河北软件职业技术学院简介

河北软件职业技术学院1972年建校，直属河北省教育厅，是河北省首家独立建制的以信息技术教育为主的高等职业院校，也是省内最大的信息技术高技能人才培养基地。是河北省唯一一所国家示范性软件职业技术学院建设单位、河北省重点建设示范性高职院校、河北省高职高专人才培养工作水平评估优秀院校、河北省首家单独招生试点单位、首批大学生创业教育示范学校、高校就业工作评估检查优秀学校。著名计算机专家、中国工程院院士倪光南先生为学院名誉院长。

学院坐落于历史文化名城——保定市，设有软件工程系、数字传媒系、智能工程系、信息工程系、经济管理系、继续教育部等8个系(部)，37个专业(方向)，在校生10000余人，招生范围涉及十几个省、市、自治区。学院历经39年的办学历程，先后为全国各地培养毕业生4万多名，为地方经济建设和社会发展做出了积极贡献。

学院坚持“人才强校”战略，拥有一支政治素质好、敬业精神强、专业技术水平高、结构较为合理、专兼结合的教师队伍。目前有教职工498人，专任教师410人,副高级以上职称94人，
研究生学历或硕士以上学位教师165人，省管优秀专家1人，入选河北省“三三三人才工程”第三层次人选2人。

学院敏锐地抓住信息产业、动漫产业、新能源产业等新兴产业蓬勃兴起带来的难得机遇，按照 “工学无缝对接，校企深度合作”
的教改思路和“专业融入产业、规格对接岗位、教学贴近生产”的专业建设理念，逐步形成了以新兴产业为依托，以信息技术教育为主体，全力打造软件技术、动漫设计与制作技术、计算机网络技术、新能源电子技术四大品牌特色专业，兼顾其他人才需求旺盛专业的专业建设格局，构建了国家、省、院三级试点专业体系，其中软件技术和动漫设计与制作专业为中央财政支持高等职业学校重点建设专业;软件技术专业同时为国家级高职高专教学改革试点专业，软件技术、动漫设计与制作、计算机网络技术3个专业为省级高职高专教育示范专业，形成了服务于以信息技术为支撑的新兴产业的鲜明特色和优势。

学院坚持“立足高职、服务IT
”的办学定位和“学院与社会零距离、学生与岗位零距离”的办学模式，主动适应区域经济和社会发展需要，积极探索人才培养模式改革与创新，与华为、印度NIIT、H3C、英利集团、微软、思科、苏宁、河北玛雅等多家国内外知名企业开展合作办学，并大力创新校企合作体制机制，与保定市高新区管委会、园区企业以政校企合作形式，共建了集学历教育、技能与认证培训、人才与就业服务于一体的电谷学院，组建了由政校企合作各方代表组成的理事会，实现了办学体制机制的创新，推动了河北省高职教育在在政校企合作、产学研结合上迈出了新的步伐。与全国最大的IT技术社区CSDN合作共建CSDN学院，成立了由校企双方人员组成的管委会，形成了校企双主体的办学体制机制。与北京市速记协会、中国物流协会等行业协会探索校会合作模式，开办了玛雅班、冰点蓝狐班、H3C班、CSDN班、亚伟速录班等多专业多方向企业订单班，形成了动漫技术专业“校企直通、工学交替”、软件技术专业“校社合作、项目育人”、网络技术专业“1+2+X”、新能源电子技术专业
“校谷融通、课岗对接”、计算机速录专业“校会合作”等具有专业特色的工学结合人才培养模式，培养出了一批具有较强动手能力的优秀人才。近三年学生在全国性IT类竞赛中获奖137项，其中冯潇同学开发的《WINDOWS木马清道夫》软件，荣获首届“中国原创软件大赛”新锐奖和“中国优秀共享软件奖”。2011年，软件工程系CSDN学院学生在韩国三星公司主办的星空大赛中获最高奖项——“最佳电视应用奖”，获得5万元奖金和免费韩国游;在第48届国际速录大赛上，代表中国队参赛的2009级计算机速录专业学生刘婉煜同学获得青年组文本创建项目季军。

学院建有完善的实训室和校内外实习实训基地，有中央财政支持的实训基地2个;省财政支持的实训基地1个，并建有校内实训基地12个、实训室84个，校外实习基地240个。与保定信息产业局、保定高新区管委会政校企合作创办了目前河北省内水平最高、规模最大的动漫专业生产性实训基地——保定动漫产业园，现已成为国家动漫产业发展基地、国家软件外包服务基地、大学生就创业基地。

Hebei Software Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1972, directly under the Department of Education of Hebei Province. It is the first independent higher vocational college based on information technology education in Hebei Province, and it is also the largest training base for information technology high-skilled personnel in the province. It is the only national demonstration software vocational and technical college construction unit in Hebei Province, the key construction demonstration higher vocational college in Hebei Province, the excellent college of personnel training level evaluation in higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province, and the first pilot unit of individual enrollment in Hebei Province. the first batch of demonstration schools for entrepreneurship education for college students and excellent schools for employment evaluation and inspection in colleges and universities. Mr. Ni Guangnan, a famous computer expert and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, is the honorary president of the college.

The college is located in Baoding, a famous historical and cultural city, with 8 departments (departments), including Software Engineering Department, Digital Media Department, Intelligent Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Economic Management Department, continuing Ministry of Education, etc., 37 majors (directions), with more than 10000 students. The scope of enrollment covers more than a dozen provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. The college keenly seizes the rare opportunities brought by the booming emerging industries such as information industry, animation industry and new energy industry, according to “seamless docking of work and learning and deep cooperation between universities and enterprises”.

The idea of teaching reform and the professional construction concept of “specialties into industry, specification docking posts, and teaching close to production” have gradually formed a professional construction pattern based on emerging industries and with information technology education as the main body. make every effort to create four brand characteristic specialties of software technology, animation design and production technology, computer network technology and new energy electronic technology, taking into account the strong demand of other talents. The pilot professional system at the national, provincial and college levels has been constructed, in which the majors of software technology and animation design and production are the key construction majors of higher vocational schools supported by the central finance. The orientation of running a school and the school-running mode of “zero distance between college and society, zero distance between students and posts”, actively meet the needs of regional economic and social development, actively explore the reform and innovation of talent training mode, cooperate with Huawei, India NIIT, H3C, Yingli Group, Microsoft, Cisco, SUNING, Hebei Maya and other well-known enterprises at home and abroad, and vigorously innovate the school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism. In the form of cooperation between politics, schools and enterprises, the administrative committee of Baoding high-tech zone and enterprises in the park have jointly built an electric valley college, which integrates academic qualifications education, skills and certification training, talents and employment services, and has set up a council composed of representatives of political schools and enterprises. It has realized the innovation of the school-running system and mechanism, and promoted the higher vocational education in Hebei Province to take a new step in the cooperation between political schools and enterprises and the combination of industry, learning and research. The work-study combination talent training mode with professional characteristics, such as “school-valley integration, class-post docking” and computer shorthand recording major “school-council cooperation”, have trained a number of excellent talents with strong practical ability. In the past three years, students have won 137 awards in the national IT competition, among which the “WINDOWS Trojan scavenger” software developed by Feng Xiao won the Outstanding Award of the first “China original Software Competition” and “China Outstanding shareware Award”. In 2011, students from CSDN College of Software Engineering won the highest award, the Best TV Application Award, in the Star Competition sponsored by Samsung, South Korea, and won a prize of 50,000 yuan and a free trip to Korea. Liu Wanyu, a 2009 computer stenography major who represented the Chinese team, won the second runner-up in the Youth Group text creation project at the 48th International stenography Competition.

The college has a perfect training room and practice bases inside and outside the school, two training bases supported by the central government, one training base supported by provincial finance, 12 on-campus training bases, 84 training rooms and 240 off-campus practice bases. In cooperation with Baoding Information Industry Bureau and the administrative committee of Baoding High-tech Zone, Baoding Animation Industry Park, which is the highest level and largest animation professional training base in Hebei Province, has become the national animation industry development base, national software outsourcing service base and college students’ entrepreneurial base.
