北京师范大学附属实验中学

　　北京师范大学附属实验中学是北京市首批示范高中校，是国家教育部和北师大进行中学教育改革的实验基地，是培养优秀中学生的摇篮。

　　学校创建于1917年，前身为师大女附中，有着优良的教育教学传统和深厚的文化积淀，以治学严谨，育人有方享有盛誉。著名的女科学家郝诒纯（中国科学院院士）、胡启恒（原中科院副院长）、陆士嘉、女新闻工作者浦熙修、陈柏生、女将军聂利、女画家肖淑芳等都先后从这里毕业。全国著名学者、教育家马寅初、陈荩民、傅仲荪、程春台、闵嗣鹤，胡洁青等都先后在校任教。

　　新中国成立后，学校得到了几代党和国家领导人的支持与关怀，毛泽东曾为学校一个女学生的日记写过批示；刘少奇、陈云、李鹏、李岚清等为学校题词；邓颖超、彭真、贺龙、陈毅、聂荣臻、王震等先后来校指导工作或参加活动。1997年，建校八十周年，江泽民同志给学校题词：“贯彻党的教育方针，深化教学改革，形成办学特色”。1983年学校率先进行德育工作改革探索，构建以学生发展为本、以学生为主体、学生自主参与的学校德育工作新模式。1984年学校率先在北京市进行课程改革，自编的语文教材经国家教委审批后在全国使用。1995年起，经市教委批准，学校高中进行新一轮课程改革，课程结构为必修+专修+选修+活动课。通过专修课来实现“基础分流”，通过选修课与活动课来充分发挥学生的个性特长，以便更好地体现教育的发展功能。1996年开始探索新的办学模式，在以实验中学为中心的基础上，已建成中外合作学校“北京中加学校”、体制改革校“实验中学分校”。

　　“追求发展、追求卓越”是学校办学的指导思想，让学生得到充分发展，使每个人都达到他所能达到的最高水平是学校的教育追求。学校在历届高考中都取得优异成绩，大学升学率为100%，每年重点大学上线率均在95%以上，其中考入清华、北大两校的人数约占26%以上，每年向十余所大学保送优秀生10余名。

　　执着的事业追求，扎实严谨的工作作风，宽容和谐的人际关系是学校教师队伍的传统，使学校拥有一支高素质的教师队伍。近几年承担国家级、部委级科研项目，出版专著或学科教育著作近百本，有较大的影响。撰写论文千余篇，其中数百余篇发表在全国或市级刊物上。

　　学校重视体育卫生工作，是北京市女排高水平运动队和田径传统校。学校对高中体育教学进行改革，构建了“必修+专修”的体育教学模式。多次被评为传统项目先进校和全国卫生保健先进校。积极探索体教结合的培养人才新模式,取得丰硕成果。学校又是对外开放的窗口，进行各种形式的国际交流。积极搭设培养国际性人才平台。十几年来，先后共有几百名教师、几百名学生到美国、加拿大、日本、英国，法国、德国、新加坡、韩国、泰国、澳大利亚、南非等国进行考察、进修，并与美国、德国等学校建立互访交流关系。学校多次被评为西城区外事先进单位。近几年来学校有大量学生升入世界知名大学深造。

　　实验中学分设高中（本部）、初中（分校）。本部占地面积35359.26平方米，建筑面积51667.7平方米，运动场(馆)面积12000平方米。图书馆藏书约几万种，约十几万册，有两个电子阅览室，可供110人同时上网阅览，电子图书千余种；期刊百余种，报纸几十种。分校建筑面积29930平方米，于2007年8月竣工，是融合“科技、人文、绿色”理念于其中的新型现代建筑。

　　百余年发展历程，学校取得成绩显著。先后评为北京市全面育人、办有特色学校、北京市教育科学研究先进校、北京市中小学科技活动示范校和科普教育基地、北京市外事先进学校、健康促进金牌校、北京2008年奥林匹克教育示范学校、全国卫生保健先进校和传统项目（排球）先进校、中国游泳协会北师大游泳运动学校、世界遗产青少年教育中心、联合国教科文组织联系网络学校。

After the founding of New China, the school received the support and care of several generations of party and state leaders. Mao Zedong wrote instructions for the diary of a female student in the school; Liu Shaoqi, Chen Yun, Li Peng, and Li Lanqing wrote inscriptions for the school. Deng Yingchao, Peng Zhen, he long, Chen Yi, Nie Rongzhen and Wang Zhen successively came to the school to guide their work or participate in activities. In 1997, on the 80th anniversary of the founding of the school, Comrade Jiang Zemin wrote an inscription to the school: “implement the party’s educational policy, deepen teaching reform, and form the characteristics of running a school.” In 1983, the school took the lead in carrying out the reform and exploration of moral education, and constructed a new model of school moral education with students’ development as the basis, students as the main body and students’ independent participation. In 1984, the school took the lead in carrying out curriculum reform in Beijing, and the self-compiled Chinese textbooks were used throughout the country after being approved by the State Education Commission. Since 1995, with the approval of the Municipal Education Commission, a new round of curriculum reform has been carried out in senior high school, with a curriculum structure of compulsory + specialized + elective + activity courses. Through specialized courses to achieve “basic diversion”, through elective courses and activity courses to give full play to students’ individual strengths, in order to better reflect the development function of education. In 1996, we began to explore a new school-running mode. on the basis of taking the experimental middle school as the center, the Sino-Canadian cooperative school “Beijing Sino-Canadian School” and the system reform school “Experimental Middle School Branch” have been built.

The library has a collection of tens of thousands of books and more than 100,000 volumes. There are two electronic reading rooms for 110 people to read online at the same time. There are more than a thousand kinds of e-books, more than 100 kinds of periodicals and dozens of newspapers. The campus, with a building area of 29930 square meters, was completed in August 2007. it is a new type of modern building with the concept of “science and technology, humanities and green”.
