formally established in 1996 after evaluation, which has become one of the important bases for training high-level professionals in our country.

Organizational structure

The Graduate School of Tongji University is a graduate teaching and administrative organization with relatively independent functions under the leadership of the president. there are Graduate School Comprehensive Department, Postgraduate admissions Office, on-the-job Education Management Office, Management Office, training Office, Jiading Campus Graduate work Office and so on. At the same time, the party committee of the school has also set up a special graduate work department. The degree office of the day-to-day management body of the school degree evaluation committee is located in the graduate school. According to the major categories and characteristics of disciplines, the degree evaluation committee of the university has 17 sub-committees for degree evaluation, 45 professional committees for first-level disciplines, and 10 professional degree education steering committees for professional degree types. there are 18 education steering committees in the field of master of engineering in the field of master of engineering. Each graduate training unit has a graduate management department, equipped with degree secretaries, instructors, head teachers, graduate teaching secretaries and other administrative personnel. The Graduate School has been rated as the advanced collective of degree and postgraduate education management in China and Shanghai for many times.
