陕西服装工程学院是经国家教育部批准设立的普通本科高校，创建于1994年。学院按照“市场化思维、国际化视野、特色化发展”的办学理念，在办学实践中坚持“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、依法治校”，不断深化教育教学改革，加强内涵建设，形成了鲜明的办学特色。现设服装艺术学院、信息工程学院、经济管理学院、艺术工程学院、音乐舞蹈学院、珠宝学院、外国语学院、国际学院、建筑工程学院、医药工程学院，共有54个本、专科专业。学院以培养基础扎实、适应性强、注重实践、善于应用、具有工程能力和创新意识的高级应用型人才为根本任务，成为中央、省级财政支持的特色高等院校。由于教育教学质量优良，历年来始终保持高就业率，毕业生受到用人单位的普遍好评。

国学大师季羡林生前曾多次来陕西寻根中华文化。季老生前与吕明先生长达十二年的“忘年交”、师徒情，长期关注和悉心指导集团所属三所大学，亲自授权弟子吕明创办季羡林国学院。季羡林国学院位于季老恩师、一代文学大师、国学大师吴宓的故乡陕西咸阳，现已获陕西省人民政府主管部门正式批准，目前设有季羡林纪念馆、学术研究中心、国学研究所、通史研究所、出版社、国服研究所、国画研究所、国医研究所、黑陶研究所等，以实现季老“弘扬56个民族大国学思想，国学与民学结合以及国学源于民间、运用于民间”的夙愿。纪念馆展示和保存了季老照片近千幅、实物、手稿和书籍万余件。季羡林国学院的设立，丰富了办学内涵，让伟大的国学思想滋养一代又一代青年学子，成为我国传统文化独具特色的教育圣地。

集团所属陕西科技大学镐京学院是经国家教育部正式批准的本科层次的独立学院。学院成立于2004年，吕明先生任董事长，实行董事会领导下的院长负责制。始终坚持正确的办学指导思想和办学理念，加强学科建设和科学研究，建立了完善的课堂教学，科学实验和社会实践相结合的教学体系。把教育目标、人才培养、治校传统和理性精神凝聚成合力，把建立镐京学院先进大学文化放在首位，把培养学生“作风优良，能力突出，身心坚强”作为追求目标，把培养优良的学风作为学院各项工作的中心。关注和致力于学生的全面发展，提高学生专业学习能力的同时，培养和锤炼学生的优良品德，提高学生的综合素质。
