内蒙古大学创业学院

内蒙古大学创业学院(以下简称“学院”)是内蒙古大学与社会投资方合作，于2005年开始筹建、2008年经教育部正式批准设立并在当年开始招生的一所本科层次的独立学院。2012年经内蒙古自治区学位委员会审查批准，获得学士学位授予权。学院位于内蒙古首府呼和浩特市，毗邻南湖湿地公园和内蒙古大学新校区，环境优美、交通便利，地理位置优越。

学院依托内蒙古大学综合办学优势，根据社会发展的需要，结合学院实际情况，设有艺术教学部、语言与传媒教学部、信息工程教学部、土木工程与环境工程教学部、商学教学部和外国语教学部等6个教学部，开设了绘画、动画、视觉传达设计、环境设计、产品设计、服装与服饰设计、播音与主持艺术、新闻学、汉语言文学、英语、日语、会计学、金融学、财务管理、人力资源管理、电子商务、信息与计算科学、计算机科学与技术、通信工程、电子信息科学与技术、自动化、土木工程、环境科学等23个专业，涵盖了理、工、文、经、艺等方面的学科专业，初步形成了相对集中于现代传媒、文化创意等专业的学科专业体系。

目前学院的师资力量主要来自内蒙古大学的在职教师和学院聘任的专职专任教师。学院管理队伍由内蒙古大学派遣及社会聘用人员组成的全员聘任制专职管理队伍。

学院面向全国招生，目前有全日制本科生6100余名。学院实行了优秀学生辅修内蒙古大学学士学位制度(双学位制度)。2009年12月被内蒙古大学批准参与并正式实施《1+2+1中美人才培养计划》。2013年，学院和美国圣马丁大学签订了合作办学协议，联合培养会计学专业本科生。

学院设立了优秀学生奖学金，30%的在校生每年可获得该项奖励。优秀学生奖学金设四个等级：特等奖学金每生4000元/年，一等奖学金每生2000元/年，二等奖学金800元/年，三等奖学金500元/年。

学院立足为自治区区域经济社会发展服务，与生产实践相结合，以社会需求为导向，以培养“高素质、实用型、应用型、创新型人才”为育人目标。努力坚持把学院办成按照推进高等教育大众化思路，借鉴企业化管理模式的知识型企业，形成多元化投资主体，调动社会投资办教育的积极性。在新的形势下，学院抓住机遇，开拓创新，积极推动学院的快速发展，力争把学院建设成为一所依托内蒙古大学优质教学资源的、以服务自治区区域经济和社会发展为主要目标的、以培养实用型人才为特色的，以本科学生培养为主要任务的、有特色的、综合性教学型高等院校。

The Entrepreneurship College of Inner Mongolia University (hereinafter referred to as “College”) is an independent college at the undergraduate level, which was established in 2005 and formally approved by the Ministry of Education in 2008 with the cooperation of Inner Mongolia University and social investors. Relying on the comprehensive advantages of Inner Mongolia University, according to the needs of social development and the actual situation of the college, there are six teaching departments: art Teaching Department, language and Media Teaching Department, Information Engineering Teaching Department, Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering Teaching Department, Business Teaching Department and Foreign language Teaching Department. Set up painting, animation, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, clothing and clothing design, broadcasting and hosting art, journalism, Chinese language and literature, English, Japanese, accounting, finance, financial management, human resources management, e-commerce, information and computing science, computer science and technology, communication engineering, electronic information science and technology, automation, civil engineering, 23 majors such as environmental science Covering science, engineering, literature, economics, art and other disciplines, initially formed a relatively focused on modern media, cultural creativity and other disciplines and professional system.

At present, the faculty of the college mainly comes from the in-service teachers of Inner Mongolia University and the full-time teachers employed by the college. The college management team is a full-time management team composed of personnel dispatched by Inner Mongolia University and employed by the society.

The college enrolls students across the country and currently has more than 6100 full-time undergraduates. The college has implemented a bachelor’s degree system (double degree system) for outstanding students majoring in Inner Mongolia University. In December 2009, it was approved by Inner Mongolia University to participate in and formally implement the “1-2-1 Sino-American Talent training Program”. In 2013, the college signed a cooperation agreement with St. Martin University to jointly train undergraduates majoring in accounting.

The college has set up a scholarship for outstanding students, which 30% of the students receive each year. The scholarship for outstanding students is divided into four grades: 4000 yuan per student for the first class scholarship, 2000 yuan per year for the first class scholarship, 800 yuan per year for the second class scholarship and 500 yuan per year for the third class scholarship.

The college is based on serving the regional economic and social development of the autonomous region, combined with production practice, guided by social demand, and aims to cultivate “high-quality, practical, applied and innovative talents”. Efforts should be made to run the college into a knowledge-based enterprise in accordance with the idea of promoting the popularization of higher education and drawing lessons from the enterprise management model, so as to form diversified investors and mobilize the enthusiasm of social investment in running education.
