青岛职业技术学院

青岛职业技术学院是一所省市共管、以市管为主的全日制普通高校。学院于2000年10月在原青岛市职工大学的基础上成立，2002年4月与原青岛教育学院合并，组建成新的青岛职业技术学院。原青岛市职工大学成立于1977年;原青岛教育学院成立于1951年，著名生物学家、教育家童第周和国学大师陆侃如曾任学院早期领导人。

学院主要从事全日制高职教育和社会职业技能培训，兼顾成人学历教育，中外合作学历教育及中小学教师、校长培训等，具有接收外国留学生资质和聘请外国文教专家资格。现有西校区(青岛市黄岛区)、南校区(青岛市市南区)和中校区(青岛市市北区)三个校区，占地54万平方米，教职工760人，全日制高职在校生10300人，每年完成各类培训近20万人时。设有海尔学院(机电学院)、软件与服务外包学院(信息学院)、生物与化工学院(蓝色工程学院)、旅游学院、商学院、教育学院、艺术学院7个二级学院。招生专业控制在30个左右，其中机电一体化技术、商务管理(家电)、物流管理、旅游管理、软件技术、服装设计、市场营销(啤酒)、应用电子技术和应用化工技术9个专业是国家重点专业。拥有国家职业教育数控实训基地、电工电子与自动化技术实训基地、全国物联网技术应用专业人才实训基地、全国农村信息化专业人才实训基地、国家软件技术专业实训基地、全国移动互联网创新教育基地、国家首批高等职业学校骨干教师国家级培训项目基地、教育部网络教育数字化学习资源分中心、团中央KAB创业教育基地等9个国家级实训基地。拥有青岛市服务外包实训基地、物联网应用技术研究院。与青岛市文明办合作建设全国首家政府与高等职业院校联办的公益性志愿服务机构青岛市志愿服务学院。与青岛开发区灵珠山街道办建设全国高职院校首个在城镇社区建设的社区学院。与海尔集团等知名企业合作建立校外实训基地111个。在新加坡、韩国、日本开辟20个海外实训基地。拥有法国、新加坡、日本、韩国、新西兰、爱尔兰6个海外校友会。

在青岛市委市政府的正确领导和社会各界的大力支持下，学院确定了“品牌办学”战略，确立了“技高品端”的人才培养目标，秉持“修能、致用”院训，创立“实境耦合”人才培养模式，弘扬“卓越、唯是、协同、学习”学院精神。学院探索研究校企合作、工学结合的有效途径，2006年创立“实境耦合”人才培养模式，2009年该模式获第六届高等教育教学成果奖国家级二等奖，2012年，学院大力强化内涵发展，强化学生在教育活动中的主动性，开始探索“学”字当头的“学教做合一”人才培养模式。按岗位群设课，突出实践教学，实行等级制考核和“三证书”制度，改革传统的教学方式。实施与大企业合作战略，与海尔集团、青啤公司、海信集团、甲骨文公司等知名企业建立长期稳定的合作办学关系。将“服务发展，促进就业”融入专业设置和教育教学全过程，实现了毕业生高就业率和高质量就业，就业率稳定在96%以上。学院与18个国家和地区的70所院校(机构)建立了友好合作与交流关系。广泛开展社会服务，为188家企业和机构培训员工3万余名，1.6万人考取各级职业资格证书。通过青岛市继续教育基地为社会培训各类非学历教育人员累计3万人，开设山东省高职院校大学生等多条心理咨询热线。与17所中西部高职院校及国外院校成立高职院校对口合作联盟。与10所院校成立高职院校志愿服务合作联盟。与5所院校(机构)成立计划单列市高职院校联盟。

Qingdao Vocational and Technical College is a full-time university under the co-administration of provinces and cities. The college was established on the basis of the former Qingdao University of staff and Workers in October 2000 and merged with the former Qingdao Institute of Education in April 2002 to form a new Qingdao Vocational and Technical College. The former Qingdao University of staff and Workers was founded in 1977; the former Qingdao Institute of Education was founded in 1951. Tong Di Zhou, a famous biologist and educator, and Lu Kanru, a master of Chinese studies, were the early leaders of the college.

The college is mainly engaged in full-time higher vocational education and social vocational skills training, taking into account adult diploma education, Sino-foreign cooperative diploma education and the training of primary and secondary school teachers and principals. It is qualified to receive foreign students and employ foreign cultural and educational experts. At present, there are three campuses, West Campus (Huangdao District, Qingdao City), South Campus (Shinan District, Qingdao City) and Middle Campus (Shibei District, Qingdao City), covering an area of 540000 square meters, with 760 staff and 10300 full-time higher vocational students. nearly 200000 person-hours of various kinds of training are completed every year. It has 7 secondary colleges: Haier College (Mechanical and Electrical College), Software and Service Outsourcing College (Information School), Biology and Chemical Engineering College (Blue Engineering College), Tourism College, Business School, Education College and Art School. There are about 30 majors in enrollment, among which 9 majors are mechatronics, business management (home appliances), logistics management, tourism management, software technology, clothing design, marketing (beer), applied electronic technology and applied chemical technology. It has national vocational education numerical control training base, electrical engineering, electronics and automation technology training base, national Internet of things technology application professional training base, national rural information professional training base, national software technology professional training base, national mobile Internet innovation education base, national national training project base for backbone teachers of higher vocational schools, Ministry of Education Network Education Digital Learning Resource Sub-Center, Youth League Central KAB Entrepreneurship Education Base and other 9 national training bases. It has Qingdao Service Outsourcing training Base and Internet of things Applied Technology Research Institute. Cooperate with Qingdao Civilization Office to build Qingdao Volunteer Service College, the first public welfare voluntary service organization jointly run by the government and higher vocational colleges. Work with Lingzhushan Street Office of Qingdao Development Zone to build the first community college in urban communities of higher vocational colleges in the country. Cooperate with Haier Group and other well-known enterprises to establish 111 off-campus training bases. Open 20 overseas training bases in Singapore, South Korea and Japan. There are 6 overseas alumni associations in France, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand and Ireland.

Under the correct leadership of the Qingdao municipal party committee and municipal government and the strong support of all sectors of society, the college has established the strategy of “brand running a school”, established the talent training goal of “high-quality technology”, and adhered to the training of “ability training and application”. We will create a “reality coupling” talent training model and carry forward the spirit of the college of “excellence, only truth, coordination and learning”. The college explored and studied the effective ways of school-enterprise cooperation and the combination of work and learning, and established the “reality coupling” talent training model in 2006. In 2009, this model won the national second prize of the sixth higher Education Achievement Award.
