东营市第一中学

东营市第一中学创办于1988年，1993年被授予为“山东省省级规范化学校”称号。学校占地面积241亩，建筑面积超过10万平方米。现拥有120个教学班、近7000名在校学生、近600名教职员工。经过近三十年的发展，东营市第一中学已成为东营市规模最大、办学质量最高、教学最具特色的现代化高级中学。

东营市第一中学新校于2014年1月动工，预计2015年下半年建成并投入使用。新校总用地面积达670亩，项目一期总建筑面积达177483平方米。新校落成后，东营市第一中学将成为代表东营市教育形象的山东省标杆中学。

办学规模

学校实际用地面积241亩，总建筑面积106533平方米，总投资达2.0亿元。建有教学楼、科技楼、音美楼、体育馆、图书馆、大礼堂、教师公寓、学生宿舍楼等单体楼15栋，总建筑面积9.6万平方米;音、体、美、理、化、生、网络、电教等教学设备配置水平为省内一流。

学校环境优美，布局合理，整个校园以坐落在广场中心线上的“智慧之光”雕塑为中心，分为南、北、东三大校区。21本红色巨著旋砌成DNA螺旋结构、垂直高度为21米的大型雕塑“智慧之光”，21个台阶步步攀升，周围矗立着的21位科学巨匠的雕像，时时激励着东营一中学子举翮思远，发愤图强。校园内雕塑与成“门”字型的水系、广场、环形道路有机联接，实现了校园文化历史性和现代性的统一，昭示着学生跨入东营市一中的大门，便在教师的启发引导下打开心扉，绽放思维，以科学家为榜样，汲取知识营养，发扬创造精神，积极成长为实现“科学强国”理想的优秀人才。[2]

初建时有
24个教学班，现已发展成为一个拥有103个教学班、近6000名在校学生、533名教职员工的省内中等规模的现代化高级中学。学校现有专任教师476名，教师学历达标率100%，其中，中学高级教师95人，中学一级教师106人，全国优秀教师4人，全国骨干教师5人，特级教师4人，省级教学能手6人，省级优秀教师4人，省级骨干教师11人，市级劳模3人，市级优秀教师20人，市级教学能手42人，市级教育科研骨干6人，市级骨干教师70余人。

2014年4月26-27日，全国第五届和谐杯“初中高中说课标说教材大赛”既“三级建模研讨会”在天津举行。东营市一中参加大赛的9名教师，从800多名选手中脱颖而出，取得了特等奖2名、一等奖7名的优异成绩。市一中获得了本次大赛的“团体金牌奖”和“优秀组织奖”。

校园网络

东营市第一中学校园网始建于2001年，是东营市第一个基于千兆以太网技术的中学校园网络。
校园网分布在三个校区，有1000多个信息点，上网机器达700余台，是东营地区(除石油大学以外)最大的校园网络。 网络中心采用CISCO
6506千兆路由交换机作为核心交换机，保证了网络的高扩展性和高性能，终端交换机为CISCO 3000系列交换机， 在信息点集中的教学区还设置了会聚层交换机。
中心有服务器5台，网管机2台，分别承担WEB服务、邮件服务、资源服务、内部管
理网站服务、视频服务、网络管理服务等一系列校园网服务。为充分发挥网络作用，提高信息技术的应用水平，学校还建成了近70个媒体教室，
8个网络教室及十几个网络办公室，信息点覆盖 学校所有的办公区和教学区。
总计硬件投资达700多万元。在硬件建设的同时，学校还积极进行了软环境建设。建设有东营市一中校园网站、德育动态评估网站、一卡通网站、资源服务网站等信息服务及管理网站，开发了网上学籍管理、工资管理、人事档案管理、总务办公、教务办公等一系列辅助教育教学软件。

新校建设

东营市第一中学新校规划方案布局合理，四周环境生态优美。选址金湖银河生态片区，与园博园隔东三路水系相望，位于郑州路以东、东三路以西、园博路以北，总用地面积约670亩。其中一期用地约470亩，发展备用地约200亩，绿化率52%。选址现状地势平坦，东西长约730米，南北长约625米。

建筑设计方案大气儒雅，新式简约。从开阔的主入口大门到定位为地标性建筑的信息综合楼，从线条优美的教学楼到别具一格的食堂单体，均给人耳目一新的视觉感受。项目一期总建筑面积177483平方米，容积率0.57，将建设教学楼、实验楼、图书楼、音美楼、行政楼、信息综合楼、礼堂以及体育馆、游泳馆、教师学生公寓、食堂等。

市一中新校旨在建设代表东营教育形象的山东省标杆中学，将体现“功能分区合理，风格高雅别致，内外环境协调，教学设施齐全”的新特点，为学生提供生态自然、舒适安静的学习环境。项目于2014年早春开工建设，年底完成主体施工，计划2015年下半年达到投用条件。

There are 15 single-body buildings, such as teaching building, science and technology building, sound and beauty building, gymnasium, library, auditorium, teachers’ apartment, student dormitory and so on, with a total construction area of 96000 square meters. The configuration level of teaching equipment such as sound, physique, beauty, science, chemistry, students, network and audio-visual education is first-class in the province.

The school has a beautiful environment and reasonable layout. The whole campus is centered on the sculpture of “Light of Wisdom” located on the center line of the square, and is divided into three major campuses: the south, the north and the east. The 21 red masterpieces are spun into a DNA spiral structure with a vertical height of 21 meters. The 21 steps climb step by step, and the statues of 21 scientific masters stand around them, inspiring the students of Dongying No. 1 Middle School to think far and strive to be strong. There are more than 70 municipal backbone teachers.

From April 26 to 27, 2014, the Fifth National Harmony Cup “Junior High School Curriculum Standard textbook Competition”, namely “three-level Modeling Seminar”, was held in Tianjin. Nine teachers from Dongying No. 1 Middle School stood out from more than 800 contestants and won 2 special prizes and 7 first prizes. Campus network

Dongying No. 1 Middle School Campus Network, founded in 2001, is the first high school campus network based on Gigabit Ethernet technology in Dongying City.

The campus network is distributed in three campuses, with more than 1000 information points and more than 700 Internet access machines, which is the largest campus network in Dongying area (except the University of Petroleum). The network center adopts CISCO.

As the core switch, the 6506 gigabit routing switch ensures the high expansibility and high performance of the network. the terminal switch is CISCO 3000 series switch, and the convergence layer switch is set up in the teaching area of the information point.

The center has 5 servers and 2 network management machines, which are responsible for WEB service, mail service, resource service and internal management respectively.

Manage a series of campus network services, such as website service, video service, network management service and so on. In order to give full play to the role of the network and improve the application level of information technology, the school has also built nearly 70 media classrooms.

There are 8 network classrooms and more than a dozen network offices, and the information points cover all the office and teaching areas of the school.

The total investment in hardware is more than 7 million yuan. At the same time of hardware construction, the school has also actively carried out the construction of soft environment. New school construction

The layout of the new school planning of Dongying No. 1 Middle School is reasonable, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. Located in the Jinhu Yinhe ecological area, opposite to the East three Road of the Garden, it is located to the east of Zhengzhou Road, to the west of Dongsan Road and to the north of Yuanbo Road, with a total land area of about 670 mu. Among them, the first phase land is about 470 mu, the development reserve land is about 200 mu, and the greening rate is 52%. The current situation of site selection is flat, about 730 meters from east to west and 625 meters from north to south.

The first phase of the project has a total construction area of 177483 square meters and a volume ratio of 0.57. teaching buildings, experimental buildings, library buildings, sound and beauty buildings, administrative buildings, information complex buildings, auditoriums, gymnasiums, swimming pools, teachers and students’ apartments and canteens will be built.
