钟山职业技术学院简介

在六朝古都的南京东郊马群、钟灵毓秀的紫金山南麓，坐落着一所朝气蓬勃、特色鲜明的民办高职院校——钟山职业技术学院。学院具有近16年的办学历史，是我省最早筹建的民办高等院校之一。1998年11月，经江苏省人民政府批准，教育部备案筹建。筹建初期名为钟山学院，挂靠南京工业大学和南京艺术学院办学，2001年6月，获准正式建院独立办学。2002年4月，由教育部规范更名为钟山职业技术学院。沧桑砥砺，风雨兼程。学院在党和国家方针政策的正确指引下，在上级主管部门和社会各界的关心支持下，坚持“注重内涵、提升水平、创建特色、持续发展”的办学理念，践行“励学躬行”的校训，倾心培养高素质、技能型专门人才。

学院主动服务经济社会发展需求，重点打造工业与信息化、财经商务、老年服务与康复、建筑工程技术、艺术与传媒等5大专业群，设有工业与信息化学院、经济与管理学院、土木与环境工程学院、现代服务与管理学院、艺术设计学院、基础教育学院、继续教育学院等7个教学单位。现有专业(含方向)46个，全日制在校生7300余人。学院有专兼职教师455人，其中高级职称教师约占专任教师总量的29.9%，45岁以下专任青年教师具有研究生学历或硕士以上学位的教师约占72.9%，专任教师中具有双师素质的比例达75.8%。学院聘请南京理工大学、南京农业大学、南京工业大学等著名高校及科研院所的资深教授与高工担任兼职教授或专业带头人。近年来，学院大力推进师资队伍建设，初步打造了一支“专兼结合、校企互通、师德高尚、业务精湛”的“双师型”教学科研团队。学院重视实验实训教学，教学仪器设备资产总值4000余万元，建有74家稳定的校外实训基地，近100个现代化的校内实验实训室。其中，6000平方米的“老年服务人才培训中心”，拥有世界一流的康复训练设备和老年服务设施。学院与江苏省人民医院合作举办的“钟山老年康复医院”，与江苏省老龄事业发展基金会合作举办的“钟山颐养园”，为学生提供了优越的实习、实训和就业平台。

“十二五”期间，学院全面推进以提高人才培养质量为核心的内涵建设，以省级质量工程项目建设为着力点，以完善激励机制、加强量化考核为动力，狠抓教育教学成果培育，取得了喜人成绩：以我院专任教师为第一作者的多篇论文首次被EI收录;会计与审计专业成为江苏省特色专业，财经商务专业群立项为省“十二五”高等学校重点专业;获准顺利开设医学类专业;有2门课程被遴选为省级精品课程、3部教材获评省级精品教材，有省、校级大学生实践创新训练项目近百个;在全省大学生毕业设计(论文)抽检评优中，获各类团体与个人奖项20余项;在历次全省计算机等级考试中，一次性通过率均超出省平均通过率10个百分点以上，综合排名位居全省前列;英语应用能力考试累计通过率达90%以上，处于同类院校领先水平。学院每年都有一批学子通过“专转本”、“专接本”等方式进入本科院校继续深造。

学院重视加强学生专业核心能力培养，实施学历证书和职业资格证书“双证制”，创新“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式，与兄弟院校、知名企业和行业协会合作开设了专业提高班、特色班、工学结合冠名班和技能培养班。同时，还建有多个行业职业技能鉴定站、考试站，对学生进行全方位的职业素养和能力培训。比如，会审专业首创“三进三出”人才培养模式，建立“课堂—实训室—职业岗位”三位一体的实践教学体系，该专业2013年会计从业资格证书考试一次性通过率68.86%，名列全省高职院校前列;与澳大利亚北墨尔本高等技术学院合作，引进澳方三级护理证书培训，以国际化视野培养人才;康复治疗技术专业，是由国际著名康复专家领衔的江苏省人民医院专家团队主导专业教学;旅游管理专业与苏宁环球、玄武饭店、江苏省国际中山旅行社等知名旅游企业合作，实行工学交替、订单培养等等。学院还十分重视与国外院校的交流与合作。多年来，与澳大利亚、新西兰、台湾等高校合作办学，在教师互访、学生交换、留学进修等方面开展了卓有成效的交流与合作，努力推进国际化办学。

Brief introduction of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College

In the eastern suburbs of Nanjing, the ancient capital of the six dynasties, at the southern foot of Zijinshan Mountain of Zhong Ling Yuxiu, lies a vibrant and distinctive private vocational college-Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College. With a history of running a school for nearly 16 years, the college is one of the earliest private institutions of higher learning in our province. In November 1998, with the approval of the people’s Government of Jiangsu Province, the Ministry of Education put on record to prepare for construction. In the initial stage of preparation, it is called Zhongshan College, which is run by Nanjing University of Technology and Nanjing Institute of Fine Arts. In June 2001, it was approved to establish the college independently. In April 2002, the Ministry of Education changed its name to Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College. The vicissitudes of life are tempered by both ups and downs. Under the correct guidance of the principles and policies of the party and the state, and with the concern and support of the competent departments at a higher level and all sectors of society, the college adheres to the school-running concept of “paying attention to connotation, raising the level, creating characteristics and sustainable development”, and practices the school motto of “learning and practicing”. The college covers an area of more than 770 mu and has a construction area of more than 200,000 square meters. it has initially built a modern campus with standard, unique style and magnificent momentum. Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Nanjing second Bridge Expressway, Nanjing-Hangzhou National Highway and Nanjing Bypass Highway meet here. The college takes the initiative to serve the needs of economic and social development, focusing on building five major professional groups: industry and informatization, finance and commerce, services and rehabilitation for the elderly, architectural engineering technology, and art and media. there are seven teaching units, including the School of Industry and Information Technology, the School of Economics and Management, the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the School of Modern Service and Management, the School of Art and Design, the College of basic Education and the School of continuing Education. There are 46 majors (including directions) and more than 7300 full-time students. The college has 455 full-time and part-time teachers, of which senior teachers account for 29.9% of the total number of full-time teachers. 72.9% of full-time young teachers under the age of 45 have a postgraduate degree or a master’s degree or above, and 75.8% of full-time teachers have the quality of double teachers. The college employs senior professors and senior engineers from famous universities and research institutes such as Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Nanjing Agricultural University and Nanjing University of Technology as part-time professors or professional leaders. During the 12th five-year Plan period, the college comprehensively promoted the connotation construction with improving the quality of personnel training as the core, took the construction of provincial quality engineering projects as the focal point, improved the incentive mechanism and strengthened the quantitative assessment as the driving force, paid close attention to the cultivation of education and teaching achievements, and made gratifying achievements: a number of papers with full-time teachers as the first authors of our college were included by EI for the first time. Accounting and auditing majors have become characteristic majors in Jiangsu Province, and financial and commercial majors have been established as key majors in colleges and universities in the province during the 12th five-year Plan. 2 courses have been selected as provincial-level high-quality courses, 3 teaching materials have been appraised as provincial-level high-quality teaching materials, and there are nearly 100 practical and innovative training programs for provincial and school-level college students. In the sampling and evaluation of college students’ graduation project (thesis) in the province, it has won more than 20 awards from various groups and individuals; in previous provincial computer grade examinations, the one-time pass rate has exceeded the average pass rate of the province by more than 10 percentage points, and the comprehensive ranking ranks in the forefront of the province; the cumulative pass rate of English application ability test has reached more than 90%, which is in the leading level of similar colleges and universities. Every year, a group of students enter undergraduate colleges and universities for further study by means of “transfer from college to undergraduate” and “transfer from undergraduate to undergraduate”.

The college attaches importance to strengthening the cultivation of students’ professional core competence, implementing the “double certificate system” of academic certificates and vocational qualification certificates, and innovating the talent training mode of “school-enterprise cooperation and work-learning combination”. In cooperation with fraternal colleges and universities, well-known enterprises and trade associations, we have set up professional improvement classes, characteristic classes, work-study naming classes and skills training classes.
