我办是市大学中专招生委员会和市高等教育自学考试委员会下设的日常办事机构，是依据国家法律法规授权管理公共事务的事业单位，我办经费来源为财政全额拨款。

主要职责是执行国家和各级政府以及上级招委、考委制定的各类招生、自考政策、法规和办法;负责全市各类国家教育统一考试的组织管理工作;负责协调各有关部门对招生自考工作的支持配合;负责制定全市各类高校、中职招生和自学考试的有关政策、措施和办法;执行国家保密法的规定，做好各类国家教育统一考试绝密级试卷的安全保密工作;负责全市中职学校招生录取工作;负责高中阶段招生工作的报名、填报志愿和录取工作，查处各类招生考试过程中的违纪舞弊事件，以维护国家统一考试的公平公正。

Our office is the daily office set up by the Technical Secondary School enrollment Committee of Municipal University and the Municipal higher Education self-study examination Committee. It is an institution authorized to manage public affairs in accordance with national laws and regulations. The source of funding for our office is full financial allocation.

The main duties are to implement all kinds of enrollment and self-examination policies, regulations and methods formulated by the state and governments at all levels and the higher enrollment committees and examinations; to be responsible for the organization and management of all kinds of unified national educational examinations in the city; to be responsible for coordinating the support and cooperation of relevant departments for self-examination; to be responsible for formulating relevant policies, measures and methods for enrollment and self-study examination in all kinds of colleges and universities, secondary vocational schools and self-study examinations in the city. Implement the provisions of the State Secrets Law, do a good job in the security and secrecy of all kinds of top-secret examination papers in the unified national education examination; be responsible for the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in the city; be responsible for the enrollment, voluntary application and admission of senior high school students, investigate and deal with violations of discipline and fraud in the process of all kinds of enrollment examination, so as to maintain the fairness and impartiality of the unified national examination.
